Had 4 new tires installed here. Good customer service and better prices vs other places in Anchorage. The crew did a great job, all tires installed in the correct direction/rotation (I've had other places mess that up), correct tire pressure, and appropriately torqued lug nuts (checked them all, I'm OCD I know). Definitely going back if I need anything else done to the car. Keep up the good work!

Julia who handled our car was amazing and went above and beyond. The staff was thorough and really took the time to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle and what would need to be done. Definitely would work with them again!

This facility is routinely unable to accommodate even the most simple maintenance tasks such as oil changes and headlight replacements without having folks wait almost a month to get an appointment. You re mechanics in an auto shop. Not neurosurgeons at a regional hospital. You d like to think being located on a military base it d be more convenient and less wait times but not this place. Just go off base if you can for car maintenance.

They were awesome. They were short staffed so it took a while (on this specific occasion, I'm not sure how it normally is), and the guy at the front desk made sure I knew and that I was ok with waiting. He was super friendly and the work was done well for a good price!

Absolutely horrible. First time I went for a simple flat tire. Never got fixed, wasted my whole day. Had to go back. Second time they over filled the oil and never replaced the cap. Oil splattered all over the inside of my hood and engine. Multiple times they have said they d call back and never did. Had to bring it back two times after that. A sensor was ruined and had to get it replaced. There are no managers or mechanics on site most of the time if any questions arise when you get your vehicle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

This car center needs to learn to be more accommodating to service requests that are fairly quick to process even if they come in after another longer service request has already been accepted. Case in point; I came into the store on May 5th at around 1:30 PM asking them to repair a small air leak on one of my tires. This is a 20 minute job at most, and the female employee on duty said I could either leave the vehicle over night or schedule an appointment - the next available date and time being almost a week out. Unbelievable! It doesn't take a large amount of time to take the car and repair a tire leak that is repairable, and there is no reason to deny a customer immediate repair services just because you have some vehicles already waiting for tire change over services.They need to learn to make time for small repair requests which likely can occur throughout the day without using other clients longer servicing requests as an excuse for not doing so.The employer was very umprofessional in my opinion, and should be reprimanded and trained on how to properly process a quick tire repair job in between longer servicing jobs.Sincerely not using this establishment again,MichaelService: General repairs & maintenance

I always get tires change and oil change here, the front desk employees are very professional. Today I drove 20 minutes or more to get my tire pressure done. I couldn't really do it myself because I just had surgery. So I called them the day before told them about my situation so if they can assist me to do it but when I went to the back the mechanic just pointed the air pump and closes the garage and left. I sat there for a good 10 min and left.

Called to check pricing on removing tire s from a set of wheels. I was told 49.99. I then thanked them and called around other busy to confirm pricing was fair. Alaska tire in eagle river did it for $5 a wheel. This place appears to be a rip off.I was sure to point out specially that it was only removal of the tire from rim, and this was the price they offered.

Don't waste your time. I've stopped in twice trying to get help and they're either booked for a month or nobody was around to even talk to. I've tried calling multiple times, but nobody answers. Someone needs to fix this. Places like this are supposed to be some military members have access to in order to avoid having to go off base. Right now, nothing could be further from the truth.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Took me two visits and a total of 5 hours to get ONE tire patched. Even if i had scheduled an appointment I would've had to wait a month. Your better off going somewhere else!

They are unable to provide an oil change in any sort of timely fashion. They're more than happy to hold on to your keys for 2 days while you wait however.

Rick and his team of experts have always provided excellent customer care and superb mechanic services to all of my vehicles for the past 16 years. There is no better place in my opinion.

The service rep was rude and seemed annoyed at me asking about scheduling an appointment. Poor customer service I could only imagine what their work is like.

I have called and called and called . they won't answer there calls . I called the express and they said they are open , transferred the call and again no answer.
