Scheduling was easy, the oil change and five tire rotation was timely , price was good. I will be doing my basic maintenance with this group.

This location used to be the only place where We would bring our cars for service because we live so close. The staff were so nice and genuinely cared about customer service. The last time I brought my car in, the staff were not friendly at all, and it took 5 hours for an oil change. There are signs in the office that if you didn't get good service, to call the district manager, John. Well, I called the DM, and he said he would look into it and give me a call back for a follow-up. That was over three weeks ago now.

My 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee has been with me since 500 miles on the odometer. It is a secondary vehicle for emergencies and transporting my dogs.. Joe was very accommodating. They went through my vehicle and found all of the things that were leaking or loose.I could only afford a couple necessary items and they were glad to help get the Jeep running, piecemeal.Hard to find an honest garage you trust to shoot it straight. I believe I found one.My future needs will be brought here.Thanks guys.

I took my car into be serviced on Friday and as always the service was great. Joe the manager and his sidekick at the front desk always manage to make me laugh. They do a great job and always explain why an additional service maybe needed or when it isn't..Joe is never pushy. Twice because of this store found out I had a problem that was still under warranty and saved me money. Thanks for being a great business in our community..one we can trust.

First, I call and make an appointment to get my studs fixed from a referral from Discount Tire. They got my year, make and model over the phone. Next, I show up for my appointment 2 days later and they check me in. After an hour and a half I ask why my car hasn t been touched. They are waiting on the part to arrive. So it wasn t ready for my appointment? I wasn t a walk-in. Then he tried to make it sound like that s how they do things. Our family owns an auto shop, you always have parts ready for an appointment. They told me it would be another 45 until it arrived and then 30 more to make the repair. I have a busy schedule with two babies and a full time job I m working around, plus a 40 minute drive. Thank you for wasting half of my day, causing major inconvenience and not calling to say you have the part until 6 hours later. I won t be back - already having a better experience at the location off Frank Lloyd Wright.

I have been a loyal customer for years because they have been just as loyal back. They are always honest, fair and professional. As a single woman that means a lot to me. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else! Me and my wife had our engine completely replaced for over 10k. Since getting it back we've had nothing but issues. From the mechanic leaving the dip stick tube just laying in the engine bay so it leaked oil to head gasket, starter, oil pressure switch, etc. Absolutely terrible. We did the replacement to sell the truck and literally can't keep it not leaking or check engine light on long enough to get a sale. The owner was super cool when I contacted about the dip stick tube but there's no way an engine with less than 50k should have so many issues. Worse money ever spent with a mechanic. I'm now stuck with a truck that won't stop leaking from one place or another and absolutely don't have another 10k+ to drop into another one.

Yep, moving from Scottsdale to Cave Creek gave me the jitters about finding new car guys. We d been with Greulich s in Fountain Hills for a decade.We took a chance that the Greulich s code of honor would translate to the guys in Cave Creek. Boy, were we right! From walking in the front door to getting handed back the keys to my Camaro, these boys were spot on! Courteous, fun, and extremely knowledgeable - the key keeps getting stuck in the ignition - we left knowing we d been in highly capable hands.Not only were these guys fair in price, they d walked us thru a couple different scenarios and delivered a quality service. My car battery died, so we took it to Greulich s Auto Repair. We didn t have an appointment. They took us immediately and within an hour, my car had a new battery and my tires were filled with air. The service was fast, friendly and very customer oriented. I would highly recommend them!

I reached out to my neighborhood shop to install some own parts on my car - because my increased business travel demands, i was unable to complete.I called the shop @ around 8:30- just inquiring and they had me scheduled and in a bay within 30 minutes.I had, for years, been taking my vehicle to the local dealer - paying a premium for what I assumed was the most- qualified technician team. Long story short - after 3 attempts, the dealer tried to hit me for $5k to repair two long standing open issues. I challenged them on their delayed and excessive cost assessment. I did a little common sense research and caught them lying. Ultimately, I was able to source the necessary components via another retailer and correct my issues in partnership which the G team!I have experienced the post Covid repair bill exaggeration at both Toyota ($5k) and Audi ($11K) and will now trust the G team with my vehicles going forward!!

The oil change went well but the tire rotation that I requested was not done (even though the service writer said that it was). They typically do a great job so it was no doubt due to just being a busy day.

