Bought a car from Sam, turns out it was a bad car. He didn't even wanted to have it back for the same price I paid for. Not ever going back to that place again. ripped me off.

Wow. This was the fastest I have ever been in and out of an auto shop! They were super friendly, knowledgeable and of course quick! And very reasonable prices!! OMG!!! I love these guys. My daughter s car got a flat tire two business down from their location. As I approach the gentleman and ask him I need a tire fix. These guys went to the car help me put air and I was able to drive the car to their location. And wala!!! They fixed both tires in less than 20 minutes. They are local and all related/brothers. Love them!! I will be recommending these guys to everyone!! Thanks again! You saved the day.Service: Tires

Great service and great people working here. If you need to service your vehicle or buy a car, go to MC Auto Shop. They went beyond to make sure my car is clean inside and out. Detailing crew was amazing. And they changed my oil too. Thank you very much and I will be coming back again!

The Mafua twin brothers went beyond their ways and take care of my van the same day it took in for several minors issues at the same time. On top of that their rates are reasonable. The Diamond Auto shop has friendly service, it is fair priced and they are also the fastest in Anchorage (if not whole Alaska). I went to Alaska for 3 months for my summer work program with my girlfriend and a couple of my European friends. Alaskan car rental prices are usually astronomically priced, but they gave us a rental that was affordably priced and in perfect condition. They also helped out my girlfriend who had bought a car, but the brakes and rotors were in awful condition, so it was unsafe to drive it like this. We needed to get it fixed fast so we could keep working on schedule. I tried talking to other repair shops if they could do it in the next couple of days, but most of the car repair shops were booked for at least a week or two. The managers of the shop knew that I m only in the Alaska for limited amount of time, and they wanted to help us out so they were able to squeeze us in their tight schedule, and they got it fixed for me within a couple of hours on the same day. Sila and Sam were amazing. They didn t just help us out, but they also became great friends of mine through all the help and friendly service they provided. They are usually available 24/7 helping you with your needs. Just give them a call and I feel confident you ll be pleased about your results.

Took my car to the shop over a week ago and they messed up my spark plugs. How do you mess up a spark plug change so I had to bring my car back to the shop then they give me this rental with bald tires every light is on the dashboard and they refuse to trade my rental out and my car is been in the shop for another five days. I m still waiting for it. I highly suggest nobody Rent-A-Car or gets their car fixed at this location and the rental car they gave me they called it compensation bald tires, and lit up like a Christmas tree. Yeah that s real compensation . located on 88th Ave. anchorage Alaska

The staff at Diamond Auto Group are the best! When we had some tire issues with our rental car, and despite the very early hour, Mojo went out of her way to see that we got another car and made it to our destination on time. Thanks again!

We rented from them for a quick trip while we were in town before a cruise. Mojo helped us and she was super friendly. They offer several rental vehicles for very good pricing and excellent service. Jack Chung and associate Mojo of Diamond Auto Group exemplify the utmost of professionalism in a small business! They are courteous, accurate and timely in all communications- whether email, text or voice call coordination. They were able to put wedding plans back on track due to numerous airline delays & cancellations by offering a brand new 2023 KIA Soul that proved to be the perfect Alaska roads vehicle. They offered a military discount right up front and even a courtesy ride after vehicle drop off to our next venue. Their professionalism has won them our return business.
