I feel very lucky to have been pointed in Joe Dilly s direction!! Joe responded to my request for an RV repair on-site. He kept in touch as to when he could get to my job. With our first phone call, I felt confident that he was honest and competent. Incredibly, he had the water heater for our very old RV IN STOCK!! He fixed it quickly and professionally. Did I mention he works mobile and was well-prepared for whatever he might find? Now THAT S the way to do business! I highly recommend Joe and his business, Kenai RV Service and Repair.

Joe s Mobile RV saved our weekend! We had just bought a used RV and as we were filling up the water, we noticed there was water coming from under the cabinet in the kitchen. We called Joe and he said to bring in the water heater and he would test it. We did and the water heater was fine. We knew something was wrong and Joe offered to come to our house and see what he could do. He followed my husband home and for the next hour they looked at different things that could be causing it. Joe finally found an old cracked washer that when under pressure, sprayed out water. He changed it out and the leak stopped. He also provided a couple of other small parts that made life easier for us. He is friendly, professional, and knows his stuff. We were on the road within an hour. Thanks so much, Joe! You are now our go-to for everything RV. Oh , and the price he charged was WAY less than we expected. We are happy customers!

Parts and repairs for all types of RV. Very knowledgeable. Will go back for service to my RV. Well, I spoke too soon. Thought work had been done but found out differently. I had purchased a used MH and asked Joe to check it out and repair anything he found wrong. Got it back over a month later and told everything was now working except the refrigerator and he could not get a new board because it was too old. Found out later that things were not fixed. Not Winterized , water heater need a part, Refrigerator board was available. Had all fixed by another RV repairman who was referred by several RV park owners. Enough Said.

Joe was a very professional RV repair technician. Our power cable for the trailer break lights, turn signal and trailer breaks had gotten severed while visiting Kenai staying at the Dimond M Ranch. Called Joe s Mobile RV and although he was extremely busy at this time of year he returned our calls and made the time to come to our camp site to fix the cable allowing us to had breaks, break light and turn signals to get safely back to Anchorage after our trip. Very affordable and a very good person. He came highly recommended from several different sources, including other RV users at Dimond M Ranch. We highly recommend him. He will return calls and arrange his schedule the best he can to get to you quickly. Joes Mobile RV Service is now on our phone list as we visit the Kenai every summer. Thank you Joe! A thank you to Joe's Mobile RV Service. We were stranded in a campground on the Kenai as our RV slide would not retract. He came and got it to retract. It was an issue with our code box and our stops not being set. He was honest with us about what he did not know about our model of motorhome. We so appreciate his kindness and honesty. We highly recommend him and his shop - Kenai RV Service and Repair.

My suburban water heater stopped working on the gas heat side leaving us having to run the generator to get hot water. We were camped in Ninilchik, so I drove to Joes rv supply on the chance he might have that part in stock or could order it for me. Well, he had it in stock!! Called Joe on a Saturday night and he called early Sunday morning. He came in, on his off day, to fix my water heater and had it going within 10 minutes. Saved my cross country road trip! I highly recommend giving him a call for anything RV related.

Exceptional customer service! In the height of busy season, Joe was able to fit us into his schedule sooner than expected. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He found an issue that could have potentially burned down our camper. He notified me right away and made repairs in a timely manner. Could not have been happier with his service. I called Joe after a Google search and reading all the great reviews about him and his business. He responded within 20 minutes of reaching out, and came over that same day to winterize my RV. The next day he came out and shrink wrapped the whole 36 ft RV and did a great job. This kind of service is next to impossible to find on the Kenai Peninsula!!! I am so grateful. I will never call anyone else.

Have been trying to get him to come look at our RV refrigerator for two months. My husband is leaving tomorrow to work out of town without a working fridge. He did try to troubleshoot when my husband could get through to him on the phone or catch him at the office, which infrequently. Hopefully he s more responsive to others in the future.

Came out looked at job twice and disappeared would not recommend!Water heater is on back order. Was told he was still working on door not that he couldn t find one. Small patch to be done on roof that he never came back for. First time he came and looked at camper was last fall end of September early October and then no word from home until about April lost all of his info on my camper so he came back out and looked again. Nothing has been done to move forward in that time would not recommend.

Joe dilly Joe dilly is an exceptional RV tech, he is so knowledgeable on all systems he was able to help me fix my broken RV fridge over the phone! He didn t even need to see anything, he walked me through exactly what I needed to do in a very professional manner and now my fridge can run off of electricity again. Joe is my first stop if I ever have an RV issue and will always do an amazing job

Joe replaced my converter and now it is quiet, efficient and the lights are brighter than ever. He came to repair my water heater, which he did. But in the process discovered that my converter was bad. He was absolutely 100% correct about that. It was overheating, buzzing and the fan was running constantly. He s quick, clean, smart and has a good sense of humor!Service: Electrical

I would recommend Joe s mobile repair all day everyday. I came across a problem with my camper and he answered promptly, talked the issue over with me and then came out the very next morning and fixed the problem caused by a previous rv repair person.He was efficient, thorough and very kind.Joe is your guy! 5 stars all the way!

We rented a run down RV from a company based in Anchorage and our generator died. The RV owner wouldn't come to us but Joe agreed to see us immediately and stopped working on his other jobs just to help us. He could not have been more concerned and helpful to us. We have had an issue with the slide out sticking in the out position ever since we had it repaired at the well known national comopany. Called Joe about an issue with my RV and he immediately started problem solving the issue with me. I felt very comfortable that he knew what he was talking about. Had a water leak in my motorhome, called first, we're very pleasant. Drove over and had my water line fixed within 5 minutes. Very reasonable and nice people. Will definitely return if needing service and in the area.

called to fix a couple things with my camper. said he d be there by 1 the latest and i waited for him while everyone fished until 2:30 then i finally left and never heard back at all. I first called him at 9:30am. not very professionalreply: you must have me confused because you didn t say any of that to me and we talked in the morning not the evening you said you had one job to do at 10:30am and you d probably be done by 11:30 but would be at my campground by 1 the latest you even told me it shouldn t take too long because it was an easy fix.
