Northwest Customs was a nice place to do business. I m a 57 year old single female and they never gave even a hint of not taking me seriously while I shopped for upgrades to my Ford F-150. I didn t know what exactly I needed, and they gave solid recommendations, were patient, and were kind. Since then, Steve has shown his dedication to customer service by making every effort to accommodate me to resolve a minor issue. I highly recommend them and will certainly do business with them again if the need arises.

We had Northwest Customs install a 30 inch double stack light bar on our 2005 Sequoia. My wife doesn't like messing with a separate switch so we had them wire it to our brights. Not only can we see at least 150 yards down the road it is recessed in the grill in a way to protect it from an easy snatch in a parking lot. Very happy with the experience and product provided by Northwest Customs

I can t say enough positive about using Northwest Customs. I went in the store not really knowing what I wanted and the owner took the time to show my options and styles online. Described pros and cons and made it easy! It s exactly what I wanted and that s saying something as I didn t know for sure exactly how to ask for it. Great place to go to get your truck to the next level!!! My only regret is I didn t do it sooner!

I ve purchased a lift kit, several sets of tires and rims from Northwest Customs. Tristen is always very helpful, excellent quality of work, prices are fair and when he says he s going to do something he does it. If he says that he will call you back, he actually calls back. Old school customer service.

Steve at NW Customs did a great job getting my equipment installed for me. Knowledgable about his products and great working store displays. Will be back with our 23 Tahoe next for some extra light for the long dark winters

I brought my truck into Steve late in the afternoon thinking there would be no way the work could be done. I was completely wrong! Steve was able to fit me in, had the parts in stock and was able to install all in under 1 hour! Awesome customer communication skills and expert knowledge of installation and troubleshooting. I was extremely happy with Steve s work and the outcome of the product he suggested for installation. I have found my truck accessories shop and Northwest Customs is LOCAL, even better!

I have used Northwest Customs for several additions to my Tundra Crew Cab. I desperately needed running boards, because I'm short and it took just days from order to install. They installed seat warmers, and just today they put a computer table top between my front seats. I'm an Appraiser and travel far and wide. They have been so helpfull, Professional, and very quick to complete my orders. Thanks Northwest Customs!

The guys at Northwest Customs are awesome. I ordered steps for my truck and of course with shipping to Alaska the box broke and some hardware was missing. I was going to install myself, but instead of having me run around looking for hardware the rectified the situation and took care of the installation themselves. I have already used them again and they got me exactly what I needed. 10/10 definitely recommend

Nic, I'm disappointed you have not returned my call or called after my visit. Bumper are not level/even, wheel well fitment looks janky and sensors we're loose. I get that you are a new and fledgling small business but your attention to details needs work.

Recently had Steve with Northwest customs put running boards on my wifes Tundra, he did a great job on the installation and did everything in a timely manner. So nice to receive such great service in this day and age !
