These guys are great, my fuel pump went out this winter, that cascaded into several other problems. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it.

This is the only place I go for tire and oil service. Always a pleasant experience, affordable, and they never try to make you fix what isn t broken. Easy to schedule and super polite people - front desk is really professional and efficient. Thanks all!

Was able to take care of all serious issues with my vehicle. Replacing water pump, Belt, and Tensioner. Replaced my Front driveline and T Case Seal.

I drop my car and after they say it will cost 340 $ and it will take 1 week to get the parts I called them after 1 week they say to me they make wrong estimation and my car will cost parts 6000$ plus lapor 2400$ I went immediately to see what the problem they say to me there is 1 electrical wire broke and we can't replace him only, because he is not available at all , they say to me we should replace whole wires in your car I ask if the parts man try to buy from dealership they answer me (we call and no one answer phone) I asked parts man if he can come with me in my car to dealership it's only 3 minutes from there place he refused and I asked him to go buy by him self he refused finally I went dealership I found this wire available only 8 $ I bought the wire and give to them the service advisor girl come so mad and so aggressive to me and say to me we will not give warranty because you bought your car parts by your self I agreed ( no warranty)and in 2nd day I got email from them they rejected work in my car and ask me to pay 220 for car inspection with no reason I want directly to ask the service Manger in this place he so aggressive man too and he refused to give me reason of rejected my car finally I went to make complaint with GM of continental and he is very good man he refund my money backBut finally this place have big secret and if you have to make your work there be careful and review everything

This is a great shop. They diagnosed a problem for us that was misdiagnosed at another shop. They charge average prices but don't nickel and dime you. Great customer service.

I have try 3 different times talking to the sales person over the phone. Asking about different autos. They told me they will call me back. Never did. Went to them and they seemed they did not care. We bought a CX9 from them. Only 4 years ago.Never againe. Thanks to them. Wife and I went to Lithia auto and bought a KONA from them.

Absolutely awesome customer service! Cal Burton is fantastic and always provides excellent customer service to me. He is friendly, personable and reliable, and has such a great attitude. The rest of the staff I have interacted with is also fantastic. The service is great and the prices are very reasonable, yet what garners my loyalty and keeps me as a continuous customer is the customer service.Cal and company are absolutely the VERY BEST! I won't go anywhere else for service on my car and I now bring my son and daughter's car there for service, too. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants outstanding vehicle service, as well as customer service.

tried to convince me i needed new brake pads on my car after changing my tires. the tires went well, i was actually really happy with the whole experience. but they tried to charge me $800 to change my brake pads.? i went to an auto store and bought all new pads, totaling roughly $80. i went home, and went to change them myself and the brake pads i had on my car were only about half used. i changed the front brake pads, and the ones in the back were in even better condition. didn t bother with changing the back ones yet. how are you going to charge over $300 for parts that literally costed me less than $80? also, i do think it s quite a bit of a stretch to try to charge me for 4 hours of labor. that didn t even take me 4 hours- and i don t have a million garage tools and a crew to help.Service: Tires

Took my Jeep over for repair when my heater fan wasn't working. The guys at the repair shop were very friendly and prompt. I was able to get an appointment quickly (called Wednesday and had an appointment the following day) and the repair was done before noon! The free shuttle service was nice as well. Definitely would recommenced them!

Excellent service start to finish! Impromptu trip to the tire store...no one likes or has anytime for that...these folks were professional and quick! Changed four tires mounted, balanced and out the door in less than 30 mins and only charged me $20 a tire for mount and balance! Damn...that s what I call service!

I just recently purchased a set of new studded tires through Continental Tire and Auto. Had such a pleasant experience! Great prices and fantastic customer service skills! Cal Burton made it a point to come out and personally introduce himself to me. First impressions mean a lot to me being in the customer service realm... Will definitely be a return customer in the future :)

Just wanted to say our company Drifters Lodge in Cooper Landing has had great results with Continental Tire. Shawn Harrington has been our advisor and what a great guy he is to deal with. the rest of the people there that we have dealt with have been very nice as well. We have another truck we need tires on that we will get to him very soon.

Continental Tire and Auto has become my go to shop for all things auto repair. After spending lots of wasted time and money at a dealership repair shop that couldn't figure out the problem with my truck, the team at Continental Tire and Auto go my back on the road. I highly recommend this company.

Hit a curb and blew my tire and didn't have the special tool needed to change the tire. Continental not only got me a new tire but found my tool in my center console. They saved me. Thank you so much.
