I stopped in here to have a tire put on a Saturday morning after getting a flat and the two gentleman working did a fantastic job. They were quick, efficient and friendly. Thank you. I will be back!

Don't bring your car unless you want it back in worse condition than you brought it.If you do, be ready for the bwhen they tell you nothing was wrong with it in the first place but they're still charging you hundreds in labor

Use them at your own risk - Not impressed when I explicitly told them I was not interested In having cabin or air filters replaced - my truck has sensors that monitor their condition continuously - and they brought them to me anyway. Would not have been a big deal to say NO again, yet that wasted time for them to then figure out they didn t have the Oil Filter needed in middle of change which frankly they should never have started without. If I can find the filter specs in seconds online and their system didn t flag it when I checked in is unprofessional.

This place is a joke!! 120$ to mount and balance 2 tires. Go somewhere else, these guys rip people off!!

I live in Cordova where vehicle options are veryyyy limited and mechanic options are even more so. I flew to Anchorage to buy a used pickup from a private sale, knowing there were a couple issues but before ferrying the used truck back to Cordova, I stopped in (and hour and some change before close, mind you) expecting just an oil change but there were more issues. Despite this, the guys there (I didn't catch the ones name but I know the manager is Chan) were prompt in finding other concerns, educating me on what the issues were and double checking that I was okay with the services (price) before rendering. Overall amazing customer service, patience, and kindness. While I don't live here and won't be able to frequent this establishment as much as I wish, I hope whoever is reading this will! Trustworthy folks who care about their customers!

Very rude, don t answer my questions. Wanted to have my transmission fluid topped off but apparently can t do it because car has a sealed transmission. When I tried to ask him why not he got fat up and walked away. Don t go there. They probably rip you off.

They won t do oil changes on Mercedes - even if you bring the filter. Called ahead and drove across town But was turned away. Never ran into this before. You should put on your website and ads if you don t work on certain cars.

I went in today for an oil change. The supervisor on duty said my mileage was still good, checked and confirmed oil was still good, and sent me on down the road without a charge! I appreciated them being honest, instead of just taking the $89. I've been a satisfied customer at this and the Dimond location for a long time, will continue coming in.

Ever since Quik Lube (just off of Tudor Road on Old Seward) became history, I have visited Northway Express Lube, due to the decent reviews, and exceptional customer service I received on my last visit. Located on Penland Pkwy, at the location of (sadly, what used to be) the Northway Mall. While my full service oil change was being done, on a whim I asked the counter kid about getting my battery tested. I knew I needed a new one, and come to find out, yep- it was about to croak. After being turned down at Batteries Plus, due to the bit of extra labor involved under the hood to replace the battery, I wasn't expecting much after asking if such a thing could be done at this place. Richard was running the show here, and it was just over an hour before closing time. I was so very pleasantly surprised to hear Richard say of course, we can take care of you. I said, "What? Now?" He said sure. Whoa! I asked if I could watch, if only to see what the deal is with the extra labor. It was a very tight squeeze getting the old battery out, but much easier to install the new battery. And, after paying only $227.97 total for the full service oil change, and installation of a new battery, I was on my happy way down the road, with 15 minutes to spare before closing time. Sweet!Thanks again Richard!

I have been a customer of this establishment for many years. Recently, I had my car service and presented a $10 off coupon for the full service. Upon paying, we discovered that credit had not been given. Rather than issue an adjustment the attendant handed me the coupon and said "bring it in next time." There will not be a next time.

Recently had my power steering hose disconnect after having my vehicle serviced (at no fault to them). I brought my vehicle back and at no extra charge, I worked with them to locate the problem and they helped me patch it up enough for it to work until I could take it to a full-service shop later in the week. Good customer service.

I went on a recommendation from a friend - quick friendly service. BUT!!! They drained my coolant, never filled it up and left the cap off. Now, I have to take it in to a mechanic.. Be careful and double check the work!

Took care of my needs, and helped another customer with his needs while I was there. His problem was from a different place, but they did what they could anyway. I was there long enough to enjoy my coffee & then they were done. Being a Monday morning, I consider this a good start to the week. Thanks guys.

Literally sat outside the bay waiting for the guy to open the door for over 25 minutes (all bays were empty and I made eye contact with both dudes working in there) and finally went in. Guy told me it would be an hour and a half wait because of all the customers. I was the only one there! Bad service and won t be back. I m at Jiffy Lube now. They greeted me right away and got me lined up for my oil change in literally 30 seconds.

Had flat tire emergency. Staff was extremely helpful repairing my tire quickly, refusing to charge me for it. Not even accepting a tip. I will be returning to this store. Exclent customer service.

DON'T USE THIS PLACEXpress lube failed to tighten my rear differential plug during my last service. The plug fell out after just over 2000 miles/2 months and instead of fixing the issue promptly they have been giving me the run around. I've been without a vehicle while waiting to hear from their insurance company for the past week. I've asked for the confirmation number to track that it was actually turned into their insurance company and the manager doesn't know this information. He said I would need to talk to the owner but they won't put me in contact with the owner. Whenever I ask the manager for additional information he's very short and not-helpful.Let my headache save you from one of your own. Avoid Xpress Lube at the Northway Mall.

Had a problem with slippage on my gears, my car is old and most shops won't even look at it. These guys took a look and helped me isolate the problem, and get it fixed. Good guys around this place, they will take good care of you.

Quick service - 20 minutes for an oil change. Came at opening for no wait. Good hours. Clean lobby with coffee.

This place near northway mall. Every time I call ask if they could do my tire change over. They say sure. When I get there. They don't have a worker or parts tools something excuse. Try different Express lube. That's what I'm doing.

They have a first come first serve customer service. You have to wait there to get things done. It cost $99 for tire change with tire sensors, and $89 without the sensors. One tire had under 30 psi and 44 psi for three tires, so I don't recommend this place.

Always super helpful and do the job right. Great service all around. I live on the opposite side of town and bring all of my vehicles to this Express Lube just for their exceptional service.

Stopped in to get a tire repaired. The conversation went like this. Clerk, hi me, how's it going? I need to get my spare fixed. Clerk, we don't fix spares. Me, you don't fix tires? Clerk, yeah we don't fix spares. Is it a full sized tire? Me, yeah. Clerk, what's wrong with it? Is it off the truck? Me, it's flat. It doesn't have a valve stem. Clerk, it's a full sized tire and you want a valve stem? Me, uh...yeah. you know what I'll go somewhere else. You are a dumb ass. Clerk says yeah you do that, followed by lots of cusing and provacation to fight. Lol, I have a pistol on my hip openly and this guy wants a fight?No thanks I'll just go somewhere else.Besides I like this pistol.

Just needed help putting a tire on a rim and they hooked it up. Real professional and quick. Other places i asked were trying to charge 15/20 bucks.
