The guys here always are helpful even during the busy seasons where I am sure they could be annoyed. I appreciate that! I have purchased personal vehicle tires and commercial tires from them. Yesterday I got a set of 6 tires from them and decided to let everyone in the Google world know that this is a place worth looking into for tire or service needs in North Anchorage. Great prices along with the top notch service, what else could you ask for?! I certainly like going here for my tire needs.

These guys were phenomenal and I m so grateful they took care of me. In the middle of a snow storm, I was able to get my tires swapped. I fully expected to wait all day, but to my surprise, in less than an hour, they said my car was done. I wish I had known about you guys the last 2 winters and will recommend to everyone.

Shout out to Gabe and the whole crew. Came in about 45 min before closing, got some new studded winter tires on and was out the door before 5. Professional, curteous and efficient. Refreshing after having poor experiences at other tire shops in Anchorage. Will definitely come back for other tire related needs.

After being told on multiple occasions they do not do appointments, I did walk In service to find out I was lied to multiple times about operations when calling? They do appointments but scheduled 3 week out according to the desk. 7 hours later waiting for a simple change over for tire s purchased here still waiting for my vehicle to move. Time to find a better tire service this isn t it.

This place should be called KD mark up tire rather than KD discount tire. All the tires that they sell are 20 to 40% more than the MSRP. You can quite literally buy any tire that they sell for hundreds of dollars less on Amazon and have the mountain balance installed about a quarter mile down the street. They quoted me $1425 for for BF good rich tires installed. I bought them on Amazon instead and have them install down the street. My total was $1065 instead.

Gabe and the staff at KD discount tire were more than welcoming. Having just moved here from Florida not knowing where to go for what service they took care of unmounting and mounting both my cars winter to summer tires in record time. They went above and beyond and will be using them for all four of my cars tire needs. Professional staff and great service.

The whole team out there is super customer service oriented. I am not the smartest and very new to the wheel/tire world, the team was patient, understanding, and took the time to really helpful as far as explaining everything. I couldn t have had a better experience, that team is amazing. Recommend to everyone.

This is a wonderful shop and it s my choice for when I need tire service. However, they have strict guidelines that they follow and I understand they are for liability and the safety of the customer but my tires were on the cusp of 10 years (great storage, 4 months of use, no signs of aging) and they wouldn t put them on. I went else where and had my wheels and tires on within 30 minutes. While I understood their side, it kind of sucked. But otherwise just don t go if you have 10 year old tires. ONE thing to note is that they went ahead and got me the quote and shipping time for the new tires I would ve needed had i decided to get rid of the old ones. Overall great service and love this place. It s a shame I won t be able to go until I do get the new tires. See you in a few years KD Discount.

Gabe was awesome! Helped me get the right tire for my vehicle in the best price range possible!I went in for new tires & an alignment. They were beyond helpful. It turns out I didn t need an alignment but they made sure everything was good to go.

My regular tires were ready for the trash and I thought they were,but I wasn't sure. The tech confirmed my suspicion that indeed were. But I had to take my car back because it was getting low on air two days after they put my winter tires on. So they changed the steam Now I am having the same problem with the driver front tire.

I Scheduled an alignment with KD about a week ago, just an alignment nothing else. My wife brought the car in and we were told the tires were too old. Not that they were dry rotted, or the tread depth was too low, or they were peeling, or they had flat spots just that they were too old. And they couldn t do the alignment unless we bought brand new tires. The tires are 100% fine they have less than 10k miles on them. It is very upsetting that KD tried to upswell us hundreds of dollars as well as refused to even touch the vehicle.

We just used KD for the 4th season in a row to swap out winter tires and their customer service is so superb we won t go anywhere else. Everyone at the front desk is informative and respectful and we ve always received great advice from them on what kind of tires to buy. Highly recommend!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean facility, and quick service. I had an appointment for a tire changeover and walked out of there 30 mins later (no spare rims). They fill up fast during regular changeover times so book early or be patient.

Highly recommend this tire shop! Gabe was very professional and respectful on the phone and in person. They had the tire I needed, the appointment was available within a reasonable time, I was in and out quick and to top it off I was treated well by everyone I interacted with.

Justin, the owner, was amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He provided multiple tire options and quickly arranged installation. I'm 67 years old and have purchased a lot of tires in my life. I have never experienced such thorough and highly skilled work. We discussed "Jack Points," lug nut torque, and tire pressure. Justin wire-brushed all rim-to-hub contact points and expertly balanced the wheels. It truly does not get better than this! I HIGHLY recommend Justin and KD Discount Tire and Associates. I just replaced 4 tires on my truck here. I worked with Nick who was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did they match a local competitors price, they had me out the door in 45 minutes. Nice big waiting room with toys/books for my toddler to play with. I highly recommend.

Great shop. Called needing new tires for an Outback that had a bad leak in a rear passenger tire. They beat other shops by $150-250 in price for a solid mid-range tire, offered input on upper and lower options, and got me in the same day.Every person was friendly in the shop, they explained how they fully support the tire for its lifespan (including rotations and repairs), and then still have a $30 off coupon on the tires. In and out in under an hour, and actually happy to have dealt with a tire shop, which is unheard of.Hands down best shop I ve dealt with, and will be returning for future needs.

There guys are great. Very professional and not rude or condescending to women. I only buy tires from them now because the price is right and I go where I am treated best. The waiting room is also clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The staff at KD is outstanding. My wife and I have had excellent experiences there; my wife had a flat tire, they quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the stem valve, and did it free of charge. The customer service is above and beyond

Have used twice nice for change over to winter tires and back to summers. Great, friendly service, flexible with scheduling. I have anti theft screws on my license plate and I took the new plate holder I wanted on with me and they were nice enough to put it on for me when they changed my tires. I'm moving now, but I'll definitely use them again if i ever move back.
