They didn't want to change the oil in my car because of the amount it was worth I assume, which is just fine with me. The problem is that it smelled like they were just smoking a joint before I walked in the door. I understand it's legal in Alaska but let's be honest, at least wait until you get home to smoke. The owner of this business needs to make a few changes before people, like myself, refuse to go there because we don't want a contact high in a business.

Y all, I highly recommend getting car services here. First, Jeremy greeted us outside and was so friendly. He explained everything including recommended services and jiffy s warranty. I ve attached a photo of the folks that serviced my car.

I usually hate taking my vehicle to this kind of place because they are always trying to sell me services I don't need. Today I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. They got my info, offered me coffee and water while I waited, and engaged me in conversation. They were very thorough. And didn't try to sell me anything other than my oil change. I will definitely be bringing our other vehicles here.

This was a stop for fluid levels and check. I was in and out in a few minutes. The crew was very courteous and professional. I'll be back for next scheduled visit.

Over priced. On my invoice statement it list all the things they did. Like vacuumed the floor boards and washed the windows. None of these were actually completed even though it stated they did them. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 simply because they got me in and out. However, I do not mind waiting for quality service.

Forgot to make sure the ru bar washer was still on my oil pan plug after they did my oil change..it vibrated loose and caused my fianc�e and I to be stranded in BFE British Columbia Canada..all the oil came out and really dirtied up the engine..almost ruined our trip and cost us $2000 canadian after paying for emergency tow. Hotel room for 3 days, food, time, etc..make sure to ask questions at this place..don't trust..verify..

Complete idiots that are employed here, it s not first come, first serve. They said they couldn t put me in the system, wasn t even closing time, and said to come back Monday. Very rude when they said this, I do not recommend this dumpster of a place.

In the middle of a 12,000 mile roadtrip, I found myself needing an oil change and stopped at this Jiffy Lube.Not only were the folks here very quick, communicative and friendly - but they really went the extra mile.I had finished the Dempster and Top of the World Highways and, try though I might, I could not get all the cement-like mud and rocks out of my wheels - causing them to be unbalanced.One of the guys went down below and took the time to scrape out all the remaining mud, making my car drive MUCH smoother at speed.As I watched everyone at work, it was apparent that they actually like helping folks, that they weren't just slogging through another daily grind.If I lived in Fairbanks, this Jiffy Lube would be my regular oil change location.Thanks guys!(And if you read this - I made it to Deadhorse and back...and it only cost me a windshield!) lolService: Oil change

Always have great service here. Today a very pleasant and helpful young man named Dylan changed my tires and went above and beyond, clearing all the snow off my truck. The young man at the counter was also very courteous. The waiting area and the bathroom are very clean. Comfortable chairs, too, plus coffee and bottled water. Definitely will continue to use this Jiffy Lube!Service: Tires

Not too shabby a place to have general maintenance and repairs done in Fairbanks. Prices aren't the cheapest but they're not the most expensive either. Walk-in based so be sure to get there before noon pretty much for anything, as they seem to be short handed and busy. Other than that they do a good job and are thorough.Tip: be sure to Google (jiffy lube discounts/coupons) before you visit. There's always a percent off discount or BOGO available. And I believe always honor military with discount

Waited 45 minutes to be turned away for people that pulled up for 5 minutes. For a place that does first come first serve for tires, kind of ridiculous.

Great experience! But a lot has to do with the fact that I got there at 8:40 am, and there were 20 cars in line for service by 9 am when they opened.I live in Cincinnati, and the cost, and service were identical to what I ve come to expect from my oil change provider back home.

Jamal and Sylas are the best workers, professionals and this is why I bring my suburban, my Yukon and my focus here. They squeezed me in today at the end of the day. I was taking a friend's VW in to get an oil change. I want there to long and they pulled the car around saying they didn't have an oil filter for the car and couldn't get one that day. I went somewhere else since I only had a few hours in Fairbanks before heading back down to Healy and needed the oil change that day.

Got my tires rotated and balanced, super nice staff! Was informed on car maintenance that I was otherwise oblivious to without reading the manual. They support the military community and and very timely. If they are heavily booked they inform you about other locations or the next available slot. Highly recommend.

I will never go anywhere else for an oil change! Best customer service experience I have ever had! When I pulled up, someone came out to greet me before I even got out of my car! He then walked me into the office and made sure I was taken care of. I had to go back to work, so they said they would call me and go over everything that they found. When I was on the phone with them, they went over everything. When I said I didn't want certain things, they didn't try an push me to buy. Which is great! When I went to pick up my car someone met me outside and opened the door to the office for me. They went over everything that they done and made sure I understood everything. The gentleman then walked me out to my car and opened my door for me! He also said that my car smelled really good too. :) The staff knows what they are doing and gives the best customer services in TOWN! 100% will recommend them, 100% will rave about them to everyone I know!

