I have used this place twice and have been very impressed both times. They pay attention to detail, do quality repairs in a timely fashion and they communicate with you throughout the process. This last time they got me in same day for a bad leak in my rear diff also I m very impressed with Dustin at the front counter, not sure if he s the owner or manager but he had excellent people and communication skills and provides excellent customer service which is rare these days. Highly recommend this shop!

Did a huge job on my vehicle and worked with me every step of the way. I send my family to him and anyone I know that asks who i recommend for a mechanic. If your looking for someone who goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of and knows his stuff, Dustin and his crew are who i strongly suggest reaching out to.

I send my friends there and have used them myself for a long time. They are one of many auto shops in town that I fix clusters for. I know a lot of mechanics. I trust Morrison better than most all the shops I serve. Thank you Dustin.

Took my Honda in to "reattach" the bumper to the body of the car. Was told 20 minutes and $120. 20 minutes later was checked out and charged $80. When I questioned Dustin he said it didn't take as long as they thought it would. Mind blown - honest, fast and professional. My new go -to- thank you and telling everyone I know!!

This business is fantastic. Got the job done right and fast. Called at 10am and the wheel bearing was done by 1pm the same day. Will be back for sure. They also installed a part I had already bought which was great.

I know I can trust Dustin and his crew to fix my car and fix it well. I ve been bringing my Subaru to his shop for awhile now and he s always honest, quick, and stands by his work. A+++ for everyone here!!!

Called on a Tuesday and had an appointment for Monday. Was able to get me in and do a wonderful job. The pace at which the work was done was great, the pricing for parts and service were outstandingly low/reasonable. Was also able to have him find 4 new wheels and order in snow tires for an extra set for the next time I come in. Would 100% recommend and will be my go to shop from here on out.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

They Always answer our calls and always have open and honest communication. We blew our engine because of another shop messing things up, and Dustin got us in faster than anyone else in town. They got the work done in a decent time (about one week), and we are picking up our trailblazer tonight!!! Dustin even offered to stay late if we needed time after work. I would give it ten stars if I could.

Hands down the best shop in Anchorage Ak. Super fast and friendly. Skylar and Dustin definitely went above and beyond. Blew my transmission in kenai and they were able to get it towed to their shop. New transmission showed up fast. They busted the work out even faster. I ll always take my truck to Morrison Auto to get the work done on it. When you re there you re like family. I had an unexpected flat- most places were quoting me $1000 bucks and couldn t get me in for new tire installation for a weeks. Dustin not only got me in asap, but he gave me a killer deal. Plus he s pretty cute. I ll definitely be going back!

I have used this business for three of my vehicles. I could not be happier. The service and parts are affordable and the work is honest. Dustin was quick to get my stuff ordered and even quicker to do the work at a fair price when the parts arrived. He guarantees his work and he talked me out of stuff I did not need. The savings I experienced because he did not try to sell me stuff I did not need was a huge deal. He was very honest about my repairs. Dustin and his guys are awesome. Super friendly and talk to you like a normal person. They do great work, get it done on time, and they are honest with you. They will give you all the info upfront and if somethings comes up they let you know before doing anything. I've always had a tough time trusting mechanics but this guys have restored my faith in them. I will be bringing my cars here from now on.

Had a steering issue after transporting my truck to AK. Dustin worked me in same day (on a Friday) and diagnosed and fixed the problem for free. Won by business for as long as we re in Alaska. Superior service, friendly, and honest!

If you are looking for an experienced mechanic you must come here. We take our family car here and we will keep coming back. The owner, Dustin will not try to cheat you either by coming to you and trying to tell you unnecessary work needs to be done to your car like these other shops. He is an honest man. Dustin owns this joint. He s a master mechanic, an honest guy, and gets work done quickly and impeccably. I brought my truck to him for a nearly full front end rebuild and he had it out of the shop within two days. It s an industry that attracts a lot of scam artists. This shop is a diamond in the rough. You will get what your car NEEDS, and not some bull honky niche part shops tack on to line their pockets. Morrisons Automotive Services has earned my business for any future fettles my vehicle may need.

The owner was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and timely. Even during these busy times a new radiator was found and completely replaced in one day. Everything done was explained and I couldn t have hoped for a better experience. Will definitely be back for any mechanical needs in the future. Highly recommended.

My truck is better after leaving it at MORRISIONS Automotive services ! I had so many problems, and they checked and fixed everything, making sure step by step that this is what I wanted! Communication was excellent! The owner is very hands on and his team is extremely knowledgeable! I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else, after having my Tahoe serviced, I had to get the rest of my vehicles in to check what other places might ve not done correctly! ITS A ONE STOP SHOP, very convenient, will always bring my vehicles here whether it s an oil change, to a tire change, to check engine light issues or even a battery replacement! I appreciate there all around the clock hard work and professionalism! TY MORRISIONS AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES for fixing the actual issues in my truck instead of wrapping a band aid around it or telling me they don t have time like other places!I can t wait to have an issue just so I can bring my vehicle here again a bajillion ! I m just really shocked at the level of professional hats these mechanics wear! There s nothing they can t do! my truck had a lot of problems, and I am proud to say I am confidently driving with NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! Even my engine sounds less aggressive and smooth! I was referred to Dustin and at first I was hesitant because I heard stories of auto centers charging a lot but Dustin charges a cheaper price guaranteed from other stores and definitely does a great job. My clutch needed to be replaced and they were the only auto shop that would fit me in during tire change over season . A week later I had my car back and it runs like a dream. Thanks guys.
