If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The customer service and hospitality of Jared and his entire crew is unheard of now-a-days! They completed some painting on some trim pieces for my truck and did a great job! Came back for minor service at the dealer and Jared had me picked up and provided me use of one his vehicles so I could run errands around town instead of sitting at the dealer for six hours!Service: Painting

The staff at Collision Masters were extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient at getting my vehicle in, and serviced. The work done exceeded my standards, and I really appreciate the quarterly free detailing service provided for any work done over $2k. They are very obviously proud of the work they do, and it shows in the quality of their work and approach to customers. If I could give the place a higher rating I would. I was blown away with the customer service, specifically Trevor, for working with me and the insurance claim. Everything was so easy and my car came back to me exceeding my expectations. I brought my F250 in after we hit a moose head-on. Another shop in town estimated 5-6 months before it'd get fixed. After 1 month of waiting around, we got it to CM and they got it done.They were strong advocates with our insurance company, they held to their commitments with me, were in regular contact and kept me updated. I'm thrilled with the work they did, I'd use their services again, and will recommend that my friends needing serious work done go to CM also.

Meant to write a review after my previous experience, these folks are super friendly, very professional and do great work. My few experiences have definitely exceeded my expectations, couldn't be happier with results. Highly recommend!!

They fixed two of my vehicles and gave me free details for Life. They got the slimy rotten fish out of my carpet and the terrible smell is gone!!! Well worth the money, thank you Collision Masters!

This is my first time choosing Collision Masters and I know I made the right choice. During the time my vehicle was in their shop the staff kept me well informed of everything. My vehicle was ready by the date I was informed upon drop off. Outstanding customer service, excellent work quality, and professionalism. I highly recommend Collision Master.

The staff was always polite and professional from the start. Not only did they help me with the car but they also helped me set up everything with my insurance and the rental. The team here not only is fairly well known by allot of the people i work with, they also are a USAA STARS company; which means they work closely with USAA and that helps to provide a smooth and easy process for some of their customers. I would recommend them highly for any job needed. My car looks brand new, detailed very nicely and I am 100% happy with the outcome.

I have had two different vehicles worked on at this shop after they had each been hit. The customer service was incredible and now I have free detailing on both vehicles for as long as I own them. The work done on both cars was exceptional and done in a very timely manner. I will always recommend this shop to anyone needing work on their vehicles.

These guys were recommended to me as somebody drove by after a person backed into my car yelling exact same thing happened to me and you wouldn t know the difference . So far my experience has been personable and warming as they went over the details and my questions. Service has been prompt, even after coming back with additional questions and concerns. I understand why I was also pointed to them through my insurance company as well

They are great!! I can't say enough nice things about Tyler and the crew there. They go above and beyond for their customers. Gathering paperwork, taking pictures, lining up care for vehicles, keeping me updated on everything, giving me recommendations, even talking with me about my options for buying a replacement vehicle when mine was totalled. Price, where I might go, what kind of vehicle I might like. They have drinks and snacks while you wait. And to top it off, if you spend over a certain amount with your vehicle, you get a full detail 4 times a year FOR LIFE! They even steamclean the carpets! Love this place.

The quality of work is terrible. Details are missed, I've already gone back twice with issues only to be fronted with the bill. It's minor things like missing hardware. Everytime I go and work on my vehicle I find a bolt or two missing. The bumper for example was replaced. I was wondering why it was quite level, I found one of the bolts completely missing. If the mechanics have to do any messaging they just choose to not to install the hardware. Last issue my insurance didn't want to pay for some paint work, instead the shop chose to clear over rock chips instead of letting the customer have a choice in the repair. Besides being horribly expensive they were friendly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Left my truck with them after an accident right before I had to leave for a military exercise. They kept me regularly updated on the progress of the repair via email and let my friend know when it was ready for pickup. I returned to find it perfectly repaired and, to my surprise, completely detailed. Very satisfied.

Collision masters are phenomenal! They have taken care of my vehicles after accidents and I have gotten nothing but compliments on the quality of their work. If you want your vehicle fixed right this is the place to go!!

Slid my poor car into a ditch on my way to work last month. Greg Peede saw and pulled me out, then recommended I come to his work to have it looked at. When I got there, Rick took care of everything for me. They patched my window so I wouldn't get cold and cleaned up all the broken glass. Then they coordinated with my insurance for me to get repairs done. It took a little over a week to do them, but you won't hear any complaints from me. They did an excellent job replacing the entire door and rear window, and even changed a dead headlight for me. Not to mention, detailed the whole thing when they were done. Thank you!

They were so helpful assisting me in getting full payment to fix the damage from the insurance of the person who hit me. I can't recommend them enough! From the front desk to the manager everyone was great! Car was back in half the time too!

Rick handled our repair and the communication with USAA. The repair was done in less time than even estimated and looks like new. The detail service is great as well. Super friendly staff, great professionalism, and wonderful workmanship! Thank you!

One of the best repair shops in town. Will not cut corners and will absolutely stand up for the customer before letting an insurance company push you around. They know the in's and out's of the repair world and strive for nothing but the best.

All I can say is Wow. They were fairly quick, gave me updates every step of the way, detailing for life, and OUTSTANDING customer service. I'm not even exaggerating, customer service is very important to me and they provided some of the best I've ever experienced. This is where I will go if I ever need repairs again.

This company just quoted my daughter and boyfriend a FREE estimate. They then proceeded to charge them a tear down fee as well as a storage fee for the vehicle without discussing either possible charges in advance. I called to discuss these charges as I own the vehicle and was confirmed by Jarred that they did tell them it was a free quote but they needed to get paid as he puts it. I explained that it was illegal to quote someone a free service and then charge them for additional work without prior authorization. He then told me he can do what ever he wants and would continue to charge the daily storage fee until the account was paid in full which is extortion. We filled a complaint with the State Attorney Generals Office today and a investigation has been opened. I would highly recommend staying away from this company at all costs. A recording of our conversation has also been submitted to the Ft. Wainwright CID and Post Generals office with a recommendation of having this company placed on the posts off limits lists.

I go to Collision Masters for all of my collision needs. They are kind, courteous, honest, and professional. They also do outstanding body and paint work.
