Elwood Motor Sports is truly an example of exceptional service. Today, I called with an issue regarding my door handle on my vehicle. They said they aren t able to fit me in to fix it, but can take a look today.I get there, and the office manager comes out to take a look, but he doesn t stop there. He proceeds to fix the handle, even though it was just supposed to be an inspection. All the while engaging in friendly conversation, and giving me advice for if it happens again.Upon finish, we go inside. I m expecting to pay a minimum of $100, but instead the manager says $20 is fine. I was in awe! Elwood could ve very easily taken advantage and charged me excess of $1-200 for the work, but opted instead to deliver a next level of customer care/service.I very highly recommend Elwood Motor Sports for all body work in Cave Creek. Matthew was awesome and trustworthy! Had a quote to get paint repair from Caliber Collision for $1300. Matthew took a look and within 5 mins had buffed it out, looks like new, and didn t charge me a penny. Highly recommend this shop and great to keep biz local in Cave Creek!

Always the best for auto body repair. Took a bit longer this time but understandable. Always very responsive and great communication. We take our luxury cars here and been 100% happy each time.

Getting a price is like pulling teeth.I'm not sure why this place is so good. Can't seem to get any customer service. Really can't call. The voicemail is full. They have really bad customer service. I was referred because high-end customers bring in their high-end cars. I have a fairly nice car I have a Range Rover that needs some work. And I can't even get a price on a piece of paper.

Great service! I got my estimate immediately, got the truck in a few days later, and work was done in 5 days. My insurance company was great, too! (Acuity). They approved the work an hour after I got the estimate.

I have done business with Elwood in Cave Creek ranging from fleet repairs to personal vehicles. This is a great, family-atmosphere group of people and they will not over-sell you on repairs that aren't necessary. I'm a Cave Creek resident but I wouldn't feel the need to take a car anywhere else. They also do regular mechanical service, not just collision. Give them a call, and judge for yourself.

While on vacation I needed some small body work done on a rented motor home. I went to elmwood motorsports in collusion because they were close I would go back because they are awesome. Jeff Nowak and his sidekick Matt fixed our issue when I only went there for an estimate. They did it in the parking lot while my wife completed a business call and did an excellent job. They refused any payment saying enjoy your vacation. They are worthThe drive from the big city to Cave Creek.Thank you Jeff and Matt!!Service: Body & Trim

After two weeks in the shop, Elwood said they needed more parts and it would be another two weeks. I ended up having to get the car partially finished and take it to another shop later.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Lier's and very disrespectful management and owners. Lied to employees that tells you somthing. Wont even oay minimum wage
