My front window was smashed, so I called Instant Services, and they came out within an hour of calling. Gave me a quote, and 2 days later, the job was complete. The installers were great and professional. Would highly recommend.

Called them up for an estimate on a commercial door, 10 minutes later they showed up and got the job done ASAP. Friendly, reliable, efficient and definitely recommend. Thanks Dennis and team!

I am a GC in Alaska. I hired instant glass to do an install on my home. They were great in the beginning! Measuring went well. Scheduling for install was a mess.1. They showed up unannounced with 3 of the 4 windows and were sent away. It s Covid time and you want to be in my house Without masks and unannounced ?2. They showed up Thursday At 11am, 3 hrs after I talked to Dennis about installing the Windows Friday at 11 am.3. Dennis told me people like when he shows up unannounced to install there windows.4. I had to stop the crew from installing a 54 sq window because they didn t install proper shims.5. After all of this I needed them to come back and finish the job and asked Dennis to come and review the craftsmanship and he claimed was out of town and unavailable.Thanks Dennis.Service: Installation

We had three different window repair businesses come measure our windows to give us quotes for replacing broken windows. Instant Services Glass Repair was the quickest to arrive and got back to us right away about the price. They quoted us the best value and did a wonderful job at repairing the windows. Excellent, quick communication!

They replaced a fogged thermal pane in a house window. Quick response on arriving to provide an estimate. Owner knew what he was doing. Measured glass quickly. Estimated cost immediately on-site. It was a complex expensive window (low-E thermal pane with internal decorative grid). Cost was fair. We shook hands. Three days later his crew arrived, removed the fogged window, installed the replacement (a perfect match, grid and all). They cleaned the glass. I paid them. Too easy!!!

Dennis was able to cut a piece of replacement safety glass for our boat windshield in the evening after his full day of installs when others couldn t promise to complete in a weeks time. Always like to give my business to someone like that willing to go the extra mile.

I'm sorry there isn't a zero star rating. Called to request a quote on a broken window on a Friday, had a good response time on Saturday, employee was told we wanted an estimate. Received a call from the business owner Tuesday stating they were on the way for installation. We never received a quote nor did we schedule a date/time for install. We were not home and was badgered about when would I be home. We then agreed upon a solution for the next day. On my way home, I received the following text: "Um, it was my understanding it was planned to install today. I called in extra man to get ya done. Im starting a large job tomorrow. If we cant do today by 5pm. We are cancelling you and you will have to call another company or you will have to wait intill the 10th." I called him to explain again at no point did we ever discuss a date for install or that he was hired. I have since received 4 more texts ranging from him telling me that whoever we hire can buy the glass from him as it has already been cut to the next day when I didn't respond telling me he had his guy throw it in the dumpster. Completely unprofessional and a bully, especially to women from reading other posts!!

I have known the owner for several years now, all the work he does went above and beyond my expectations and done with speed and accuracy, Dennis is an exceptional guy with all the experience necessary to complete your glass install on time and as always at a great value! .

Dennis came out at 8am to fix a broken glass door for us that was vandalized in the night. He has been a lifesaver multiple times and is our go to glass guy. Thanks!
