I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a salesperson at Lexus Kendall dealership, Herman and Paul I must say, their customer service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, patiently answered all my questions, and never once made me feel pressured. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a positive experience truly stood out, making my car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. I wanted to take a moment to emphasize our appreciation and thank the crew particularly (Herman, Ave, Price & Shawn) at Kendall Toyota/Lexus for staying late last night to close a deal that at first I thought wasn t possible. But in the end, we were able to meet somewhere in the middle and work it out. Not only is my daughter(currently pregnant) very happy but as a father, soon-to-be grandpa and a LOYAL customer myself, I am at ease with a peace of mind confident that she and her family will be safe, valued and they ll enjoy the exceptional product. If you want to be treated like family and deal with a company that truly understands the importance of good customer relations then look no further!

Kendall Lexus in Anchorage is very amicable. Price Yang approached us even though we are just looking for a vehicle with no intention of buying. He voluntarily brings the vehicle to us to actually inspect it. That for us is enough to trust them and know that they value costumers. Herman too was accommodating asking us what we need, even offer us food 'lumpia'. After our purchase, they call and make follow ups. We definitely recommend Kendall Lexus of Alaska.

Just took delivery on my new absolutely gorgeous copper crest 2023 Lexus RX350! So in love already. I've been a Lexus girl since my first RX in 2002 and this is my 4th. Lexus never disappoints and neither does the customer service at Kendall Lexus! This was my 3rd Lexus purchase with them and there is a reason I keep coming back! I can't begin to thank Brenden D. for being so very patient with me during my research and 100s of questions. Even on his days off he would take the time to answer my questions. Incredible service the day I picked up "Penny" making sure I understood all the great options in my new RX. Incredible team! Thanks Tim, Colleen, Shawn and those behind the scenes that took care of detailing her so she was shiny and gorgeous. I highly recommend Kendall Lexus! Go ask for Brenden! He's the bestest! Thanks again for everything!!

I ordered a new Lexus this past summer and received it this month. Paul Chang was the salesperson. He stayed in contact with me monthly until the new vehicle arrived, and he was always quick to return my calls and texts. It was a very good experience and I really enjoy the Lexus RX350. I ve purchased lots of new cars and I rate Paul as one of the top salespersons I ve encountered.

I am delighted to be sharing my experience with the Anchorage Kendall Lexus staff that I enjoyed over the past several months. My search for a new vehicle started with Price and Herman. They helped us find the perfect Lexus to fulfill our needs. We selected an NX that was scheduled for assembly during the following week (in Japan). Price provided a build sheet and explained the options and the estimated completion date. We received periodic updates on the car s progress, including shipping and estimated delivery in Anchorage. I initiated several calls to Price, who always answered, even on days off, for updates. I d call that above and beyond the call of duty! He gave me accurate information and answered all of our questions. The day finally arrived in March when the car showed up in Portland. The estimate provided was right on the mark and our car arrived in Anchorage on March 19th. We set up a test drive and anxiously stepped into the dealership two days later. Price greeted us at the door and led us over to our new NX! He immediately pointed out a small defect on the chrome trim strip on the driver s side door. No big deal, I told him. The part was ordered and we loved the test drive. Phillip, in Finance, explained the paperwork and we signed the documents and decided to wait until the next day to drive it home. What a wonderful experience no pressure whatsoever! I can recommend Kendall Lexus for your next vehicle purchase with no hesitation. Thanks to everyone on the Kendall team, including Herman for making us feel welcome, Phillip in Finance and everyone else. Thanks for taking the time to give us an outstanding car buying experience! KENDALL Lexus was the best place to buy a high line SUV!!! This is our 2nd Lexus NX, we purchased from Paul Chang and he is patient and knowledgeable aboutthe Lexus product. We will send him all of our family to purchase a vehicle a Lexus or Toyota and used vehicles. Go see Paul Chang and he will take care of all your vehicle needs!!!! I have to say what a pleasant experience it was to buy a car from Lexus of Anchorage. I m normally a Toyota owner, been one for over 15 years. Due to the limitations with inventory, I was forced to look in a different direction. Paul Chang was extremely helpful in learning my needs and putting me into a perfect vehicle, that exceeded my expectations. If you ve ever considered getting a Lexus and you weren t sure it was some thing you were wanting, Paul is a great person to discover this with.I appreciate your hard work Paul and the way you made it simple, quick and easy!Greg

We just bought a Lexus Gx470 from here. Austin was our sales person and helped us a lot. We had our SUV on the way. He kept in touch the whole time and reply to our emails and calls. He went through all the features on the vehicle and didn t leave us left behind with any unknown features.I forgot the loan person s name but I want to say, Shaun. He was very helpful as well. Good first time experience and will definitely get another vehicle from here!

Austin is awesome! He s the best salesperson ever. When we visited Lexus for the first time, Austin was the first person to greet us. He was super welcoming and friendly, and not at all pushy or aggressive like some salespeople are. He s very knowledgeable and spent so much time helping me find a car that had everything that I wanted. After I purchased the vehicle, he provided me with a very thorough tutorial on how to utilize the different features and customize the car to tailor it to me and what I need/want. Austin is one of the friendliest people I ve ever met. He s super approachable and happily answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from Kendall Lexus of Alaska and would give him a million stars if I could!

Bought a lexus NX for 38k, spoke to them about the buy back program, to our understanding they would buy it back. BUT they didn t mention that the depreciation was going to leave me upside down on the loan, keep in my mind we have only had the car for 6 months. Very misleading! We are in the hole for 14k!!! BEWARE PEOPLE

Disappointed customer. Bought a 2017 Lexus with an automatic car starter subscription thru Enform. It never really worked properly and after several attempt taking back to Lexus to fix. Enform cancel the subscription on all 2017 vehicles and I m left without a car starter in Alaska. I feel cheated that Lexus did not up hold there end of the purchase and have offered me no options.I will never purchase from them again.

My wife and I are delighted with our sales experience with Colleen, the sales manager from Kendall Lexus of Alaska. This 2020 IS350 is my 4th Lexus overall and second from Colleen. I could have leased from any other competing dealership in town. Still, I chose to stay in the Lexus family because of their competitive pricing, but most importantly, because of their staff's class-leading professionalism and customer service. We honestly believe Colleen had our best interest at heart. Not once did we feel pressured to lease or buy anything from her. She was patient and courteous even though she was the only one from her sales team present while I was there. Her ability to expertly manage multiple customers and phone calls, patiently answer my numerous questions, and make me feel like finding the perfect vehicle at the fairest price were her top priority is deserving of a promotion! Thank you, Colleen! We wish you nothing but the best!

Came in to get an appraisal and check out a used vehicle and walked out with a 2022 NX350! Great experience from start to finish. The model I wanted was not immediately available at the beginning of my vehicle search, but Destiny walked me through the process and kept in touch until the vehicle I wanted came in. The purchase was smooth and the tutorial on how to use the entertainment system was very helpful. I am very appreciative of all who made buying a new vehicle a breeze.

Caleb went through all the things that we can do on our new Lexus. This has never been done by any other salesman who sold us a car. He & Destiny have been available by phone as well.
