Scammer business. I took my car in to get checked out and was told I need a wheel hub replacement. After I brought it to them they said my caliper was busted and I needed new brakes and rotors. The job was going to cost about 800 more than originally thought. When I told them I feel like they tried to get over on me. the guy went ballistic on me on how that's not true. Long story short they fix the hub and magically get the busted caliper back on. He told me I did not have any back brakes because the caliper did not work. Took it home bought a new caliper I was going to change out the part but then I tested the caliper and it was working. Number one rule for salesman is to use fear. They tell you not to drive the car home because its dangerous. the average person will not know any better. They also lost one of my lug nuts during a tire change over and did not say anything. Also I took my car to another shop for a wheel hub and the labor from the other company was higher and somehow it was half the price I paid at Kenai river auto. Which means they are either fabricating the time it takes to fix your vehicle or the mechanic is slow and doesnt know what he is doing.

I have always had great service here until now. The amount of disrespect from him and ignorance is ridiculous. I called on Monday and he explained he had drop in available all week so I told him as soon as my tires came in I would come in, either Thursday or Friday he said no problem but Friday he had an appointment in the afternoon. But to bold face like to me claiming he only said Friday is ridiculous. He didn't want to hear the recorded call when I called. So I went to the auto spa down the street and for $90 plus tax my new tires were mounted and balance and they got me right in. I will not recommend kenai River auto again.

Chris is a super guy. We ve had 2 cars serviced there and we get the tires changed over there.
