Trent is informative and honest. I brought my car to a mechanic before I brought it to his shop and let me tell you that I do not bring my car in every week like I used to. Trent explains everything from the get go especially if you have no idea about cars. After witnessing one of his mechanics help a customer the other week I went in, I realized that they are just a good business to get your car services from- however they are always busy!! So that's a good thing.Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Amazing service and Integrity!!Trent is awesome. Upon dropping off my vehicle he said "I'll treat your car like it is my car" and RPM delivers on that promise. I had a bunch of work done to my vehicle (to include dropping in a new engine) and the RPM folks showed every detail, didn't mark up parts, and did bonus work to make it all nice just because they care. I've never trusted a mechanic more than Trent. Example: My brand new block heater, installed by RPM, had a manufacturer flaw and the gasket failed. I was stuck on the side of the road leaking coolant everywhere. I called Trent, he drove over to me with all repair parts and coolant (about 5 miles from his shop). He had it fixed in an hour on the side of the road and didn't charge me a dime. RPM Auto is a rare jewel. You'd be foolish to gamble on a different shop.

No communication. Took my daughters car here in February. Was told one of the parts was on order but to pick the car up and he would call and install and balance the tires when the part came in, everything was paid for already. Two months later after attempting to contact several times we were able to get an appointment. After having the car all day he called and said he ordered the wrong part. When my daughter went to pick up her car they tried charging her! Waited another 2 months before the correct part was put on. Over 4 months and three appointments to put a boot on.

Very nice & upfront! no BS and fixed my truck the same day I dropped it off. I am very happy with the service and the bill didnt break the bank. No one wants car trouble, but if I have some more in the future I will be back!

They did an excellent job on my vehicle. It's obvious that the team cares and goes above and beyond. Unfortunately, I cannot leave more than a 5 star review.

This shop is consistently busy. And there is a reason for that. And that reason is that Trent Small cares about his customers and the integrity of the work produced in his shop. So if you are looking for a shop that is honest and cares, RPM Auto and fleet is the one you are looking for.
