The best installers in town.I have had work done on two vehicles here in the last four years. Always great service! One was a pretty complex custom job involving an extra battery in a Subaru Forester. They where able to get it done and it all fit under the hood. I also had my remote fobs die and they cleaned them up, soldered them back together and had me running in short order for $20.

About a year ago I decided to have this company install a DVD player in our new truck. This was a gift to my wife for Mothers day, not that she would really watch movies but the kids would and my thought was that a little peace & quiet would be appreciated. I made my appointment and dropped off the vehicle. Later that day I picked it up, as I paid one of Steve's (Owner) installers made the comment "man that was fun, I've never installed one of those before" I remember thinking man If I owned this place that's the last thing I would want an installer saying in front of a customer. We walked outside into the dark and looked over the work which seemed to look okay. About 30 minutes down the road I stopped by a friends to show off my new toy and he pointed out some pretty deep creases in the headliner were it had been cut to install the screen. I immediately called Steve and he assured me that it would settle. Three days later the creases were still there so I dropped it off again and said that I would be back around five to pick it up. I caught a ride to the shop a little early around four in hopes that it would be done as I had a long commute ahead of me. As we approached the shop it seemed pretty dark. I hopped out and went to open the front door but it was locked and yes the lights were off. I knocked on the door with no answer, at this point I was trying to flag my ride before he pulled away. eventually Steve (Owner) came around the corner from the back and unlocked the door. As I entered the building an over whelming odor of marijuana smacked me in the face, the only reason I mention this is I had to smell it in my truck for the first 30 minutes of my ride home. He told me to let it settle again and let him know what I thought. The next day I inspected the work only to find the original creases had become deeper not to mention they had branched out like crows feet if that makes sense. At this point I asked if Steve could just recover the headliner and he agreed that he would and that it would fix the issue. To cut the story short I made several calls to Steve to make this appointment but they never would answer the phone. Occasionally I would get him to answer if I blocked the call but always got some BS story about how he was trying to round up the materials as he agreed to pay for them because the headliner was damaged with his install. After four months of not being able to get him on the phone and nobody returning my calls I decided to chalk this one up as a loss. Hope you can learn something from my story. I will not do business with Steve under this business name or any other. I rated this as one star because the screen itself still works great.

I've been going to this shop since before Steve took ownership. Steve not only improved the work performed by the previous owners, but he has now become the only person I will let work on my truck, motorcycles, commuter car, and my family and friends' vehicles. He never takes any shortcuts and always takes the time necessary to do the job Right. He's installed countless accessories on my truck and they all continue to function flawlessly, including the multiple remote starts and sound systems he's put in several vehicles for me. A really neat one for you diesel owners: he even trained my remote start to high idle my old engine for me when I choose to do so!Northstart is the only way to go for your automotive electronics. You will never find better service than you can get from an owner/operator.

I bought a remote start 7 years ago and it works great. It recently had an issue so I stopped by to see how much it would cost to repair it. In less than 5 minutes it was repaired at no-charge. I am very impressed!
