Worst shop in town, took my car in for an oil change and walked out with a check engine light. They definitely can t fix foreign cars, Midas does a better job than them. The guy at front desk couldn t wait to use his sales examples to explain the scenario. Someone should sue them for bad service and dishonest service. If anyone has had a bad experience with them reach out to me, I ll put a whole case together and we ll present it to them.

In my opinion this is a best place to go for parts in town. Knowledge and relentless desire to find you what you need elevate FATS above any other part store in Anchorage.

Great local parts store. I've had better luck obtaining higher end/premium parts from F.A.T.S when compared to the large national chain stores. Customer service is also outstanding and the prices are fair

Always appreciate the guys they have everything ready for me to go. As we live in Seward we deal with these guys quite a bit and they're totally worth driving up here for. These guys know what they're doing

Suppoet your locally owned auto parts store. Great place to go for auto parts. They have parts for every make.. not just foreign auto.

Worst customer service, the old guy that works there is rude, he shouldnt be working there, they dont know what they re doing, they can t fix luxury car. I shouldn t take it there. Oh Well learned my lesson

Comparing to the the other parts houses, (O'Rielly's, napa, and Carquest) FATS had the parts I needed in stock more often than the others and offered me a variety of brands while the price was even lower on most of these parts houses by at least a few bucks. Really great place to get tools as well, I've purchased multiple various tools from them and they are worth the money lasting for years. (19 out of 20 times that I checked AutoZone, they didn't have the parts for various imports in stock so they can't really compare.) All the guys at the desk are friendly and light-hearted, and may joke with you like a long time friend would. Since Covid, they are practicing social distancing and everyone is wearing masks. I noticed there's also sanitizer and bleach on the counter should you need any.FATS accepts all forms of payment, including cash, mastercard, and visa with the EMV chips.

I bought a new car battery for my suzuki and the guy at the counter is very helpful and friendly, i would recommend it to everyone as they have the best customer service and the price is reasonable.

Nothing but quality work and even better customer service!!! Been a regular customer for 20yrs now and have never been treated wrong. If you drop your truck off the night before they even park it inside the building for the night. Never any worries when I drop my rigs off.. Thank you fats!!!!

FATS is excellent at providing affordable parts. These guys know their stuff, and the military/veteran discount helps immensely.
