These guys are customer friendly and always eager to ensure you re a satisfied customer! I m an inexperienced boat owner, however, Dave on several occasions have took the time to explain detailed information associated with board parts that I purchased from there. Joe and Don have equally done the same when it comes to ordering parts. What a Great place to shop and feel comfortable as beginner.

I always like going here as they treat us with respect. Great friendly service even when they are Super busy. I would recommend them to everyone who needs a knowledgeable place to buy a boat, motor, trailer or parts. Excellent service with maintenance on our boat too!!

I was so fed up dealing with the Evinrude dealer in Anchorage I hauled my boat all the way to Fairbanks. These guys were great, they fixed my motor when the other shop couldn t. The communication was top notch, and they pushed Evinrude to get my parts on discount due to an ongoing warranty issue. It was a lot of driving, but worth it.

I have to start out by saying that before yesterday I had zero relationship with the Boat Shop. I called because I was having an issue sourcing parts for an Evinrude G2. Don answered the phone and although they didn't have the part in stock, he inquired about what issue I was trying to fix. He walked me through possible other issues and gave me his email to further assist. Throughout the day he was in contact with me and hopefully the solution is just some spark plugs. If not I am taking the extra time to bring my boat to Fairbanks from Valdez.

I am impressed with your service, though it did take awhile before you started on the boat, know tis the season, so I was patiently waiting,.I am though disappointed in the fact you don't give military discounts. I know I bought this boat from someone not knowing the history of it. thank you for caring.

Expert professional no baloney service on Evinrude ETEC outboards. Don is The Man if you need outboard service, no matter what brand you like.
