My brother was woken up by a phone call this morning stating "The next-day delivery item won't be delivered", please note that this "next-day delivery" was ordered a month ago. Additionally, the item is an electrical plug for his alternator, not big nor obnoxious.

I buy tons of parts from this location for my business each week either directly through the store staff or online. I don't work on cars so the things I order are not the everyday items most consumers are looking for. But, they always deliver and are always extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend them!

I will never use this store again.I will drive to the valley and use those store. Called to order parts to get delivered I was told to call back in 10 minutes. When I called back they were very rude and unprofessional. I still placed my order as I need those parts to leave, after I asked how long I should expect to wait for these parts. I was told "a little over an hour". So an hour and a half later I still am waiting so i called to find out whats going on. Again they told me to call bcak in 10 minutes. Once i finally got through after 3 failed attempts "They left and went to lunch. It doesn't look like they did anything with that order." So you mean to tell me I'm paying extra shoptime to get my own vehicle fixed because your guys decided my order wasn't good enough to follow through with. Not to mention I left my number with the counter sales in case I was expected to wait longer. Jessie or Jessy or Jessi whatever his name was, ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I've worked for napa in the past and would NEVER treat a paying customer like I was just treated. 5th ave will not see my money again.

Personally, I did not have a good experience at this particular store. The employee I dealt with came across to me like I was a bother to him. He gave me a quote on a battery. I informed him that I had a discount code but didn't have the number with me. I was able to tell him who the discount code was through. He then quoted a discounted price. When I returned 3 days later to buy the battery, after checking that the quoted battery was indeed the one I needed, he charged me $40 more than his quote. Something didn't seem right so I visited the NAPA on Dowling, used the same discount code, and was given the full discount. I then returned my original purchase. I will never return to this store as long as there are other options.

This review is for Katrina at the 5th ave store, she was so pleasant and knowledgeable while we were searching the computer for a part. She wouldn t give up and it all paid off.Thank you Napa for hiring good employees.

Helpful staff, maybe a little stand offish, bit I believe that may be because there normal clientele know what they want and don't want/ need much help. Me on the other hand I need a fair share of automotive inspiration / guidance. Of course it is pretty expensive for most of the items on the floor (retail items) but the stuff in the back can actually be quite affordable. But super convenient since they live right behind where I live.

On hold way too long .....they did answer to ask if I could hold ....didn't know it was going to take as long. I could of just drove down there. For a simple question to see if the had and oil filter in stock before I decided to drive. I guess it's hard to find good help

Not the best customer service. The associate seemed annoyed gen. Called and asked if they offered free check engine light checks. He deflected and made it seem like he wanted us to go to autozone and get the error codes then google them and call Napa to get the parts. When we went in and asked if they wouldn t mind doing the check engine light with the scan tool he didn t answer and was being dodgy grabbed his coat and scan tool. Pulled the codes and let me write them down to google them. Not the friendliest of associates but I did get what I needed so I can see what was wrong with my car. Thank you

Had a good experience shopping here... The staff was friendly and they went out of their way to help me with the parts I needed. Not only they had them in stock And the prices were by far the cheapest. After changing out the parts there at the store I asked to use the bathroom to wash the grease off my hands.. They they had a Cherry Gojo wall dispenser. It was pretty much empty but they immediately had a refill and they let me keep the old one which wasn't completely empty. Win win.

I dealt with a kid name Charlie. I ordered a jack stand he told me to pick it up at the distribution center. So I went there and they didn t have the item. They stated it was sent to 5th Ave. So I went to 5th Ave and walked in the counter guy Charlie was eating an ice cream cone and he looked stoned out of his mind. So after ten minutes of looking he couldn t find the item. The manager looked and found it within 90 seconds. What a joke Napa has become.

So helpful! 3 of them came outside to my vehicle to learn where something was on my van, and 1 stayed on and helped me fill the brake fluid in a particularly hard place to get to, even recommended a 50� funnel that was perfect for the job and finished doing it for me ! My favorite things .

The person behind the counter was lazy and didn't help me at all for the items I was looking for. I ended up buying some and I had to bring all of the items back, because they were wrong! What a waste of time

my inexperience with purchasing parts of my truck was easily handled by this store. the manager did a very good job in handling situations that I find challenging in other stores. good place to get information about technical matters regarding my vehicle. very satisfied.

Funny staff had me rolling even though I was having a bad day because my car broke down. They were able to give me the parts I needed and also made a few suggestions on other things I'd need to do to complete the job. A thanks goes out to Lee for the good time and great service!

Caleb is an amazing, absolutely amazing service rep for this location. Seriously go in and ask for him you will not be disappointed at all. Guy should be the manager of the location. I solely go to this location to get that man's knowledgeable help when I need parts.

I was able to walk in, and they asked if they could help me find anything. I am replacing the power steering pump in my truck, and needed power steering fluid. They pointed me to where it was at, and had me checked out and out the door in less than 5 minutes

I own a saab and come here for most things I need. The guys know what they are doing and what they got themselves into (each have a knowledge that works together). They don't seem to mind my kids there and are friendly to them. When I ask questions they dont use layman terms, they talk like they do to other mechanics and such lol. So I love that.I recommend giving them a shot

Had to get some parts for my SUV and the staff here was amazing. They told me about the NAPA online reservations which saves you 20%on some products a day pay when you pick up. During my visit I saved $20.

I don't know where Napa finds these people, bit the staff of this particular location on 5th avenue in Anchorage is simply the best. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and, above all, helpful. They will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need before leaving the store, even if it is just pointers for a project you're working on. Thanks NAPA!

Sale items from their monthly circular not on shelves and not in stock. Lazy hiding employees. Had to wait at the counter because no one would answer only employee's pages for assistance.
