Wonderful experience. Had an expensive repair and the team gave me a very competitive rate and even removed some items that once the repair started were found to not be needed. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to have work on their vehicle done. They are honest and do a great job!

Great crew to deal with. Thorough in their immediate work and in checking potential issues. Had some recent problems and they were quick in getting me in. That's huge for me as I'm 90 miles out and have nowhere to go living in BFE.

Dan and his crew at Expressway are knowledgeable and customer friendly. Every time I ve gone in all questions have been answered, even if Expressway doesn t do the requested work they stake their reputation on their referrals. Good job

Highly recommend Expressway Auto. Excellent customer service. Appreciate how they check my car out from top to bottom and address any concerns. When I tell them my concerns, they immediately check them out. They have the best little door greeter in the interior!

Expressway Auto did an exceptional job rebuilding my engine. Mark made the paperwork and warranty process seamless and easy on my end. The owner Dan worked out a very reasonable price and discount on parts. Would recommend. I had a slight issue with my older car, and took it to Expressway Auto in North Pole Alaska and left it with them for the day.I was surprised and impressed when they called me with the diagnostic and told me that my issue was a non-safety issue, and that if it were mine as the caller told me, they wouldn t worry about it until a convenient time.They didn t charge me for the quick diagnosis, and a easy-to-read estimate was left in my front seat left me which left me driving home super impressed with the integrity of this business, and eager to use them in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My truck s heater went out at -10 F. Called and they said they would try to squeeze me in the next afternoon. They got me in, diagnosed a bad blower motor and replaced it in under two hours. Kudos to Donnie and the crew at Expressway Auto in North Pole, AK.PS. Santa lives across the highway and just down the street.

Very helpful and great communication! I stopped here when I had a tire with unusually low tire pressure. They were able to fit me into their schedule, remove 2 screws from my tire, and repair my tire for a great price. I was quickly back on the road and would definitely recommend expressway auto!

I stopped into Expressway to see if they could help me with an oil smell issue and they took a look at it right away , found the problem and fixed it for me. They are a great group of people and I highly recommend using this shop for all your automotive needs!!

They got me in very quickly and found the issue with my car. Had work done at Lithia of Fairbanks and they left all 4 of the bolts that hold the rack and pinion to my car loose. Kept hearing a popping noise and didn t know what it was. Only waited a few days to get it checked out and taken care of. Donny and his crew were awesome. This is my first time using them and I went to them because of a very high recommendation from a close friend. Donny kept me up to speed on what was going on with my vehicle. They treated me as if I had been a long time customer, Super personal and friendly and great service. it s always sketchy looking for a new mechanic but I have full confidence in this company s integrity and experience. They have been absolutely amazing the couple times I ve had to bring my car in. They called me before they stated any work so I knew what was wrong, what would need to be done and about how much it would cost so there was never any surprises when I picked it up. They have always been so nice to me and got my car in right away. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and there s no where else I would trust bringing my vehicle to. Thank you all so much! We took one of our cars to this auto shop because one of the tires kept losing air. They were very quick at inspecting the tire, and addressing the issue. We waited on site while they fixed it and it was not an unpleasant wait. The overall experience was good. They are very professional and detailed. I am glad they are located in North Pole as well!

I called for roadside assistance because my jack broke even though Expressway doesn t have it. Donny sent Chuck out to remove rim, replace tire, and put wheel back on. Done in @ 1 hour from call.
