Jose's is the best! I hit a moose this winter and they were able to repair all the damage back to brand new, and you can't even tell there was ever damage! They maintained good communication throughout the process, it did take a bit longer than they anticipated but they were able to get it done by the time I needed it back. They were also able to work with my insurance (progressive). I would definitely recommend using them for any collision repair needs!

All they have done is lie to me for the last 6 weeks! They have also lied to the insurance company! They keep saying that the truck is in the shop getting worked on and it hasn t moved since it got there! I stopped by there to see what the status was and take some measurements the guy at the desk gave me the deer in the headlights look and promised me once again they would start on it today. Well now it s 24 hours later and it still hasn t moved! If I could give them negative stars I would and it appears they have left the hood up the entire time since it got there!Service: Body & Trim

Fine job with disappointing care. Went in for body damages for my truck(back door and trunk), everything was fixed but at some cost. Found damages on my rear bumper and whoever did the paint did NOT cover the truck fully. White primer all over my custom emblems and signs, I notice right away when I was letting the snow melt off the next day. Also, KEEP an eye on your Mileage!! I noticed a couple hundred miles ADDED like Why?? Why was my truck put in 2High (I always leave 4wheel drive settings to Auto in winter, force of habits), mirrors changed, dashboard changed and other minor other things. What's the purpose for even touching my settings when your supposed to be working on the body???? Sounds like a joy ride . If you go through them, Keep an eye on your vehicle.

They did a fantastic job on my truck, they contacted me when the job was complete and when I went to retrieve my truck, I was so happy that they even took the time to detail it, it looked brand new!

Very busy shop. It took a while to get scheduled during the summer. Bobby communicates well. He kept me informed, and the quality of the work was excellent. The price was the best in Fairbanks. I'm well pleased with the results.

Great service. The staff is always nice and professional. They took care of a couple of deep scratches my car had after a windshield replacement. It was ready way before the estimated time for pick up and the work they did was quality work.

Jose s is my go-to for auto body work in Fairbanks. They re timely, communicative, and very fairly priced compared to local competitors. Nice folks, too! Bonus: they have a secured fence when closed for the day/weekend.

Wow, this is a fantastic body shop. They handled all of the insurance paperwork and did a superb job on our car. They even detailed both inside and outside. If you're looking for a body shop that will do it right the first time, then look no further! Fast and quality, does it get any better than that?

This company took complete care of my needs and explained in detail what is going to occur when I would get my vehicle back. And when I got it back, they had my truck cleaned completely inside and out. Washed inside and out. Thank you. The paint job was excellent and couldn t tell the difference from the day it came off the floor.

Great experience. I got my car back within a week and the body work and paint was great. They even detailed the inside of my car. 10/10 would recommend them. Skip is a great guy to do business with!!!

My rear driver door needed to be replaced after someone had backed into and the shop estimated needing it from a Monday to another Monday. Dropped it off that morning picked it up the following Monday evening. Employees were nice and honest and very happy to answer my frequent calls. Door looks great and colors match - looks perfect! Would recommend!

Great work, fixed my truck after it was hit, fast! Did a great job ! Replaced the bed site and even welded up the other side to stop a problem for me without charge( because it was super easy with the bed already off)Highly recommend !Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Really impressed with their work. My '13 Dodge Charger got keyed pretty bad but they got it fixed. They got the factory paint color right and cleaned my car too. No trace of the scratch at all. They are the best in town.

I've had Jose Body and Paint repair my vehicles after 2 different collisions and they did a very good, and very timely repair. After a woman blew a stop sign and I slid into her a few months back, it only took them 4hrs to repair my vehicle and it looked good as new! Just last week I rolled my SUV and didn't even hesitate to pick Jose Body and Paint to evaluate and possibly repair my car. I highly recommend them to anyone, and everyone with automotive body needs.

Always friendly and helpful. My mother in law hit a caribou with their motor home and jose did an amazing job. My husband went into the ditch with my car and they did a great job replacing and matching my bumper. And when my daughters car got hit of course we told her to bring it there and another amazing job by jose's

Just exceptional work and exceptional service. I'm used to body shops being a little sketchy, but this was easily the nicest most well kept shop I've worked with, they were incredibly professional right on the money with her estimates and their turnaround time, it was a terrific experience!!

Had some minor body work done on an older chevy blazer and they did an amazing job. Would defintetly recommend and will have any other body work done by them.

I brought a Japanese bumper in for these guys to paint for my 2006 Lancer Evolution IX. Because it was a Japanese bumper it was a 2 tone paint job compared to the US solid color bumper. To make thing difficult the 2nd color on the bumper was never released in the US because it was solely used for the bumpers. On top of that I didn't bring the car in with the bumper which is now 9 years old. Not only did these guys get the main color to match the rest of the car spot on, they also got the 2nd mystery color spot on when installed next to a small factory painted piece, and did all this for $100 less than the other quotes I received. And I had gotten used to the long wait times when dealing with this car, so when they called me 4 days later ( keep in mind I dropped the bumper off around 2:30pm) to tell me it was done I was more than pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend Jose's and will be using them for all my paint jobs for my car.

Truck was taken back twice to be repaired. Once for an accident, the second time was so they could fix a dent in the bumper that they caused. We go back to pick it up and there are scratches on the drivers side...none of which were there to begin with! Disgusted. Only used this place because it was a "preferred" shop from the insurance of the woman who hit me. Never again. And if you aren't a fan of Chaz...don't come here. Seems all the idiots migrated from there to here.

Kind of out of the way to find but service was really quick. They emailed me my quote in just a couple hours and I only had to be there for about ten minutes. Really helped out!
