The 5th Avenue shop went above and beyond. Turn around was less than an hour and a half, even though the manager herself drove to pick up the glass with the aftermarket support my vehicle needed. Highly recommended for consistent fast service of high caliber.

Great customer service and wonderfully charming staff. The front office lady has such a great personality and this place has a wonderful energy and I highly recommend it. Chips or cracks- they got your backs!

I have used Speedy in the past and hadn't had any issues. Called ahead of time and asked if there was availability to bring my truck in to fix some dings in windshield. I was advised to bring it on in and they will get working on it right away. Once I arrive, they advised that because I have a truck it could be at least a hour as their larger bays are taken up by cars. It would have been nice to know this when I called so I didn't waste a trip. Would also have been nice if they would have at that time at least tried to schedule a time to fit me in. Definitely not the mentality of someone who wants business or cares.Service: Window repair

Speedy Glass on 5th has replaced the windshield on multiple vehicles for me and each time the staff is friendly, professional and prompt. The guys did an excellent and quick job replacing my back window. They even cleaned all the other windows and mirrors on my truck. I believe they vacuumed it too, because my truck came back cleaner than when I dropped it off.

I visited to set up an appointment at the suggestion of another and was bracing myself for a substantial fee to examine and fix a leak for my German vehicle. I left 20min later with a repaired vehicle for a VERY minimal service fee. While all situations are different, I did appreciate the prompt, professional and earnest service by JoJo's team. I've used speedyglass mobile repair before, they did a good job. But recently I went to go get a chip fixed in my windshield on a Friday, after having called to make sure I didn't need an appointment and that they just do walk ins for chip fixing. Come to find out the one guy working that day went home before 3pm that day. Why do you say you take walk ins if your technicians go home as soon as your appointments are done?

First time having my windshield replaced and I had no idea what to expect. I received a quote and made an appointment for next day. Came in and received wonderful service with the front office. Was told it could be up to an hour and half. We waited in the office. Free coffee was available along with cable tv. We were there just about an hour. Windshield was crystal clear like it was just off the car lot. Service was amazing and couldn t have asked Afro a better experience. I HIGHLY recommend Speedy s for all your glass work. Thank you guys so very much. You all Rawk!!! With no chips or knicks of course.

Called about an hr to see if they had room to fill a ding told me yes so I head over. Get there and they're like nope we're too busy, said she never talked to me either. Headed to the other Speedy Glass across town and they got me in immediately. Will go there from now on.

Great Service today, and the staff did a great job. Very super nice and pleasant to talk to while you wait for 15 minutes. Super quick!! Thank you all for great service.