Run from this place we had an expansion plug fall out on our dodge ram 2018They took a week to fix and when we started traveling to Tennessee for my husband's job got as far as Tucson and noticed the plug was leaking again We were told not to worry as all our expenses would be covered as we were towing our 40ft fifth wheel and needed a place to put it while the truck was being repaired by the person gruelich warranty company told us to go to After a week in Tucson with expenses mounting up gruelich continued to tell me they would cover it it turned out tGruelich had used an expoxy unsuitable for the heat in that particular engine area it melted and made a mess of the original hole where the expansion plug went the new mechanic in tucson on preparing the expansion plug had to clean up the mess gruelich made and put in the new plug which we found in Phoenix and drove to pick up in the car we had to rentIt took a week for this all to take place after the new mechanic repaired the plug he checked to find out why this happened the first time gruelich says they Checked also but I don't believe them this was a 13 dollar part that was available at any dodge dealer in Phoenix I believe that gruelich never made an effort to get the part they went the easy way and stuffed it with epoxy and tried to plug it that way their gruelich person is liar a coward and never had the guts to call me and tell me they were not going to cover our expenses he is a snake and not to be trusted he knows who he is My husband's company heard of what we went thru and made good on our expenses this has been an ordeal like I have never experienced DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL TELL YOU WHATEVER TO GET YOU TO GO AWAY

Great customer service! Jared at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Facility is very clean, never seen such a clean garage. Free diagnostics with my oil change. Quick work. Had made an appointment brought it in a few minutes before. Was told it would be about 45 minutes that we could wait. We did not wait never heard back from them. 3 and 1/2 hours later we called they had not even looked at the car. We went over there and picked it up and left not very happy.

Great place to get my car serviced. People were very polite. Took care of everything the car needed per it's mileage. Informed me about how bad the tires had worn-out and that I needed new ones. Wasn't safe to drive with them. I m pretty sure that in a past life I killed a bunch of mechanics so now in this life I m being punished with continuous car issues.2 months after having my brake pads replaced at a Nissan dealership; the rear hardware came apart and the pieces of metal had pretty much destroyed everything. My sister has had good experiences here so I thought I d give it a try and I m so glad I did!Dean and Joe were great. Professional but funny as hell. He even gave me suggestions for cosmetic work that they couldn t do but I needed done. Dean worked hard to get all the parts here and my car fixed same day; and I could see him doing the same for other clients he was helping that day. He was very helpful when it came to financial options as I was not expecting to have an issue this big. But the price tag was more than fair for all the work they did. First time I ve gone to a mechanic and didn t feel like I was overpaying! For sure will be coming back for all the future issues I m sure to have

Joe Vasalla and really the entire team at Greulich s in Cave Creek, AZ were so amazing and helpful. Our vehicle broke down on my daughter on a Sunday while we were out of state. A Facebook group I am in had so many people suggesting this shop for auto repair so I had my daughter tow it there and leave keys in drop box. I called them on Monday, Joe was so kind, inspected the vehicle and determined the engine was not functioning due to blown rod, puncturing oil pan and engine block issue. Vehicle is 22 years old and would not be worth the cost of rebuilding or replacing engine. He was kind enough to allow us to keep vehicle there until we were back in town and could get it towed. He suggested a tow service that would pay us a small amount to tow it away. They even handled handing title over to tow company and holding our check from them until it was convenient for us to pick up as we are down to one car in state.Excellent customer service from everyone at this shop but especially Joe Vasalla. We will bring our vehicles here for future servicing and will recommend them to anyone seeking auto repair or service.Service: Vehicle Inspection

AWSOME! A dealership tried to charge me over $250, and this place said the alignment was just slightly out of wack. Fixed it up very quickly, and they gave me 50% off for the whole ordeal. Would definitely recommend it to anyone to go to this place... reasonable and honest. *First time I've been to this mechanic, I will definitely try again!

Call on 7/3 for alignment, short staffed but asked me to come in later in day if possible, very polite. Came in on 7/5 as walk in, the parking lot was full and every bay had a car in it. It was a Hail Mary, but JOE was excellent and got me in and charged me less than Big O tires or wilhiems quoted. Go see Joe, he and his crew were awesome and professional. I understand why so many on the next door neighbor app rave about this shop!Service: Wheel alignment

I made an appointment to get the oil changed on my F150 because the quick change oil place near me has a 25 minute wait to get into the bays, and the independent mechanic I used to use I no longer trust. I dropped off the truck, and before my ride came, they had inspected the truck, gave me a report and got authorization to change the oil and clean out the pack rat nest in the air cleaner. They did both quickly enough my ride only got us a block away before it was done. I absolutely plan on using them in the future.Service: Oil change
