Legit took care of me after my miss hap with Safelite. (My appointment @ Safelite was in the morning.) Came in on a Tuesday afternoon, part came in Friday morning, had a clean windshield by Friday afternoon.

Rave review! Very knowledgeable crew, Eric was quick to respond and adjust as we filed a claim with our insurance at the last minute, and they still got everything handled for us so we only had to pay our deductible! Anticipated my questions with helpful answers. Definitely a great experience

They fixed a rock chip in my windshield and were fast and accurate. I had same day service and I was in and out in 15 minutes. You can t even see where the chip was.

Great service, normally able to get a windshield replaced within a week of calling. They have the vehicle for a half day. Not sure why, but this years windshield was $25 cheaper than last. This is a reputable business.

this place was very helpful and accommodating and made getting my rear windshield replaced very simple. I had to reschedule with them several times due to my car not starting in -40 weather and they were very understanding and had no problem rescheduling my appointment. i would highly recommend. the replacement also took no time at all.

I needed the back window in my truck replaced. Badger Glass did an excellent job. They quoted me a price for the window and it came out to exactly that.The price was good, and the service was better. They were very friendly and got the window fast and right.I will go there again whenever I need glass work done on any of my vehicles.

They did a great job of replacing my windshield on my car. Service was prompt and competitively priced and looks like new! They repair rock chips as a walk in and have no problem working with my insurance to cover the cost.

Best prices in town. Small waiting room if you need to wait, most customers seem to drop off vehicles then come back. Well stocked, waited about a week to get in for an appointment. I heard him special order windshields for a a couple of clients and it sounded like about two weeks with the Covid delays if they needed something not in the shop. The windshield and seams are wprking well, and zero leaks during our recent heavy rains.

I called a few different glass shops in Fairbanks about putting a new windshield in one of our trucks. Badger Glass was the most courteous on the phone and very efficient at finding the correct windshield and give me a price --the lowest price I was able to obtain. Other shops had trouble finding the right windshield for an International truck.When I decided to use their services for the job, I called them back. Again, they answered the phone promptly. They were able to tell me when the windshield would be available in a few days. And when the windshield arrived, they called me back to schedule an appointment for the next day.The installation went well with prompt service when the truck arrived and was done in their estimated time frame. The price was lower than the original quote.At this point, we have decided that we will take all our vehicles to Badge Glass and not bother to consider anyone else.

Wonderful service. Hit by large rock day before driving out of state. Small plate size cracks. They not only had a windshield in stock, they went out of their way to work me in so only delayed by a day. Even made sure the auto start worked.

PCSing out and my vehicle is getting shipped out Thursday. Our window shield got hit by a rock and shippers wouldn t accept our vehicle. Called 5 places and Badger Glass had the BEST PRICES and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUICK TURN AROUND! Very hospitable too! THANK YOU!!

I work for a dealership and we use Badger Glass from time to time. These guys are good at what they do. I like there service and their Staff. My only complaint is that they don't always clean up the mess they make in the car and they can be backed up from time to time, that being said being backed up is not a bad thing. it just means that a lot of people use them.

Got me in at 9 a.m. and done in two hours. Total windshield replacement. Great job. Just would be nice if the waiting area was nicer for waiting customers.
