If you have any other choice for repair services, do that instead. My car has been with them for over 3 weeks and no repairs have taken place. The people are friendly enough.

Had a scheduled appointment to bring my Santa Fe Stort in to fix a recall issue. Took about an hour and I was on my way.

Bought my Santa Fe in 2009. Life time oil change is great. Very few mechanical problems. Service department staff is always helpful.

I bought a used SUV at the end of October, that I am not completely satisfied with. I'm also not satisfied with the performance of the salesman I did not have the salesman undivided attention throughout the process of my two days sale. The salesman should have represented me throughout the process of the sale and no one else. At the showing of the vehicle that I purchased, it was dirty inside with stains on the back and front seats, there were no floor mats inside the vehicle, the tires were dirty and the engine was filthy, and this was after the vehicle supposedly had been cleaned up. The salesman didn't go over the vehicle features with me at the end of the sale on how some of the features operated. No touch up paint was offered due to the vehicle having various scratches throughout the body. I won't be going back to this particular dealership for any further services including maintenance. And the next time I purchase any vehicle, it will be in Seattle. The condition of this vehicle was Witness by my neighbor's doing a personal inspection of the vehicle on the day I brought it home. Whereby the cabin air filter was also found dirty and was replaced by me. There was also old dried up food found underneath the rear seats. I the owner of this new used vehicle will complete the various deficiencies in this vehicle to my needs. Another unsatisfied customer.

was notified of a recall issue made a couple appointments they cancelled both but only after I had to go to their service location because they never answer the service line and never return calls now they say they don t know what the fix is even though they warn the car could catch on fire literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing very poor customer service. No management apparent. Customer service has dropped a lot over the last two years. Very sad.
