Jack did an incredible job with repairs to my 2012 F-150. He got me in very quickly for an appointment to fix the issues I was having with a code concerning my fuel pump. He replaced the fuel pump, did an oil change, and also let me know that I had a broken tie rod and cracked belt. He did all of the repairs and maintenance very quickly at an affordable price. Jack got my vehicle in promptly and assessed the issue. I got a phone call the next day and he explained what his plan of action was and what my options were, gave me an accurate quote and I had my car back running wonderfully! Thank you Jack!

We usually do our maintenance at Jack's, and also had to do some bigger work (shock replacement). He is always very professional, explains in detail what is going on, and honest on prices. He is good adviser and don't invent issues to you car! Anyway, good integrity and good garage!

Very honest, does excellent work, and communicates everything he does beforehand. And if he feels he isn't able to do something or it might require special equipment, he will tell you up-front before he starts the job so you can decide if you want to take it elsewhere. I couldn't be more satisfied with Jack's work and professionalism.

My husband and I had a mishap with one of the dealerships in Fairbanks. We flew in specifically to pick up our truck and After having our vehicle for nearly 2 months they released it back to us with extremely low oil. the check engine light popped and we needed to get checked out before we could make the drive back home to Anchorage. Jack was able to see us at VERY short notice and got us back on the road. Extremely kind and accommodating service. Jack was able to work me into his busy schedule. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and had me back traveling in my car quickly. He was competent, and when several diagnostic codes were coming up was able to track down the one item that was causing all the codes to show. By doing so he saved me money and time without a car I needed for work. I definitely will go back to have my car repaired there again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My wife is a home health care worker, and an elderly woman counts on her to be there every weekday. She relies on her vehicle. Jack got her truck in on a weekend to install a new alternator, and had the job done the next day so she could make it to her clients on Monday. In my experience it is hard to find and honest competent mechanic. Well jack is both. I have no worries when i take my truck to jack. He is thorough and honest. I dont worry when im at jacks. His communication is top notch and I felt confident leaving my car in his hands! He even took pics and videos of some of the issues he'd found during his inspection. Everything was done when he said it would be, and my car drives like it's new again!

I took my car to him, it had issues with the engine overheating in the past but I had taken it elsewhere and they were just going to try to replace the head gasket, he identified that there were no issues there but found some gasket repairs that were causing leaks in my coolant system. Highly recommend Jack!! He takes the time to explain things to you and has the quickest turnaround time I ve experienced in Fairbanks. Jack has helped be identify and fix multiple problems on my 01 crv.
