Driver was nice. But, they sent a wrecker even though their website says they use flatbeds only. They towed my truck without disconnecting the driveshaft. Now my transmission has issues. The business refuses to respond to my requests for help. The business ignored the Better Business Bureau complaint.Shame on this company! Use someone else.

Really awful. Improperly connected my car then rammed through a snow pile bouncing the car so hard it broke off, slammed down and disconnected, spun off and tore the back end off. They told the insurance company they would pay to repair it. That was Dec 26th. Its Jan 6; they refuse to call me back or acknowledge my emails and requests. Stay away!Update: to his credit, since this review, the owner has contacted me and indicated responsibility for the damage and coverage of any costs at a repair shop of my choosing.

Dishonest and unprofessional. I needed a jump start and the driver they sent couldn't find the 12v on my hybrid at first. He seemed irritated and while looking for it in the engine compartment, he pulled roughly on the fuse box cover and broke a latch. The driver denied it to the owner and the owner refused to compensate.

The young man who towed my van from Fairview to Cline s Tesoro today with the flatbed truck for my tire was professional, hardworking, fast, efficient and friendly! Great asset to your company and the community! Seriously! Thank you!

Let s talk this fine service. They hang posters on Soldiers doors warning them they have a duration of time to move their vehicles (not confirming they are in a military school or anything). They turn around and charge $150 for the tow and $20 a day. Ps they state you only can pick it morning at 930 am or 5 pm. You guessed it Soldiers duty day starts at 930 and ends at 5pm. Again business is good for this scum of a business. Please contact news media or your congressman to make a congressional investigation into this business. I will report them to the BBB. And when you call them to discuss it they just laugh. Nice

I'm not a customer, but a tow operator for Midnight Sun Towing, and I just want to thank your driver (not sure who he was, I didn't get his name; thin man, darker skin, longer black hair, probably 30's) for the help he provided. He saw I was in a position of needing a road block and he jumped to it. Lit 2 flares, directed traffic, and helped me on my call. I couldn't be more appreciative of how safe he kept my scene on Tudor across from Wendy's. Thank you again! So appreciated!

My car wouldn't start. JT towing came right over jumped my car. Extremely friendly & they handled all the paperwork with my insurance it was awesome. Very happy customer!!

Absolutely trash drivers. I work for a business that has tow ins all the time and not one time have we fought with a tow company so much in my career of 7 years. This is weekly almost with them.

Excellent service. Very quick. I was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes and the truck arrived in about 15 minutes. I thought i needed a tow, but he just gave me a quick jump. Highly recommend. I had my car towed two times by JT Towing. One was paid by insurance. Second was paid by me. On the second towing paid by me JT Towing ended up doing damage to my car. JT Towing has failed take responsibility for the damage they did from my car. I tried calling and emailing multiple times. At first I was told to respond with pictures which I did which showed the damage done when they hooked up my car. I have not heard back since. I have tried calling and emailing again. I was told the owner was not in state and that he was out of the country by the lady who answered the phone. I want JT Towing to take responsibility and reimburse for the damage done!Service: Car towing

I called them and they gave me a price to get my truck back and two hours later when I went to pay in person, they tried jacking up the bill by 150 dollars!

I wanted to warn you before using this tow company. I got my car towed after a APD called for a tow after accident. I was too busy calming down my kids so I asked them. All seemed smooth, driver was nice. But what a shock when I got the invoice. They did charge double than any other tow company I asked for rates after I saw the $151 bill for a tow in town maybe 10miles from the accident to the body shop. I asked why are they so expensive. They started bragging that they are the least expensive in town. But they forgot to mention that they double their price when APD calls them. I asked APD, they were not aware of that practice. None tow companies I contacted after this accident do that. Just JT towing.And Thank you so much hanging up on me when I asked for explanation, JT Towing! Such a great customer service! I sure learned a lot from this one!

When my dumb @$$ ran into a snow bank, they were there within 30 mins to pull me out. Mind you, this was during that horrendous snowfall we had in December 2022

pick any other tow service but this one. absolute worst service i have ever experienced. waited over THREE HOURS for a tow. it was 20 mins 20 mins.. 10 mins. when i called i was sent to voicemail and unable to leave a message.

45 minutes late, no one answered the phone and couldn't even provide a tow. Now I'm broken down on the side of the road waiting for another company. Not to mention they left without telling me if another truck would come and call me an hour later to see if I need a tow. RIDICULOUS.My advice: just check if your insurance will cover a tow and use another company.Service: Car towing
