I heard concerning noise in my brake and was able to schedule an inspection at Midas the very next day. They identified the issue as two rocks and, impressively, didn't charge me for taking them out. I highly recommend Midas to anyone seeking quick and reliable automotive care.

I went in without an appointment due to the severity of the repair needed and they told me to leave the car and they will squeeze me in when the part arrives. I got my car back the next day and it drives super smooth. Well please with the service. Thank you Midas!!

I usually change my own oil and had bought the oil and filter to do it. However, I was feeling under the weather so I decided to take it in. At first everything was kosher, they said they could use the oil and filter I brought in no problem. They changed the oil and I'm handed the bill for $79. Maybe I've been changing my oil myself for too long but $79 to remove a bolt, unscrew a filter, watch oil drain, put it back together and fill it back up with oil seems like a rip off but whatever price you pay.That's not all, 10 days after this oil change my truck dumps oil all over the parking lot. Not clean 10 day old oil but black, 6 month oil. Now there's no way I can prove that the 2 are related but I don't believe in coincidences. My truck is now in the shop getting almost $9K in repairs. Whether Midas was the catalyst for this or not, the time and inconsistencies don't give me a warm fuzzy feeling. I will never take any vehicle back for any kind of service. The risk isn't worth the convenience.

Upfront staff were knowledgeable and worked with my schedule to move an appointment up a few days.Harry did a great job with repairs on my vehicle. I was in and out with a fixed car and no up-selling or issues.

Brought my car in because it wouldn't flip and turn on. They told me my battery terminals weren't on well and that's why my car wouldn't start but the car wasn't acting the way it was before so they couldn't really do much else. They scrubbed it with a brush tightened the terminals and charged me $175 for it. The car completely died three days later. The new shop I took it too found multiple other issues with my car that needed fixed. I'm not sure they did a check at all.

I appreciate them squeezing me in on short notice. The work they done was over pretty good the alignment runs pretty straight down the road but the wheel isn t perfectly straight. I am sure there are other components that need replaced to make that happen though. Over all honest people didn t try to sell me on unneeded items and gave me a nice military discount!Edit: not long after arriving home I notice this damage to my rim. I immediately called to ask what happened but they acted clueless and I was told the owner would contact me directly on Tuesday it is now Thursday and I was told my files would be left on his desk for when he got back and caught up from vacation. Like if the techs had been honest and volunteered that they damaged my rim I wouldn t have cared its only 200 to replace the rim but instead they let me leave the shop with damages.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I made an appointment a week out for an oil change, tire rotation, and headlight bulb change. I was told I couldn't have a specific time and had to leave my car there all day, so I and someone else took time off to coordinate rides so I could do this.On arrival, I was told they have no appointment for me. The woman at the counter said "I don't think we can help you today." When I expressed having an appointment, she told me I could leave my car all day and they "might be able to get to it." There was not even an apology for the appointment that I made but which they do not have.Absolutely disgraceful.I called to speak to the manager. He repeated that I can leave my car all day and they "might" be able to get it done. When I got (understandably) angry and swore at him (which I should not have done), he told me that he will not serve me at all.I will never use this Midas again. They do not even maintain their appointments, and their customer service is an absolute joke.

They did awesome work . I called every shop in Fairbanks they had the best deal I highly recommend Midas as your chance to get new shoes on your vehicle . I had a missing key lug nut remover . They were still able to remove them with no harm . Now my truck has new shoes . I m happy my truck is happy and everyone is happy . Thanks Midas . I will be coming back .Service: Tires

Not traveler friendly! I called to schedule an appointment for an alignment ane they told me to just drop my truck off. I explained I'm traveling and was willing to wait all day or however long it took them to get to it but that I don't have a ride to leave the shop so it's easier for me to wait. They declined servicing my vehicle saying that they might need to keep my truck overnight.I've been traveling for over 5 years out of my vehicle and have used other Midas locations in the past with no issues with me waiting around.

Stopped in for an oil change on my 2500HD on Saturday after ole Jiffy Lube said it d be over an hour wait. Staff was super friendly, got me right in, and had me on my way in no time. Waiting area is huge and clean, restrooms were super clean as well. I ll be back!

Had an issue with my oil filter housing.When I arrived I Fairbanks my car diedI didn t know what the problem wasI had AAA tow my car to Midas because they were the only shop open on the weekend.I am sure glad I did. They were amazing. They immediately identified the problem and explained what the issue was. They replaced the oil filter housing with an aluminum one, topped off my oil.I was able to drive it back to Anchorage with no issues.The team there at Midas was a lifesaver. Thank you so much for the clear communication and rapid service.

They swapped my summer tires to winter tires and were fast and the people were really nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to my friend and family.

I ve been loyal to this team for years because they are always honest, direct, and go out of their way to help everyone. I ve witnessed it with strangers countless times while waiting for my own vehicle. Harry will always do the right thing and stands by their work. It was a great experience from the setting up the appointment to getting my car service. Friendly staff. Gave me a report on things that may need to be fixed but was not pressured into the repairs. Little spender than some places, but service and quality makes the difference. They had Hankook iPike RS3 tires with studs in stock for buy 3 get one free! Under $675 including warranty so almost $600 for a set of winter tires couldn t find all year long. It was going to be $1200 for the tires I was settling for and without studs. Instead I was offered the iPike deal and very grateful overall. Car was ready in 1.5hrs from drop off in Fairbanks during the start of peak tire swap season. Just make sure to coordinated your info with the shop well ahead of time if you want to get it done.Service: Tires
