John Wollam and his crew were fantastic. They stayed an hour after they were supposed to close Christmas Eve day and help us out. I will always come back and I am no longer a Discount Tire customer.

The nightmare that never ends. I have 8 bullet points that I am filing with the Attorney General for incompetent work that endangered my family, fraudulent charges, unfinished work, unprofessional practices, failure to properly diagnose, and more. Calls go unreturned - I've been waiting 3+ months for body work caused by improper tire install. If I could rate -5, I would.

REVIEW: Their professional recommendation caused damage to my car. Sad the dishonesty that has taken over here. I recently came in for new tires and told them I wanted the biggest tire that would fit my car without rubbing or causing damage. They told me what tire I should buy, and so I spent $2142 on new tires. I recently noticed the tires are too big because they are rubbing and causing damage to my shocks. When I returned to the store, the store owner tried to sell me a smaller set of tires and said he doesn t have to do anything about the first set. He wouldn t even offer a discount on the second set. Now I have to get my shocks replaced and buy new tires again.UPDATE: I responded to Big O Tires inquiry below more than two weeks ago and have not heard anything in response.

I had a terrible experience about a year ago at this store. And I thought I would never go back. I got into a situation where I had to go there again very reluctantly I went not knowing what to expect.I walked in and greeted by John he was friendly and made me feel like he was there to help.We talked a few minutes and boy was I glad I went back.He knew exactly what I needed and how to do it. I needed some tires that I had purchased for my rv mounted. The way we had to do it was mount 2 then I had to put those on then take the other 2 off. Him and his team knew what I needed and how to do it. They even loaded and unloaded tires. He also gave me a great quote on some new tires that I thought was very reasonable. I will be going back for new tires soon and hopefully John will be there. Glad I made decision to go back. I tell everyone to go see him. 5 stars.

I stopped by without an appointment at Big 0 as my left rear tire pressure had dropped. The guys at the shop immediately looked at the tire and found a nail in the tire.They removed it quickly and I was ready to go in 20mins.They also checked the other tires for nails and checked the tire pressure on my other tires.Great customer service all round.Thanks guys.

Hi my name is Angie song. I had my front right tire Flat tire.I went three different place for change the tire. No one can do the same day .Tire # 17 is not that popular tire so no one have in a store on same day. And kind of give me Run around. I drive and drive place to place with my donut tireAll over the place. Finally I came to big o tire place they also dint have a my tire in stock.But they were such a professionals gentleman sExplain one by one welcome me with comfort zone. Most of all they were so nice people all together. Next day I came they had my tire and no time I was out to work.I'll Recommended to everyone about Big o tire . I guarantee it.Thank you again

I see all the good reviews and read through them, and it diverges wildly from my experience.I have a really slow leak in one of my tires. I stopped to see if they could do a simple patch. I have done this at Discount Tire before and it doesn't cost much, but it was Sunday and DT wasn't open.Big red flag: They wouldn't even look at my situation unless I paid a $45 fee. My situation wasn't urgent, but I'm planning to sell the vehicle, so fixing it is ideal. So, against my better judgment, I pay it, assuming they're gonna do what I ask: fix the tire.After 20 minutes, they called me back in and told me I needed to replace all 4 tires for $1000. And they didn't/won't patch the tire. Which, leaks so slowly that it takes overnight for the tire to go flat.So, for $45, they don't do what they could have told me they wouldn't do, the thing I was asking for, which would have cost me $0, to have them tell me it'll cost $1000.I didn't even ask them to look at the other tires. But they did a full inspection. �\_( )_/� I mean, I told them I am on a shoestring budget. They could have told me what to expect. Would have saved me $45.

Extremely fast service and ridiculously honest with their assessment of my Ram 2500. I walked out spending only $75 and they assured me everything was fine with the truck even though I gave them pause not to when I dropped it off. She runs perfect and I ll be back :)

These guys did some nice work with new tires and an alignment on my Toyota 4Runner. When an issue came up a few months after the initial work, they fixed it for me, no questions asked, and didn't charge me a penny. I was blown away by their integrity and professionalism. They're definitely getting more of my business in the future!

When it s time to get tires on your RV, it can be tricky to find a tire shop to get in and out of easily without blocking the driveway or the garage is. Big O made it super easy. I made the appointment online, showed up a little bit early and got right in. I backed right in to a spot behind the garage, they had my tires on in less than an hour and I was on my way. Everybody was super friendly and helpful. Thanks again you guys!

