Jiffy Lube, the place to go for a CONVENIENT quick oil change but it s 3 stars. I go here from time to time and I would say they got a fun group of guys that work there, friendly BUT, they are also there to hustle you. Example, today I got the nonsense that my coolant reservoir was empty and for $9.99 they would top it off. Should be free! Second that is a BOLD LIE my friend, I know how much is in there I drive an old vehicle! I checked again after I left and yes a lie it was. I have a photo attached. So if you don t mind the hustle and lies, get your oil change say no to the offers. I only say yes to things I know I need and want the convenience that day. Things like light bulb or an OLD not just dirty air filter. Again you go here for quick convenience 3 star deal.

My son needed a part replaced on his car that needed a special tool we didn t have. We asked the guys at Jiffy Lube to do it. They were polite and eager to help. They got us in right away and replaced the part. It was a quick fix. They didn t even charge us, they just smiled and said have a nice day . Great guys, great service.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Daniel and the rest of the crew at the Bragaw Jiffy Lube. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Everyone working greeted me with a smile and a kind word. Two of the staff even held the doors open for me, and when they were done working on my vehicle, I was escorted to my car. I hate having to take my car in anywhere, but every time I go to this Jiffy Lube, I leave in a great mood and am satisfied with the work they do!!!!!

It was 1/4 til 6 on Friday the 29th, I had just drove in from Fairbanks called them to see if I couldn't get in really quick to have my fluids checked and filled if needed and there was a noise under the front of my car and I don't know who answered the phone but he was extremely rude and refused to look at my car at all even the fluids! He just kept telling me "we are closed" and " we aren't a repair shop" it wouldn't have taken but not even 5 minutes to have checked my fluids and looked to see if there was anything obviously wrong from the noise underneathe my car. And as he was telling me that I was actually pulling up from bragaw and seen there was one car leaving a bay and 1 car they just pulled in the bay! So much for being closed!! Will never go back to this location ever again!!

Went for my car spark plug replacement, job on 02/05/24, and was done immediately the worst part was I feel jerk the following day as I accelerated speed and engine light blinking but engine light came off same time. Then went back to them and informed them what I feel jerking when speeding and they suggested to me bring to car shop for diagnostic test of the issue.I went to Midas (next shop to them) and diagnostic test was carried out and found (1) spark plug was cracked, and need to be replaced so I decided to replace it in Midas as I needed badly my car and want to make sure it will be done properly and safely.I went back to Jiffy lube and spoke to Incharge about the findings of diagnostic test and I requested them if possible to refund me for the cracked spark plug .but he told me that I have to wait for the management approval and he will call me. I hope a good result for my refund as the job they ve done was caused me more expense and might cause damages to my car/ engine.Hope they will do the proper job well and safely for customers satisfaction

The guys in there are very friendly and don't push unnecessary services like other places in town, I've taken every car I've owned here and I'll continue to do so

Brought my brand new car in with 6000 miles to be told it had no coolant, which was not true. These people are frauds and will scam you out of any extra money they possibly can. $130 for an oil change and coolant that I didn't need.

Don t come here for an oil change if you bring your own filter . Finally decided to do my own oil change and found that they never used my own filter I would bring the last 5 times I went . Used a service champ filter instead of the K&N one I brought .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The staff here are friendly, it's pretty bust on a Saturday or Sunday so I would suggest making an appointment as there could be a wait if you drop in. Fairly priced but very accommodating, they even allow fundraisers on the premises for local clubs. Great place to have your vehicle checked out at!

I used to love going to jiffy lube but this time i went they called to see if i wanted all these different things done on my vehicle i did not ask for. Maybe recommend but still i said no and got hung up on. Plus when i was leaving i had the guy that took my money say i had a mayor oil pan leak and he can do the work on the side for me his name was tye why didn't i get a phone call right away if i had this problem? Plus i did not notice my oil leaking anywhere at my work or anything.

Went here yesterday with my pregnant wife, and children. They were very polite when they greeted us, and went over the particulars with my wife. We left the vehicle to go to Costco, which is in the same lot thankfully. Once done there we came back to a nice waiting area with complimentary water, and coffee. They explained what they found with the vehicle, and I explained what I did and didn't want serviced. They did exactly what was asked, and did not push what I said I didn't want. The price for a full synthetic oil change, and fluid top off was more than reasonable. The service was impeccable with extremely friendly staff. Thank you all for a job well done.

The team here is fantastic! They took my car in, and helped me when I was in a difficult situation needing my tires changed over. They did let me know it may be an all day wait, but they got me in much sooner, and had me out of there quickly. They re understanding, professional, and very personable. 10/10 recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Daniel is the manager there, and he and his team did a wonderful job!! I had such a great experience. They brought my car up to date in less than 40 minutes. I appreciated Daniel s kindness and willingness to explain thoroughly what needed to take place in my car. Took a couple hours for me to be done. Was surprised about how good of a service they were, they opened all the doors for me, and got me coffee, a little pricey, but well worth with the service! Took a bit to pay, because they had to reboot the system, and they did forget about the military discount, but, they are letting me get half price for my next oil change for forgetting the military discount! Overall, great service, very enthusiastic about there work. Definitely will be going back there!!

