Randy and his team they are awesome. Very good customer care service.They did amazing job to my toyota corolla which had a collision.It was looking like new and they also cleaned it inside and outside.Very honest and trustworthy people.I recommend Benson Auto Body shop 100%.From Kelvin/Mary Nyaga.

Great body work. They had to replace the drivers side quarter panel on my 2020 Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk after being side swiped by a hit and run 18 wheeler (Valley Trucking on Friday August 13th. The driver refused to admit fault even with a witness and the driver drove away before we could get his license plates.) Phil at Benson Auto Body refused to accept sub-par replacement parts and while it took longer to get my Jeep back I greatly appreciate him looking out for me. The work was fantastic and I can't even tell the accident ever took place.Service: Painting

No need to think you need to find a big city repair shop after an accident. Not when we have a gem right here in Benson. The did a beautiful job on the damage I sustained to my T-bird. My car was done and ready to pick up when promised and it was spotless inside and out. Carpet papers on the floors just like when you get a new vehicle! Friendly and very knowlegable staff. I just got my car back from Benson Auto body. The work is beautiful! I love that they are local. So friendly and caring, TJ and Phil take personal care of each customer. I was there when another customer was there, and the customer received the kind, caring service I received. Excellent service, and excellent work!

I was in Benson Wal Mart and a crazy old lady ran into my car in the lot hit it in the parking stall. I took it there because she had State Farm and they work with them. Nice people good work. Lights weren't functional and they made it right. Would use them again if need would arise.

Phil and TJ worked with my insurance company directly to replace my cracked windshield and were friendly, efficient. The whole team got me in and out in around 30 mins and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Overall friendly service and generally good with time lines. 3 out of 5 stars because my microphone that goes from the stereo to the sun visor was cut and i repaired it myself. It took them three days the first time to fix my vehicle. The part ended up being bad so they had to replace it a second time. The second time it cost me nothing, however it took more than 9 days to get it back and had to rent a vehicle when i was not planning too. I do plan on returning and will provide future updates on the service and quality of the repairs.

Outstanding workmanship and service. I've had my three vehicles repaired here in the past few years, all with great results: very fair prices, friendly service, work accomplished in a timely manner, and professional workmanship. I could not recommend this place higher.

Benson Auto is a FANTASTIC repair shop! I was driving to Tucson from out of town and a rock hit my windshield. I wasn't in town long, so I needed the windshield repaired before I hit the road again and Phil went out of his way to clear up a time for me to get it taken care of before I left. Leo and Carlos did the repair quickly and with great quality, explained everything I needed to know before I hit the road, and I was on my way 30 minutes after the work began! Not many Auto body shops take care of you the way Phil does, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business should you need it

I called Phil to schedule repair on my 2011 Dodge Ram. He was very helpful and got the parts before I dropped off my truck. The repair was done like brand new and was done on time and very quickly. The cost was no more than he promised and he even did some extra work and painted the whole side of my truck. I have used Tucson big name shops before and they never did that. They only painted the specific damaged area. I'm VERY PLEASED.

After my accident I had my vehicle towed here awaiting the insurance company to determine if my truck was repairable. Stayed in contact with me throughout the whole ordeal via emails and phone calls. The owners, Phil and Liz were very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned that I was physically okay from the accident. TJ, their Go-to gal, got me a nice rental car, after pulling strings to find one available during the week of the eclipse, and got it delivered to Benson. Very pleased with the whole experience. How many people can say that after totalling their car? A+++ service! A++++ staff!

Very down to earth business. Really friendly and swift service. Would recommend to anybody with a windshield replacement (like I did) or other car repair. I expected to be there for at least an hour yet it only took 15 minutes. A+++++++

The only reason they get a one star is cuz that's the lowest you can go my friend took her car there they repaired it charged her took all her money she made it 8 Miles away from Benson Auto and broke down again I had to go there get her a tow truck cuz she could not afford it because they took all her money I would never go there I called them ask them if they would write the wrong and he said it's not his responsibility she could bring it back he would charge her again poor business management I would never take anything to these people their warranty is out the door cash goodbye

Professional and friendly staff ..I was walked thru the process and they did a good job replacing my bumper ..my car was clean...they went the extra mile to do a great job and finished when they said they would.I would highly recommend them.

Took my car in for repaired after accident Phil customer service was good pick up trk on a very rainy day didn't notice bumper was not adjusted right went in week later to let him know couldn't leave trk then 2 months later wanted Phil to paint another part for me Phil gave me a unreasonable price Phil's cust service then was low felt like already got Yur money moral to this is cust service before and after the fact to date haven't received a call to straightnt the bumper or even thank me for business will I recommend him or take him more work ??????? Yu decide if I'm rightas P 3.600 for repairs moral to this c
