I love this store. You have a very short wait time Remember they break 30 minutes for lunch 1 pm -1:30pm.

The pharmacists and pharmacy techs there have always been polite and helpful with me. They have even gone above and beyond when I almost passed out there after a blood donation! Yikes! They have a good knowledge of medications and their effects and interactions and answer and concerns I have. Unlike other pharmacies I have been to, they have never once been rude or inconsiderate. They are most definitely my preffered pharmacy.

Horrific follow through on prescription refills. I called in 2 refills 10 days ago, and am set up to receive texts when my prescription is ready for pickup. One had a refill left, and one didn't. I was not notified that the first one was ready until it had sat on the shelf for three days. According to them, I didn't receive the initial text because I called in two refills together, and I would only get the notification once both were ready for pickup. That's ridiculous. If one's ready for pickup, let the customer know. The 2nd one meanwhile, they've faxed "multiple" times to the doctor and have received no response. All you have to do is let the customer know, and we'll raise the issue with the doctor, instead of "waiting for a response". Now I have side affects of no medication. I won't be coming back.

A prescription was called in and confirmed for pick-up, so I head to the pharmacy, approach the counter and give my info just for the clerk to rudely say, "We have nothing ready and nothing in process. Can you come back tomorrow or Saturday?" Already upset that another pharmacy said they'd have it even though they didn't, I said that getting it filled another day wasn't an option, especially not after calling it in before I was actually out of the medication. First, I was lied to, then a clerk told me they called it in to another pharmacy, then I go there just for the rude clerk to try and turn me away because he wanted to go on break. Jeez....

Lower than one star. Negative stars. I had my doctor's office send my prescription at 1:30 pm...they still didn't have it filled at 5:30 pm. They claim their fax AND phones are down...for several days now. How is that even allowed?! Needless to say, I'm never using this pharmacy again and would advise others to do the same.

it's my neighborhood one stop shopping. Love the folks in the pharmacy, and they always have what I need. I love the location and the wonderful staff that is always so friendly and helpful. Thanks Freddy's for making a busy life a little less stressful.

Quick, professional staff. They answered all of questions and provided a pharmacist to discuss my prescription dosage, side effects, renewals, etc.