I prefer to change my own oil, but this place makes it too easy to sit back and relax! Everyone is very professional. They communicate between eachother very well so no steps are missed and they can operate with excellent efficiency. I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes for my vehicles to be done (I wasn't keeping track of time, so I am sure it was much faster than that). Their lobby has refrigerated water and single serve coffee with soft chairs and cable TV. So waiting is a breeze. I love how thorough they are with ensuring you leave satisfied.

Super impressed with the guys here, especially Gunther. Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. They took me through the recommended services for my vehicle and helped ensure my warranty requirements were being met. They were honest about what needed changed and what would be good until my next visit. I definitely feel very positive about my experience. Plus they have coffee and tv while you wait! Which for me was only about 25 minutes for a full oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. Ended costing about $130 which is great because I bought the most expensive oil. Great job jiffy lube, so nice to experience quality services in a small Alaskan town!

Curtis runs a tight ship. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Got an oil change for a good price, the filter started leaking the next day and the boss drove out and fixed it himself in my driveway. Really went above and beyond to make sure we stayed customers and we appreciate that.

These guys were super polite and friendly. I pulled up and a man came outside to greet me. He told me the wait would be about 30 minutes but my oil change would only take 10 - 15 minutes. I decided I could wait the 45 minutes and he walked me inside and gave me a mini tour of where the bathrooms were, free water bottles sat, free coffee and magazines for entertainment, and then pointed to the seats and asked that I make myself comfortable. The chairs felt new and plush and the facility was very clean and updated.The guys did a really great job communicating with each other and keeping me in the loop. They let me know when my car was next in line, when they were pulling it in the shop, and when they were almost finished. It was really nice.They didnt try to rip me off either. They did the oil change, topped my coolant for 9 bucks and that was that. They checked all my fluids, my air filter, VACCUMED my car, washed my windows, topped my windshield wiper fluid free of charge and even made sure all my lights were working fine. No other place has ever vacuumed my car or washed my windows - These guys went above and beyond. I most definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube to everyone.And if you're military - show them your ID for a 10% discount.

I tried to use this business. I pulled up and wait today in line with a 2012 5550 Dodge. All the doors where close. It s chilly out I can understand. And no cars in line. A guy came out and asked how can I help you? Asked about an oil change and he said it be about an hour wait and we don t do 5500 or higher. I asked why and he said something about the oil filters and something else I wasn t clear on. I was shocked because it was never an issue before changing the oil at this closer location. He said Gabes truck and auto can help you. I called and earliest I can get oil change is on the 11th of Aug. It s an appointment shop. I called Jiffy on College and they said no problem with servicing that truck.Later after calling the college jiffy I went in to find out who told me it was troublesome to change my oil. He was helping another car that just got there and went right in to the stall ? Confused I was about the hour wait for help.

Wow! What amazing service!!! A Representative was at my door before I could even get out of my car. He listened to my, "special requests" (I brought my own filters) and had my car in and out within an hour. Not only did they do everything I asked them to do, but they also vacuumed my car and cleaned out my heating vents! For the first time since I moved up from Tucson, AZ, they got all the dust/dirt/leaves out and I actually have enough heat blowing through that my windshield actually defrosts completely and heats the car!!! I thought that was a lost cause! Go in, say hi to Charlie, get some coffee and don't worry about your car! They are completely capable of handling everything!

Actually I was very surprised by jiffy lube for my service. Staff were awesome and the quality of the service I received far outdid the service I have ever gotten going through an actual dealership. I will be taking both my vehicles back for future service. Fast yet extremely thorough, and i liked how they broke down every step that they did during the servicing

Great prices and wonderful staff. Coffee and water always available along with a restroom inside. Seating and television is nice when waiting on your vehicle. The wait is not long at all either. Even if there's a line. Costco is right next door and Autozone--easy 1-4min walk located in the same parking lot basically.

It was the first time I've been at this location since the COVID rules were in place. Elijah, my greeter, was extremely pleasant, as well as every other staff member. They were thorough, hospitable, professional, clean facility and fast.This is the reason I've been a jiffy lube customer for 15 years.

Fast and convenient. They upsell like may good businesses do which is no problem if you know your car and what you need. But they were professional. The waiting area was clean and water and a nice bathroom.
