The price was fair and the work was great! I was in Bullhead and needed a repair for my truck on a Saturday. They were the only shop that said they would look at my problem and fix it the same day. I definitely recommend them!

Took our 2005 Buick Rainier in for Airbag Strut replacement. Chris was very knowledgeable and polite. Even though he was very busy with other vehicles, Chris had our Buick done the same day and even allowed us to come pick our Buick up after hours. Very happy with the end results, Chris' professionalism, and the cost was very reasonable.Highly recommended to anyone that needs auto service done for their vehicle.

They have my girls car over a year now and the car still isn t done the loan is paid off and I put money down for a rebuild engine and they said they are putting in a junk engine every time we call Chris always said we will work on it just two weeks still nothing is done. Now that Chris has the money it feels like he don t care and scams for money and doesn t do the job well I ll be take Chris and his company to court now!!!!! The guys are really knowledgeable and the best guys I know.Their prices are fair, the service is incredible.Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche, and VW service or repairs.In fact, they are such awesome folks that I gave them the keys to my house in Laughlin and told them to go have fun!These are people you can trust!!!

This is the worst shop in Bullhead City, Chris The owner put a New engine in our truck. Went to work drove to Texas to bring a trailer and didn't even make it to bullhead City broke down in Parker. Long story short, took the truck to the shop as it was still under warranty and 9 months later NOBODY I mean NOBODY worked on our truck. Thanks to them we went out of business. Now we have to pay someone else to come and fix our truck at our house. They actually admitted to us that it was their fault. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP I would give 0 Stars.

I called them up on the phone since I was in town for a short visit. My AC in my truck was not blowing cold air. They said come on down, we will take a look at it and take care of you. It is a local shop and we always want to support our community. Chris got us right in and had us out in an hour. Excellent customer service and they even made a few recommendations for items I hadn't noticed but needed to be repaired. So I will be going back to have the other items taken care of. Very fair pricing, check them out. Scott

Called and spoke to Chris and told him we were driving through from CA to texas and our AC was blowing hot air. He said to come in and he would take a look at it. We were on vacation in Bullhead when our diesel truck started leaking coolant. Took it to the chevy dealer and was told we need to replace the radiator both hoses the water pump and thermostat. Told them we had Car Shield Warranty and they said they did not accept it. Then took the truck to Precision. Chris said they would take Car Shield, called them got everything except the hoses covered by the warranty. Chris thank you so much for getting us back on the road. Couple days later we headed back to Texas and one of the hoses came loose and lost the coolant. Since we were 200 miles away we had to have another shop do the repair. Chris and Precision auto took care of everything. It is really nice to know that Chris backs up the work they do. Would highly recommend them. Only giving two stars because the owner was a nice guy. I brought my car to him with a blown head gasket after waiting a month for my appointment. He had my car for three months and I felt like he kept putting me on the back burner. He A LOT of other cars he was working on at the same time. Toward the end he would tell me it would be ready in a week, then a week later I would call to come pick it up and he would tell me another week. That happened several times. When it was finally ready, I went to pick it up and all of my change was stolen from my center console. I paid him $3000 for the job and not even 24 hours later I was on the side of the road broken down. He told me to take it back but I didn t want to go without a car again. I found a mechanic in Ft Mohave that fixed my blown head gasket in three weeks and only charged me $2600. Wishing I had gone with someone else to begin with.Service: Engine repair

Fast, honest, careful service at a reasonable price! In my search throughout the BHC region for a trustworthy mechanic, most of them seemed too expensive or somewhat unknowledgable (or just too busy). But Precision Auto Repair made time to work on my car and also provided helpful advice about other unrelated repairs I needed without pressuring me to spend more. They were also friendly and polite in the midst of an obviously busy day. Highly recommended!

Fast and efficient didnt waste much time in getting to work on my bmw 550i. They knew the problem right away ordered the parts next day I had my car back .. thanks guys.. ps dont be short with these guys .! Lol if you go there you'll know what im sayin