Having recently moved to Cave Creek from Northern Arizona where I was a 20+ year customer of our local Big O I took my jeep in for service at the Cave Creek location. The service was professional, friendly and prompt. They now have a new customer!

WOW! Ordered tires off a website cause they were on sale!! Went to BIg O s to have them installed like always. Man says we charge $50 a tire cause you did buy them from my store! I ve always payed $25 a tire I said! He says well I run this store different now! For being in a small town that pays your bills, that s kind of greedy! I will post in our town group on Facebook that (your store) is where we need to go! Told discount tire the store and they did it for $15 a tire! Now that s how you treat your town that pays your bills!

Zero StarsMy wife took her Rav4 in for rear brakes and rotors, she texted me at 12:05 asking if I was quoted a price because they are saying it s going to be $492.00. I told my wife to have them call me ASAP.@ 12:15 they called me, I told them to stop the work. I was told it was too late because my wife already authorized the work. The manager called a couple of minutes later to tell me how much better his parts were then Break Master is why they were more $$. I asked how come it's too late to stop the work and was told how "fast" his guys are.We buy (and have for years) our tires and get our oil charged with these guys, always had great service. The extra couple hundred bucks the charged me today will be the last the profit they make from our family. My BAD for trusting these guysBuyer beware.

We had a very good experience at Big O Tires in Cave Creek. Our service advisor was very professional, personable and knowledgeable about the tires he recommended for our GMC truck. They replaced the tires and had it ready when promised. We highly recommend Big O Tires in Cave Creek!

Came in on a Sunday morning with a nail stuck in the side of my Tesla tire. The guys found the exact replacements from another store and had me ready to go in no time. Great service, and value!

I was told there would be 1 1/2 hour wait to have slow leak tire repaired unless I returned 7am when they open. I did that. Arrived 7am was told 1 1/2 hour wait. I was second customer. Poor customer service. PS: the tires were purchased at Big O. About 6 months ago.

Went in for the buy 2 and get 2 for free sale, it was a great experience with no hassle and all of the future car needs that Big O supports will have us continue to use the services.

The new manager at Big O Tires in Cave Creek is extremely rude and very abrasive. Came in for an oil change on a car that has 200,000 miles. I am aware the struts are old and it has some other issues but at this point I am just driving it until it doesn't drive. Watched him get snappy and be rude to multiple other customers while I was waiting as well. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. If you want to avoid rudeness steer clear of this spot. Unfortunate too because I always had great experiences here previously.

I have had an awful experience with this location of Big O. It started with them putting the wrong tires on the truck. They replaced them and corrected the mistake but the alignment was off on the truck. I brought the truck in 3 different times in the 10 days or so after the initial alignment, each time telling me it was fixed. The truck was pulling to the right. Finally in the last visit I was told the alignment is straight but they were having trouble getting the steering wheel to be perfectly aligned as it was slighty off to the left. Fine I said. I spend way too much time there already for a simple tire change. Now, I have two front tires that are destroyed because the alignment was never actually fixed. I went in on Monday 6/12 and spoke with Gil Saenz about the situation and asked them to replace the tires. He told me he would order the tires and talk to his GM and for me to come back next day. Gil didn't even look at the tires to see the abnormal wear. I go in on Tuesday 6/13 and speak with Gil again. All he tells me is the GM never showed up and he doesn't control the GM's (Blade I believe) schedule. He would call me when the GM gets in which would be shortly. Never heard from him. So I called same day around closing. Was told GM never showed up. I call again Wednesday 6/14, Gil tells me they want tire rotation records but won't tell me why knowing full well a tire rotation will not fix a bad alignment and instead of having 2 destroyed tire I would have 4. Gil tells me he will let his GM know and call me back. Nothing later on Wednesday or Thursday from Gil. So I call again this morning. They are not going to replace the tires that are ruined because I was lied to about the alignment being fixed, because the tires had not been rotated. Again all this would have done is destroy all 4 tires because this is not normal tire wear. 5 days of constantly contacting the location for them to do what was right as the tire damage is clearly caused by a bad rotation. Picture is posted of the tire. Which again, no one in the store even bothered to look at. Obviously will not be going back to this location. The GM also runs the location at Cave creek and Rose Garden, which has been GREAT to me, but has now also lost my business. It's just one customer to them so I know they wont care but don't put yourself in the position of additional expenses by going through this location.Edit: Big O replied to this post to reach out to them through their website which I already did 3 weeks ago and never received a response.
