Great Customer service, didn t have to wait long for assistance, BUT I did have to wait over 4 hours to get the product I ordered online. Unacceptable! Need to do better, no one wants to wait that long to get their items. But service was great!

Van horn store needs to get it together. Always a lot of people working behind the counter, but it's rare anyone acknowledges you right away...first rule of customer service guys. I always end up waiting a long time, Ive left and went elsewhere before because of disappointing service. But, they generally have what you need when you do get up to the counter.

Conveniently located store if you work on the industrial side of town. Clean, well stocked, with competent, helpful staff members. Lacks the glitz and glam of other, more visible NAPAs, but that's a part of its appeal. Solid example of the chain.

There's a no parking sign for the side loading and unloading of trucks. This makes it confusing as to where you can park to pick up your parts because there are orange cones next to the sign and all across the front of the store. Apparently you can still park in front of the store the cones are there for snow release off the roof.

I know some of the staff and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't know the answer, they do their absolute best to figure it out.Store is usually very clean, organized and stocked.

I have asked for assistance finding the correct bulbs and then left the store with the wrong bulbs twice now, the returns are easy but its a hassle to keep going back to get the right part.

Napa, don't know how. Other part stores aren't any better though. Always feel like, "why am I standing here for so long?"

Van horn napa is the best napa in town Katie and her crew do their best to get u what u need(right parts) in a timely fashion with a healthy sprinkling of know how(u know what kind).
