Front counter workers are rude always have an attitude when you ask them a question about their products or need help with anything

I have gotten some parts from NAPA, since this place is the closest auto parts store to me. In this case, I bought a headlight so I could replace mine that was out. I do most repairs myself but it was winter and I hate the cold and my headlight was giving me trouble. Instead of working on it myself in the cold I asked NAPA if they help with the part and they said no. I returned the light and went to autozone. They helped me to the end. The screw was just a bit to rusted for me to get myself. For me, the additional service that AutoZone offers is with the longer trip whether I need help or not.

Had a screw in my tire. They helped me out. Nicest counter people I've met in a long time.

I ordered a part through them and was told it would brought over from the warehouse in 1-2 hours. After 2 hours the truck showed up without my part. After being told it would be another hour I went home called later that afternoon. They didn't know what happened and took my number to call me back.Never received my callback. Called again the following day, was informed a tech was on another line on hold with the warehouse and they could take my number and call me back within 30 minutes.Called back an hour and a half later and was informed the warehouse had changed the part quantity to 0 and they haven't been able to talk to the warehouse but the part is either missing in transit or sold somewhere else.

Kindness Matters!! At 60+, your intrepid reviewer is one of those poor souls whose operational understanding of current motor vehicles is still influenced by memories as a car owner who turned a wrench in a pinch. Encumbered as I am now, that is, having become accustomed to current models intervening on behalf of the absent minded by shutting off their OWN headlights, when I parked my kids' Subaru (they are traveling, left the car for me to use), I thought I had shut the headlights off. Answering the tiny voice asking me if I was "sure the headlights were off," I said, "you are just being a silly old guy,"and went about my day. You know what happened. You may know by experience most of what happened next and can guess the rest.Needing help, I called the nearby NAPA and spoke to Ashley, very polite and professional, who assured me they were ready to assist anytime I came in - yes, they can test and charge the battery on site - woot woot!! A single-digit sub-zero cold snap early morning jump a few days later, the kids due home, and over to the NAPA on Spenard Rd. I drove!! High winds and sustained single-digit temps caused a lot of damage over the weekend so I expected that when I arrived the store would be busy. The store is brightly lit. The parking lot is very-well maintained - especially considering the wild icy ride the local weather deities have us on this season. The manager, Josh, greeted me right away and asked how he could help. After briefly describing the problem, the store phone rang and I invited Josh to answer the call, telling him I would wait. Although the phone exchange was complicated, Josh kept the call short and returned promptly to help me.His knowledge of mechanics and his products is admirable. Josh's ability to explain the problem and recommend solutions inspires confidence. We have wonderful grandchildren, and their parents, relying on this vehicle so I decided to replace the battery altogether; Josh helped me select the right product, even steering me away from an "overkill" option, which makes him trustworthy, too. He very kindly assisted me in replacing the battery right there, including providing the necessary tools, much-appreciated direction, and a bit of flashlight holding. Now, I'm not saying I WANT to have to deal with automobile problems (like having to replace a battery because I'm thick as a brick), I'm saying I WILL, and at some point you probably will, too (... well ... except for that whole thick-as- a- brick thing .. maybe ... I don't know you all that well). It's a great feeling to know that professional, kind, assistance is a phone call or a short hop away to see Ashley and Josh at NAPA.

I didn't go inside the store so I really can't take credit for being on the premises, in the parking lot while my uncle went in NAPA to purchase some vehicle parts. He appeared relieved to get a step closer to his goals with his vehicle. That's what I'll say about that. If he felt relieved, that's makes me feel better about it too

Called the store after I broke a craftsmen breaker bar the day after I bought it.Talked to a guy i was asking what is the return policy on broken tools because napa online is unclear about this.He said which tool? I said craftsman he asks for the part number I give to it to him he looks it up.Then he said bring it in I have six in stock we will give you a new one.Well this turn out to be a lie one brand tool they will warranty in store but craftsmen you have to send it back wasting more of your time.Nowhere was this stated or I would not of bought it.NAPA is no longer the brand they use to be.They will sell you something but they won't stand behind the products from junk parts with factory defects to now tools. Now i know why more people go to O'Reilly better prices better parts and customer service.

