Craig and Kyle are pretty good people they do their best to help. We bought a boat and a snow machine from them no problems. update 07/17/2023 purchased a new four wheeler from them everything was awesome very happy.

We went in hoping to make a deal on a Skidoo Backcountry 850 and walked out very happy. Dealt directly with Craig the owner and Kyle. Couldn't have asked for better service. 2nd sled we've bought from them. They definitely aim to please. Hard to find customer service as good as theirs these days. Walked out with a great sled at a great price! Will definitely do business with them again! Thank you!

I sent my snowmobile to them for it to be worked on. They did a good job fixing the issue, however, my problem would be customer service. I ve called them for updates, and when everything was done, I paid for the parts and labor. I asked them to bring it to an airlines and they said they would. Four-five days go by, no snowmobile at the airlines. I call back, snowmobile is still there. They said they didn t know they were supposed to bring it and said they d do it the next day or in the next few days. What happens? No snowmobile brought to the airlines. I called their service department twice, left two voicemails and never got a call back.

My husband and I bought a 2024 Canam Defender from Compeau's about a month ago. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the side by side due to Canam/BRP. As soon as we brought the issue to Compeaus, they immediately took action.The sales agent, Ian, was the kindest most genuine man I heave ever dealt with. Not only was he sympathetic, he immediately texted the owner about it, and started the process with the BRP representative. And then he gave us his PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER, and assured us if we had anything we needed anything at all, we could call him, day or night.The next morning, bright and early, the owner of the store texted us to help resolve the issue. We waited for BRP to conduct an investigation but Craig called us every single day to give even the minor updates. He has been nothing but understanding.Unfortunately, our issue has yet to be resolved by BRP, but the loyalty shown by these amazing men have earned the loyalty of our family. We will never even think about going anywhere else for all our big toy needs. If you are looking for a company you can trust, look no further. Compeau's will have your back!!

I've heard a couple negative things about Compeau's but I can say that either they are very old complaints or the store made some drastic changes because I've had nothing but positive experiences with them.Ian is a great salesman who, because of his good nature and knowledge, I snowchecked my first sled. When I had to back out because of personal happenstances, he was understanding and worked with me to a solid solution.Bryce at parts was great, friendly, and helped me find the best deals to get the proper parts for my current sled.Next time I need parts or a new ATV, boat, or snowmachine, I'll definitely be returning. Thanks gents

Called to purchase a set of upper and lower ball joints for my Outlander. I was pleased with the customer service....initially. They did not have them in stock. I Had to pre pay for them to order the parts. They told me they would call when they came in. After a week, I received no phone call. After the week passed, I called and they said yes we have your parts in. Picked them up and gave them to the mechanic that was going to put them on for me. He called me and told me that They gave me tie rod ends and not ball joints like I had paid for and ordered. I called today and told them that I paid for and ordered ball joints and they gave me tie rod ends. Lo and behold, they don't have them in stock Now I had to prepay AGAIN for ball joints and have to wait at least another week for them to come in. Oh and by the way, not even an apology for their mistake. Needless to say, my long weekend 4 wheeling trip is a bust. Thanks Compeau's. As much as I love to support local businesses, I will always order my can am parts online from now on.

I wanted to thank the guys over at Compeau's on getting my Yamaha outboard back in action.. They were very proffessional with the way they didnt fix things that were unneccesary, honesty within a service department is the #1 thing for me. The only critique i would add is communication on where the job is at currently (parts ordered or what was found after initial inspection) outside of that nothing but top notch.. Guys were friendly and willing to answer questions. Would take my boat back there dor sure! Thanks again!

Came in April and wanted my new jet put on my outboard, was told they're not taking any boats until May 1st at 12pm. I came back about 11am on the 1st and waited around figuring I'd be first in line. Nobody else was dropping boats off until I was pulling out. Called a week later just to get time frame and was told next week or following week they'd get it in, but they'll get it to me before memorial day (May 31st). Then all of a sudden there was "quite a few boats that were ahead of me". Decided just to take it home and do it myself, but they never even ordered the 25" shaft (the only part I needed, which I told them up front!) went into parts counter and find out it's on back order! Went in hopeful I'd found my shop, I left feeling like some customers are just not that important. Wish I could've spent the month finding a shaft.

Unprofessional and poor service. Didn t order our parts when they said they would, then ordered parts we didn t want without approval. Promised our machine would be fixed a week ago, then haven t even started on it yet! Also have a $250 diagnostic fee. Watch out! No wonder people go to Delta to get their ATVs!

Was there today to look and possibly buy a boat. Looked around what boats they had. Walked inside the building and couldn't get any one to help. Seen three different people sitting doing nothing. Asked one person and he told me he was tied up. Ok. I guess they are on hourly wage so don't need to do anything. I am done buying from them.

I was looking for an ATV so, I decided to stop by and look at their inventory. The first time I stopped in I couldn't get any from any department to help me. So, I went to a few other dealerships to see what they had in inventory. I returned to Compeau's and stood in the showroom again for another 20 minutes before I asked someone how to get outside where the inventory was. That's when someone finally decided to help me.

We have very much enjoyed working with Compeau s. We bought a SJX Boat 10 years ago & have enjoyed running our Alaska Rivers ever since. Now we have bought a CanAm Side x Side & are looking foreword to exploring Alaska with this new toy . Thank You Craig, Gus

They have never had a part that I needed in stock. Better off ordering online for less and faster delivery.

Don't have the amount of parts on hand as Northern Power Sports Does. High shop rate. You have to pay a huge Rotax.
