Speedy Glass on Huffman helped me out in a pinch with a very odd request - not glass related but UV light related. They were great and saved me a ton of time and hassle. 100% recommended just on their customer service alone.Thank you!

These guys are great. Had to order my glass from lower 48 and it got here in a day and a half and they got me in that same day and got it replaced. And it was the cheapest quote I had gotten in town.

Had an unexpected window shatter on me. When I called the office, the administrative staff was not only professional but offered kind words of compassion. I got my vehicle in right away and it was done within an hour. Not only fixed but spotless for any of the shattered glass in the vehicle. They were very helpful with navigating questions with insurance. Absolutely amazing service.

I got my windshield replaced here. It started to ice on the inside immediately after installation as well as water leak in the glass from the top. I called to bring it in and get replaced/ or a new seal. The lady at the front had horrible customer service, Shannon. Called me to say nothing was wrong my keys are ready for pick up. I told her I understand they did an air test but I have had my car for 8 years it has never had these issues can I please speak with a manager. She said I am the manager and hung up on me! I ended up taking my car to the Arctic location, they were FAST FRIENDLY and SOLUTION orientated there. Total opposite. Still rate 1 star due to the lack of customer service and NEEDING a fix, but getting such a negative back lash when I just needed help.PS- Here I am a few years later 2022, seeing my review with the comment "you will will contacted further about this issue" ... No one ever reached out to me. I still think of how it was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had a great experience dealing with the men who scheduled my appointment, changed my windshield, and rung me out at the end a week ago.However, today after a week of my windshield being changed I got a rock chip.It was only 4:00pm (this facility closes at 5) I called to ask if I can get in today to get it taken care of as my dad did the same thing right at 5pm the week prior.The female on the phone was unhelpful, and unprofessional.She refused to get me in today, saying that the team is done working for the day even though they do not close for another hour. I asked if I can make an appointment then, she told me no but told me she suggests I come drop by early in the day.I then drove by the facility where the sign still says open and they were accepting walk ins still.After my conversation with that uncaring female today I will not be returning to this facility.I do not expect any special service or to be treated any special way. But as I saw with my own eyes that they are open and still working, she lied. I do not feel like a valued customer any longer.Service: Auto side window replacement

These folks really helped my parents out when insurance was being a nightmare. We came in with a large, deep, round chip in our motor home windshield. They did the best they could, and we think it won't crack any farther. Because they couldn't fill it completely they didn't even charge us. We would recommend them. Most places would have charged our insurance regardless of quality. Very friendly and professional.

Shannon at the front desk was so sweet. She talked me through the process and kept me up to date on time. Riley fixed my rock chip super quick! I was in and out in less than 15 mins. I didn t catch the name of the guy who checked me in, as I had walked in to see if they could repair the chip. He was busy working and as soon as he saw me he came right over. I was able to use my ValPak coupon that I received in the mail, saving me some money. Thank you for everything!Service: Auto windshield repair

Shannon the manager was absolutely terrible and rude after I called back regarding a chip windshield repair her store on Huffman did. She had been nice when taking my payment days prior. The windshield had just had a rock thrown and chipped on it so they fixed it. However the job appeared not as good as I hoped and I wanted to know if I could bring my vehicle back in to double check if anything more could be done to make the area less noticeable.I called days back and never got a return call. Then today she lectured me like a child and raised her voice telling me it was never to be a cosmetic fix. I was simply asking to have the store just double check the work done is all in case something could be done.Shannon became power hungry to dominate the conversation by proceeding to tell me nothing could be done and thus proceeded to gaslight me and tell me the ABCs in her field of work which was not necessary all the while cutting me off in mid sentence and acting like a teenager playing games. She then thought herself funny by hanging up on me. When I tried calling back 3 times, she purposely kept saying "hold please" to never take my call so I could get her supervisors information and corporate info. This is the most passive aggressive CSR/Manager I have met and I will never do business with this company again nor recommend anyone to as well. To simply ask if a repair could be made better by chance and not expecting it to but wanting to at least ask should not result in a customer being brow beaten and literally abused for asking a simple question. Shame on you Shannon! I hope this review prevents someone else from wasting their time and money when there are other glass companies in town who would have appreciated my business and treated me with respect. This was a high school girls locker room experience with Shannon at her best. They should never have someone like this working in public relations.Service: Auto windshield replacement

THANK YOU!!! Swung by during lunch break to see if there was any hope left for my windshield or I would have to replace it. Luckily they got me in right away and had the repair done in 10 minutes! The mechanics and staff are extremely friendly and I appreciate their help. At the end, the damage to the windshield was sealed up nicely and the wallet had no concerns. Super cheap for what I thought had to be done. Again, thank you guys, it was a wonderful experience.

I ordered the windshield in the spring they saved it all summer I got it put in in October and they did an excellent job it took about 30 or 40 minutes very friendly good public relations I highly recommend them

Very disappointed. It took me calling THREE times to get an appointment. Two times they told me they would call me back, but they never did. After my windshield was replaced and I was there to pick up my vehicle they informed me they lost a small rubber piece to my windshield. They told me they needed to call the dealer and order the piece and would call me when it arrived. No problem... things happen, but it s now been SIX WEEKS. I called last Wednesday and was told they would call the dealer and call me right back... it s now Sunday afternoon and I ve never heard back from them... again. I work for an insurance company in Anchorage and used to refer a lot of customers to this location - I will not be referring ANYBODY to this company ever again.

This company has fixed my windshields in 4 different vehicles now . Anything from rock chips to full replacement. Every time I deal with them they are super cool and professional and do an absolutely amazing job on my repairs . They deal with the insurance company very well also .

The customer service here is outstanding. The multiple times I've visited to have various chips filled they've normally gotten me in the same day, and if they're fully booked the next day.I know that I'll be coming back here if something happens to any glass on my truck.

Called Speedy Glass because they were rated 5 stars online looking to replace my windshield for my car. A woman answered the phone and told her I would like a quote for a windshield replacement. I was very disappointed in her customer service especially for a company rated 5 stars. She was not friendly and quite rude. I am not in the automotive field so I didn't have all the answers for her and when I had a question she would repeat it like I should have know what she meant. That alone has made me decide to go with another company to replace my windshield.

My car was broken into on a Saturday morning. This shop was the only one I could find open. They could not replace my glass that day but helped me vacuum the glass out of my car and covered the hole with plastic for me. I will recommend them to everyone I know. They really went above and beyond when I was in need and stressed. This was on 1/5/2019.

Replaced my windshield that was cracked and not leaking. Installed new windshield caused a leak. Tried to tell me every reason it wasn't there fault to look at it and find that it was. Squirted some caulk on it and called good. Still leaking very bad and now they won't even fix it.

He was very professional and informative, I will definitely recommend everyone I know to go to Speedy Glass on Huffman. Very happy with the service. Denali and Badger, not happy .
