Took 3 hours before they stopped returning calls for tow. I gotta be honest, if you need a tow call 24/7 towing or something. Seems like the industry standard here in fairbanks is 10-20 minutes late for a tow. I'm not sure what can cause a 3 hour delay. I'd honestly have not left a review if they'd just call an hour late and just said nah.The bar is very low in this town for auto work and towing. I think there is a portal that telliports drivers back to their shops if they even attempt to be earlier than 10 minutes late. My guess is in this case the portal accidentally teliported the truck to another dimension. Should probably get the portal repaired.

I have filed a police report for harassment on this company. The woman that runs it is very unprofessional. A truck I sold was impounded. I attempted to tell more twice. After receiving the 2nd notice of a bill I attempted to call her and she began yelling at me. I asked her to stop and she continued on. When I ended the call due to her yelling, she began texting me. I asked her to stop multiple times. She did not, I had to block her. Very unprofessional.** edit to add response to your comment below**I called your company back 3 days after I originally spoke with you to ask clarifying questions as when we spoke the first time I was at work and couldn't remember everything that was discussed. I left a message with a young female, most likely the same female I left a message with when I originally called on this matter. Had you bothered to return my call this misunderstanding could have been avoided altogether. Maybe going forward your company will return phones to concerned people. Have a good day.

Buyer beware!! Warning!! Buyer beware!! Alert!!If you go here..., spray paint the parts you plan on having replaced before you get any work done! I was billed multiple times for work that was not completed, parts were not replaced or they were replaced with junk and I was charged.If you have front end work done. Make sure your steering wheel is aligned with straight tires as they do not!Trace back any wiring you may have had done as they do not remove burs from the metal or use protective materials for the wires to prevent corrosion or vibrations that can ultimately lead to a vehicle fire.There is no warranty with the substandard shade tree mechanics they have working for them. The down time from needing to repeatedly bring my equipment back for repairs was phenomenal.I had brand new led light bars stolen and numerous parts supposedly replaced or repaired.If you confront the owners they just give you the run around full of excuses. Then when they get sick of hearing you complain they threaten to call the police on you.This is the most unprofessional automotive place I've dealt with in 23 years as a local Fairbanks Alaskan resident.In short, save your money and go somewhere else. Hire the Girl Scouts. I'm sure they are more competent and competitive.

My vehicle was stolen from my home in Alaska. I have been staying with family in Alabama for the last two years because I need there help medically after multiple surgeries. I received a letter yesterday stating that I owe Fairbanks Towing 1600 dollars. When I called them she said 1800. So contacted the cops in August I received the letter 9/1/20 USPS can support that and on the letter if I don't pay 1600$ they will auction my vehicle off on 9/3/2020.

Extremely overpriced, Not impressed with customer service and sketchy lot.They towed my car from a police called accident and it sat on their lot for only 3 days and my bill was over $500!!!!!$185 for tow$17 for mileage$125 for "special services"$40 equipment fee$120 for 3 days storagethen the lady said "it's not like I'm trying to get rich off you or anything"I said "that's Insane I'm not paying $120 and $40 for extra fees"Plus they crushed my exhaust in the process and then told me "that stuff just happens"So I paid $350 even after they bent my exhaustI will never go there again

Great service! Went beyond expectations. The rear tire on my Harley Ultra went flat 23 miles north of Fairbanks. Mike had the right equipment and skill to get it loaded on the flatbed and to the H-D dealer safely.

This company is a scam. Please do not transact any business with this company. They dont have any insurance on there trucks. My client transported a vehicle from Fairbanks to Anchorage on there way they said her vehiclecaught on fire and got burnt. And they have refused to pay her back her money.

If I could go negative on the stars I would. They towed my car from my old house to my new one and literally dropped it off the back of their truck. The owner and his wife were supposed to take care of it. The only thing they did after me calling for months was order a new bumper but anything else was on me...DISHONEST FOLKS.

Allstate motor club contracted with this company to tow my vehicle. Needles to say after nearly three hours they never arrived. First excuse there wrecker was froze up and needed time to thaw. Second call to find out the status he appeared to have forgot and was on another job.

The driver killed the starter in my car, flooded my engine and the company will not take responsibility. This matter has been escalated past this horrible company. Don't trust your vehicles with them.

Winterization was done wrong, wires were cut by our fan. Would not recommend. Was not willing to fix it.
