Gea and the 2 other guys need a raise10 / 10 customer service !!!!We broke down in the parking lot and Gea and her 2 other guys did everything they could to get us on the road again.

I ordered something online with delivery. After 2 hours, I called and they said they aren't doing deliveries today because they only had 2 working. Maybe a phone call would be nice to let people know that you aren't honoring a commitment online.

Great costumer service, 90% of the time will have what you need. If not, they will call all other Napa's in the area to get your part! Knowledgeable staff!

Stacy is the best. she has never done me wrong I have been going to the store on Gaffney for 3 years and I have never received a mismatched part or a defective part. Her knowledge is great and her can do attitude really helps with maintenance of your vehicle. She is fast, smart, and efficient at her job. I would recommend this particular store to anyone who needs quality parts and great customer service.

The selection and prices are pretty typical for the fairbanks area. The staff are all friendly and mostly helpful. They aren't much use for cross checking parts to see what would work. So if you have a unique project or an older vehicle, you might need to do your own research before going in. I give it 3 stars because I seriously dislike the online vs in-store pricing. If you look a part up online, do not expect it to be that price when you go to the store. You can however, stand in front of the register and buy your part online for the online price and pick it up at that very same register. It is weird, stupid, and ridiculous but that is the way it is.

I was going to buy a few tools there. Probably a couple hundred dollars, but they wouldn't let me use the bathroom before I shopped, so I took my business elsewhere.

Never walked in and they didn't have what I was in search of. Fairly priced against other parts stores in the Fairbanks area. Customer service could be quicker, or should I say they need more staff. Avoid during lunch hour or right around 5pm. Store can become congestive and increase wait time.

Bought a heater blower motor with cage. It was higher than what the web site showed, but it was -16 below zero, and it needed to be replaced. The blower did not come with a gasket. Had to use the old one. Lesson learned.Thanks, be safe.

I went in like 10 minutes before they closed but the gentleman that helped me, Segura, was very helpful and wasn't trying to rush me out even though they were about to close!! I got what I needed AND great customer service!! Thanks napa

If I could give a negative Star I would I have had very poor service from the Gaffney branch every time we have tried to use them other stores in the state try very hard to help where they can even if they have to stay a few minutes to accommodate napa in Fairbanks will always be the very last place I will for my parts needs

Went in looking for trailer parts for an old snownachine trailer I bought. Google said they had trailer parts, and I thought just trailer balls or similar. NOPE! Light kits, individual lights, 10+ hitches, receivers, trailer tounge mounts & parts, replacement bearings, and probably even Bearing Buddies! This place is stocked!

I am from Nevada and from California. Napa is my Go-To for parts. When I buy windshield wipers they always install them for me. Not this place. Nope. Went to O Reilly s and they were more than enthusiastic to install them. So disappointed in this place.

It's a normal auto parts store. But they were the only one in Fairbanks that had a hard copy manual for my 2003 Toyota. On line is nice, but a book that doesn't have annual renewal fees is my prefernce.

FYI not all female customers are clueless when getting auto parts. Your not mechanics so don't act like one. Employees only Sale Auto parts give it a rest on your so called I'm a mechanic.

The staff is knowledgeable, but the work pace is lacking. The lines at the store were excessive and when I call into the store I'm waiting a minimum of 10 minutes before im able to discuss what Im looking for.

Asked for a part for an led light bar I had just bought and the old fatass bald guy with the big ear ring says "they come with the light when you buy it!" Then walked off ignoring me. This place is a sucks, customer service is horrible!!!

If you have lots of money to pay for the labor costs, it's a good place to take your motorhome to get fixed.

Lots of car and truck parts. Tried to get replacement parts for NAPA branded welder. No one knew how to lookup for find the parts to make it functional. They could only say call some "expert" at the corporate level, but never gave the phone number. Sure would like my "NAPA" MIG welder to work!

Napa has a good selection for car breakdowns you can find it there or order parts your looking for may be a little wait on help usually not that long.

My buddy and i had great customer service. They just need to keep the selves restocked. They are the closest parts store to base also.

Great customer service! Bulb in manual had unusual designation. He found it fast and I was good to go.

Never again. First I spend 20 min on hold..which would be understandable if they were slammed...I left my phone on hold and drove from auto zone, to O Reilly's, and then to NAPA...Walked in the door (still on hold) And one other person was in there while Big Mike was just sitting there looking like captain spalding. I went to napa last because I hate going there, people that are smart DO NOT go there, and today was a reminder as to why. The other guy didn't have a name tag, but was completely ignorant to what a key fob was... which i found hillarious. Just go to auto zone or O'Reilly, this place is a embarrassment to the NAPA name.
