We broke down about 20 miles out of Fairbanks when we were heading home which is over 300 miles away. We called all around Fairbanks and couldn t get anyone to even look at our coach for over a week. We finally called Peterbilt and they really seemed to try and help us as best they could. We thought we would have to be towed (expensive!) but then we spoke to Peterbilt they again and they suggested they could send a mobile repair truck out to diagnose the problem and see if he could get it so it could drive back to Fairbanks, which is what they did and worked on our engine that same day. Stellar service!
