Impress with young new highers. Very eager to help. Very attentative and helpful. Had to go there 4 times in one day. They were on their business helping costumers. I also was impressed with how upbeat and quick they were in helping us. They didn't have the key for lock nut on my rims. But they did everything they could in trying to help us. Very pleased with new highers an Autozone employees over all. I've been going here 15 years. I've seen so many employees come and go. Ilove how diverse they are and how well they work together.

What a great AutoZone! I've been a regular customer at my AutoZone in Wisconsin, but while visiting Apache Junction, my horn started beeping in the middle of the night. The gentleman I worked with at AJ's AutoZone helped diagnose the problem, verified that my battery was toast and the probable cause of the alarm, and helped install a new battery quickly and efficiently. Superior service, great pricing (as expected from them!), and an overall pleasant trip that solved a worrisome issue. You just can't do better than dealing with AutoZone.

Customer service is great however they didn't have a part that I needed. They looked it up and told me that it was at a different location and sent me to that location. That location didn't have the part. Wish he would have called before I went. Other than that they seem to be very on top of their game and always willing to help.

I love this auto zone they are always so nice and helpful. I also would like to thank the young lady with short blonde hair. I wish I had gotten her name. I believe she was an assistant. Anyways super sweet girl. She helped me out big time!!

Steven was extremely helpful with what I needed. Also came outside to help install the wipers. You can tell Steven has amazing customer service thankyou so much I will be back next time I need vehicle help

Bought spark plugs & used my rewards # witch is kept in there computer & they said no receipt is needed for returns,, witchbis a lie ,they gave me wrong plugs & won't return them because I don't have receipt witch they never gave me !!Teller looked up my rewards # & seen I bought them there ,but said no refund without receipt!!What a scam !�

I d like to thank Curtis, Ciara, and Harry for helping me with resolving an issue where a past employee broke my radiator installing a battery and autozone compensated me the $1500 it took to fix Thanks again guys! Excellent customer service and because of that I still shop here

Im big on customer service being a business owner myself. And CIARA went above and beyond with her exuberant personality and true care when it came to customer satisfaction. I went in with a good battery only 4 months old for a charge/test because earlier in the evening I needed a jump. When I came back it was a failed battery when previously it came back with a positive test other than the fact it needed a little juice. She expressed how she didnt want me to be unhappy with the service and was adamant that we find a solution. Instead of charging me for a new battery when likely it was their charger than ran it dry and caused the fail for one reason or another she replaced it without a hassle. Its people like her that make consumers like me a repeat customer. She's definitely manager material if shes not already!

I want to thank Ben Hernandez, the assistant store manager, for helping me put new windshield wipers on my car. He was polite, efficient and had it done quickly. He even carried the old wipers and packaging back into the store. This is my go to Auto Zone!! Thank you Ben.

I visited this location last week. I will not be returning. I did not get his name however the sales associate I dealt with was a mid 30 s early 40 s Hispanic male. Even prior to assisting me I dreaded being next in line hoping the female on the other register would become available before he had. After overhearing his interactions with prior customers, I considered just leaving to avoid said associate. Hindsight and against my better judgement I stuck around and it turned out just as expected. Some folks are just not cut out for customer service jobs and this is one of them.

I have been there 3 times over the years and always receive great service. The employee that helped me today, I think "Ciara" was super friendly, helpful and quick. She helped me with a replacement battery and we were having a tough day. Thank you soo much!

Terrible customer service. Was in there today 9/23/23. I asked the male associate at check out if they still price match Rockauto? His response was you need to print out and an add or something I told him I have the site pulled up and can show him the checkout price with shipping and tax if that s what he means. He again told me I need to print an add or something. After going back and forth a few times I was told. Obviously the prices online are going to be cheaper I went to the store at Crismon and Guadalupe and they price matched no problem. He just did not want to deal with it so it was easier to tell me no at Apache Junction store.

Very helpful. If they didn't know about something in particular, they were going find out for you the best that they could while you are with them. Kudos to closing employees for finding items and getting my requests fulfilled.

These guys were going to charge me $273 for a car battery. I shopped around. Found one for $179 the exact same battery for the exact same car . Only thing different was a sticker on the battery. AutoZone you can pound sand. Thank you, Walmart auto department. Plus it came with a 4-year warranty.

Went there today. Wanted to know if my 12v 7.5 ah sla battery would charge. Told me they would put on charger and see. Come back in an hour.i came back hour and 15 minutes later and found out that no one attended to that battery leaving it on the charger too long causing the battery to bulge, become very hot and acid leaking. They totally screwed up my battery.

Update: refunds went through and I can't say enough about that manager working that day.This will change to a 5 star as soon as my refunds go through... That system seems slow. I also have to say that if the employee who helped me knew a bit more or asked someone else, I would not have had to exchange. Seems to be a training issue in teaching that it's okay to ask questions or to ask for help. Otherwise, this place was super busy and the manager had it all together without even blinking an eye. Thank you Joe... You are awesome!

I have been going to this particular AutoZone for several years now. It's a good store always has supplies. Got help looking up parts I was searching for as well as found what I needed. Unfortunately had to go back a couple times, for some reason I didn't receive all correct parts. Partially my fault partially AutoZone. Important tho, we were able to figure it out, get the help I needed and given the associate/shopper appreciation and the job got handled and saved some money at the same time. Appreciate all the help thank you .

Everytime I go here I am greeted with rudeness and disrespect and that's why I will no longer go to this store and anyone saying they had good customer service are not honest reviews

The Night Manager, Robert was very helpful, polite, and easy to talk to! Just met him last week.. but, feel he's doing a good job in his effort to do so ! This coming from a retired Business owner. Bruce