Typically, I go in or call in for the parts or supplies I need or request by phone in advance and get reasonable, timely service. Today however... I called in for a radiator hose. It was supposed to be transferred to the store from another location within a timeline of 1.5 hrs. with the store's agreement to call when the part arrived. I asked specifically for the part # and to please make certain the correct part is pulled and delivered. After allowance for plenty of time; I went into the store and asked if the part was there. The young woman at the counter said I quote, " the other location felt like hanging on to the part and therefore it did not go out." I asked why did you not at very least call me at the phone # I provided? That would have been the right thing to do. Then her tune changed to the parts runner had run it over to the warehouse. So now no plan B for me to get it at the other store because now it was not over there anymore. Plus the warehouse just closed and will not open tomorrow either. What a waste of time and effort. Likely some of the worst customer service, spin, with excuses and a disingenuous who cares oh well smirk on her face. I kept cool and calm yet on task respectfully seeking some honesty or satisfactory, responsible answer. As I walked out, I mentioned to her in all seriousness it really is not funny as she was still smiling like who cares.

I was greeted with a smile and welcomed when I came into this Auto Parts Store by Caleb. He helped me from start to finish with new wiper blades for my truck. First letting me try my self and helping where needed. Thanks Napa! Military Discount here too :)

It was like pulling teeth trying to get this guy to sell us headlight bulbs. Usually people will help install or at least offer a bit of guidance. I know it's not mandatory but it's the first time I've encountered an employee at a car parts store who actively would not have any part in helping advise. Monumentally unhelpful. Out in the freezing cold looking up YouTube videos on how to install this.

They always have what I need to complete the work on my commercial vehicle and they are close by which makes it all the better on top of I can make a call to see if the parts are on hand or can I just go over to there warehouse and pick it up. I don't have time to waste looking all over town to keep my business running. And NAPA prices are fair and the products and Parts are as good or better than factory original every time. And they have a good Crue. I don't have time to waste talking to idiots, keeping your machine in tune is good business, having a parts person in tune with your needs is just as important as to wether you make money that day or will you be down. And the guys and gals at NAPA actually care to make it happen. And that's why they get my business.

Napa 98% of the time has the parts I'm in need of. From just the common part's for my everyday pickup truck and my commercial Kenworth Dump Truck. And the guy's that work there always seem to have the best attitude's. And that's why I've been going to the same part's store for the last 12 year's.

I was waiting in line to ask if the 25% applied to the purple power. There was 2 people ahead of me. She said yes. It's was exactly 4 o'clock so she wouldn't honored at the Spenard store. Told me to go to the other tomorrow. That's some real POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....

The atmosphere is generally hood, especially when one of the managers decides that they have a crab in their butt and decides to be rude and disgruntled towards customers

I just tried to buy a pair of batteries from this exact store and was told that they would not accept my core because the battery was missing its caps even though the battery has been dry for at least 20 years. There is no core on the Caps there is a core for the lead inside the battery.

Very unhelpful and rude customer service. O'Riely or auto zone is the way to spend your money. I would give them negative ratings if I could. Napa on Spenard is the last place you should buy auto parts.

Its a napa store. If you need China made parts come here. Or autozone. Orilies has quality parts, or stay local and go to Fats. Pretty sure the "big" guy behind the counter doesn't move from his stool, smells so bad you can taste it over the counter, and just has a piss poor demeanour. Would litterally only come here if i have to.

Over priced parts. Could find a better deal online. Price of sea foam at Walmart is 6 dollars and NAPA is selling it for 12. Mobile 1 engine oil is almost 40 dollars but at Walmart you can get it for 20.

I love going to replace that they can just help you even if you don't quite know exactly what it is you need. You explain what you're doing and Thomas and crew can figure it out and get you on your way.

Horrible service. Never spend your money here i purchased a "new" alternator from them upon taking it from the box it was obviously already damaged and when I went to return it they called me a liar and would not return my money for the alternator. NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

The staff was unprofessional and was using inappropriate language over their phone while I was there. The manager told the sales associate to stop but I don't think there was a lot of respect there.
