We got T-boned back in March, it took awhile for the parts to come in.But as soon as they did they had us bring our vehicle in. I have a few friends/coworkers who have said getting their cars body work done has taken 3+ months. Swickard took only a month to pretty much replace the whole right side of our car. Very happy with how well of a job they did.My only real "complaint" was the communication was a little lacking we had to call them for updates. But they are also very busy so I didn't fault them for that all. Posted before & after pics 10/10 would recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I have used this body shop twice and both times the results were amazing!I had a new black Tahoe repaired and the color matched perfectly!I also had a Chevrolet Colorado repair and the metallic paint was a perfect match!My experience was so good I m here today with my new Mercedes and new bmw !Very trustworthy and professional in every way!Thanks swickard teamCasey NoveskeService: Body & Trim

Updated again on 11/2/2022-After 1 month and 1 day I got my vehicle back, door dent repair looks good, door locks are now working. I really hope I don t have to go back in for any repair related issues. I had to get the General Manager involved to start seeing any movement in the completion of my vehicle. Thankful for his assistance. Updated on 10/10/2022! It s been 3 weeks now and I still don t have my vehicle back yet!!!!! Original post - Dropped my vehicle off over a week ago to have a dent in the driver s side door repaired. Repair was initially estimated at 4 days it has been 7 days now .I still don t have my vehicle back because now the back doors cannot be locked from the drivers door or the key fob! We all know the drivers door is where we can control locks to all the other doors!!!! I use my vehicle for work all day long as it serves as my mobile office, so this needless to say is an extreme inconvenience! One simple door dent (that appeared to be caused by another door swinging open into my drivers side door) and now this repair has caused an even bigger issue! There is no estimate at this time on when I will get my vehicle back or if Swickard will even own up to the disrepair.Service: Body & Trim

Dropped off my car for bumper replacement at the beginning of the week and work was completed quickly. Swickard was very responsive to questions during the process and the repair looked great.

They did a really good job on my Jeep. It looks brand new. They said it would take 5 days but they worked very diligent and got it done in 3 days. They even detail your car. You get your money s worth insurance or out of pocket. Very excited to have my car back.

I took my 2015 GMC into the body shop for minor repairs, they were extremely helpful, and courteous. We agreed upon a time frame to do the work. Their work was perfect, truck looked better than when I bought it, and they finished it ahead of time, I am very impressed with the whole process, highly recommend them.

I am not normally one to post but I wanted to share my experience with Kevin and his team at the Alaska Sales & Service Body Shop. I scheduled my 2020 Corvette in for a clear bra install. After dropping the car off Kevin contacted me and apologized letting me know that they didn t have the needed items for the install, not surprising since it is so new and with the Covid 19 disruptions. When Kevin found out I was from Kenai he went above and beyond to get the install done as quickly as possible. I spent the next 3 days in Anchorage and called many times for updates and Kevin was always available to talk with me even when some of those conversations were surely uncomfortable for him as I was admittedly harsh at times. It was obvious that Kevin s main concern was that I have a good experience which in the end is exactly what I got. Kevin is an excellent manager and a man of his word. I will without reservation recommend this shop and will use them again if I need work in Anchorage. Kevin s attitude of customer satisfaction was apparent in each person I worked with during this process. I was always greeted with a smile and treated with respect. Great team and great work! We purchase our truck here in 2018 brand new and also opted for them to add in the rhino line. The truck came with additional tie downs that can be added and removed from the truck which we have not needed to use until recently. When we went to go and install them we found that Alaska Sales and Service Body Shop rhino lined over them and made them unusable. We were not asked if we wanted them to go over them or not. When I called to have them fix the problem they created they told me it would cost approximately $150.00. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Stay far far away.

I had a little fender bender from a lady who backed into our truck. The short story is that Alaska Sales body shop took care of the damage with great care for us, and the professionalism was/is top shelf. And, special thanks goes to Patrick who took care of the repairs and kept us informed of the progress of the repairs.

I came in with my 2011 Ram 1500 for a dent between my rear bumper and wheel well. Nothing too big. In total they charged 1500+ to my insurance for dent repair, "professional" tonneau cover removal and reinstall, tail light removal and inspection, and to "check" if the accident cause anymore damage than just the dent.They repaired the dent fine but managed to mess up on almost every aspect of the doing it. They removed the tail light and managed to lose a screw that held it in. So they replaced it with another screw that didn't even fit. It fell out a couple days later. During the installation they called me and told me that my HID headlights didn't turn off so they unplugged the battery and when I got it back then it didn't even turn on anymore, so they, without my permission, cut one of the power lines to them and replaced it poorly, to the point where if I slightly tugged it then it disconnected, which shows a poor connection installation.When they installed the tonneau cover, they lost one of the clips that held it to the truck and it was installed offset to the center of the bed so I couldn't close the tonneau cover while my tailgate is closed. It took them a week for them to just get another clip for my tonneau cover. They also stole one of my USB cigarette charger from me. I had a very poor experience with them. All for a hand size dent.Do not go here.

Thank you for the great job that the Body Shop did with dealing with my hit and run truck. Although the truck ended up being totaled they were quick to work with my insurance company and get all the documentation they needed. Thanks!

Alaska Sales and Service took 5 MONTHS to fix my car....terrible service in between time, and when I picked it up still had broken glass in the car after they broke my mirror. I could go on and on about how terrible it was.

They have had my friends car (Honda CRV) for 4 weeks and keep telling her it will be ready tomorrow, but something always happens when she calls to see if it's ready. They do not call her at all and this is odd. Wow. I would not take anything to this place for repair.

Sales is expensive and they do not have excellent service anymore. Expect to wait several days for servicing your vehicle. Covid safe =)