I m sitting in a bay getting my oil changed right now, I was at the same location 2 weeks ago with my other vehicle. The service is outstanding! In all my years of oil changes, I ve never been to a Jiffy Lube that had such excellent staff! I would give this location 10 stars if I could! From management all the way down 10/10.

Got there and only waited roughly 30 mins but your experience could vary depending on when you get there and how busy it is. But it was honestly the best oil change experience I ve ever had. These guys were fantastic! They talked us through everything, even kept our truck on the lift while they ordered a new oil filter and had it delivered. The previous oil change had used the wrong drain pan plug and they took care of it and replaced it. Friendly knowledgeable, they turned a possible nightmare situation into a pleasant one hour fix.Service: Oil change

I ended up needing more done to my car than I expected when I pulled up because of the high mileage & due to the pandemic, I had missed some servicing. So I spent almost 4 hours waiting but everyone was so friendly & professional. Ah-Yen that checked me in & cashed me out is a customer service Rockstar- he treated every customer like they were Norm from Cheers. Doc, the manager, thanked me for my patience several times & gave me regular updates. The attitude of the workers was upbeat & positive & most importantly, my car was rolling like a cloud when I left thanks to Daniel's hard work! Service: Oil change

5/27/23: supposed to be open at 8. I get there at 8 and there are several cars already waiting. The manager finally showed up at 8:34 to open the place. Not a good way to do business. I asked for a discount.2017: Excellent customer service, very friendly. They took out the old air filter, didn't put in a new one, and didn't realize their mistake until after I left. When I got home a few minutes later, they called to let me know. They offered to come to me to put it in but I was fairly close and headed that direction in an hour anyway so I swung by, they put it in, and refunded me the cost of the filter for their mistake and my inconvenience.

Went in for an oil change today. Staff was friendly and had great customer service. They informed me about other services that were recommended based on mileage and time, but never pressured me to spend my money on any of them. Had a little bit of a wait time, but that was only because there were a number of people ahead of me. Once I was in there, they were very fast!Service: Oil change

It was really busy when I got there but considering the amount of time an oil change takes on a vehicle, and the services they provide as "standard" it wasn't out of line that I had to wait for around 30 mins.Price reasonable...$115 for oil/ oil filter, lubes and top offs on fluids.

Just needed some belts swapped prompt and professional for what I needed done didn t over charge me or tell me 5 million things that didn t really need to be addressed. Also adept at locating vehicle issues. Honestly really impressed with the jiffy lube brand because of these guys right here. Fast and efficient Jeff is really good at talking to customers and Logan impressed me as well thank you and i will be back w more business in the future I m sure.

We just dropped in and got in line. They changed oil and filter. They also did there courtesy checks but I declined any topping off. The staff was friendly and happy. When we were done shopping at Costco the car was waiting to go. It was perfect. I will do this agian in 5k miles.

The people at Jiffy Lube Bragaw St. Location are awesome!They work very fast and experienced. They will offer you water, coffee and waiting room inside. Ah-Yen asks if I have a coupon or in the military. That s a good customer service asking some info so they can give you a discount.Shout out to Taisia, Alesana and Ah-Yen! Thank you guys! Outstanding professional services. The Signature full synthetic oil change will pay for your vehicle over and over.Once oil is changed you can stop by anytime for awesome follow up services or fluid level checks or refills.Stop going back to your dealership for oil or fluid change services.Your wasting time and money go to Jiffy Lube.

This is my absolute FAVORITE vehicle serving place, all the employees are very friendly and hard working. They all make a great team, a lot of communication going on while they work and keep the customer in a great mood. I ve been coming to the Debarr location for almost 2 years!! I HIGHLY recommend this location and company for all your vehicle servicing!! The lady that usually works in the lobby (I don t remember her name) is super helpful and kind. She gave me a future notice for my next due services and the prices for them!! Keep up the good work guys!!

They're always nice to me. It was upsetting that they couldn't change my tires for me the last time I went though. One of my tires had a small flat area. So I understood it was their policy. He directed me to get a new one. But didn't to give me more information. That the tread has to be the same. So I bought a used one but couldn't use it, when I went back to do the change. I waited for a couple hours only to be told it was another policy. Let me say, it was a learning experience.

The customer service here and the quality of work is superb!! I will go out of my way to go to this jiffy lube specifically. Daniel is a phenomenal manager- has lot of potential! His crew is always professional and hardworking, you can tell that the guys take great pride in their work and customer satisfaction. I wish I could do more than this review and offering a solid THANK YOU. I refer all my friends to this location and they re never disappointed.
