Sold me tires I didn't ask for. Had studs on them but nvr called to see if that's what I wanted and still put them on. Tryna charge me after I seen them and ask to take it back off. They ended up popping the studs out. Two days later noticed their was a bubble on the back tire. Effin crooks over there besides jc thts the homie

Called for pricing and time availability. When I showed up 10 minutes later was told they can't help me tonight. Hopefully I don't get stuck on the side of the road.EDIT: Finally got them to change my tire after getting a full-on flat. Considering how long it took to get a tire changed over I did not trust them to quickly put it on my vehicle, so I did it myself. They complained about that and then complained when I tried to pay.Spend your money elsewhere if you can.

Only came here because someone recommended it in a bind to get a tire plugged/repaired quickly. 1.5 hours later and still haven't touched my tire. No fix either. Super cool

It s a gas station, you stop, fill up, pay and keep going. This place is convenient when leaving town. Something during rush hour there can be a bit of a wait. I can not say if the service garage is any good but they at least have one, where most gas stations don t anymore.

Very convenient, Carr s/Safeway discount, convenience store and an automotive center. A great place to fill up or take care of your car right across from AK Regional.

Garage staff outstanding. Friendly and extremely helpful.Thank you.The woman working the register in the store, not so much. Would have been 5 stars if only based on the garage personnel. This is my second encounter dwaling with her. Both times she has treated me with a disregarding attitude. Definitely not friendly, and not helpful at all.I would have given it 1 star if based on the lady working the register.

I will NEVER go back to Is Airport Heights Chevron. THE WORST! Sevice I've ever had in my life , any place. They tell me to come down they are only taking 4 more cars. I get down there at 2:45 PM I'm waiting a couple hours they change shift, with a new counter girl . I go back inside around 5 PM. Ask them why it's taking so long. they said it'll just be a little bit longer. I go back in at 7 o'clock, nobody's done anything with my vehicle yet. ( They could have told me that it might take a long time. like there's 3,4, or 8 cars in front of you but they did not say that. ) I finally got my keys and left without my tires being changed. My advice Don't patronize these people. they've done the worst job ive seen for customer service. ...And the worst part of it is, when I went back in at 7 o'clock to ask why I'm sitting here this long to get my truck fixed..? She goes others 4 more cars in front of you yet...!!!!!!

The team is great and friendly; labor on my car was very much more expensive the parts itself. They completed the goal on my fixing my car other than one issue that was resolved after a few weeks.

Such a consistently great experience every time I visit this service station. Full service at the gas pumps from a helpful, professional and friendly employee - helps me clean my windshield, fill my tank and more.I ve also had quite a bit of work done here on my vehicles over the years. The quality of work is very good, and we ve always been pleased with the results.

I've had my tires changed there twice now. The staff is always been helpful and quick. Their prices are consistent with other shops in the area. I also had them do an oil change this time and everything's good. I like the convenience and their operating hours

The last full-service station in town, that I know of. The original owners retired, the new owners are doing a fine job keeping up with the tradition. Gas prices are competitive, use your Carrs rewards. They have lane attendants who will actually pump your gas, check oil and other fluids, clean your windshield and check your tires. Propane if you need it. Full service garage, friends and I have had repairs and regular maintenance done, and we're happy. They generally get you in quick, time estimates are pretty reliable, work is good and prices are fair. Convenient location. Friendly and professional. There might be a better service station in town, but I haven't seen it.

I wish I had more hands, so I could give this place 4 thumbs down!!! I Had some work done on my vehicle...there's an insert pictured... It was there when I arrived and it was broken in my cup holder when I left... Made a complaint, got the run around, That it was like that and my guys wouldn't do that blah blah blah... Is more run around for over a month before I was given a replacement... Then I made the mistake of having something else done there... I didn't notice till I got the car back home, But my metal water bottle (also pictured) was missing... I called the shop , I said I'm missing my water bottle they said they "looked and asked" around, "oh it's not here you must have lost it somewhere else"Then about an hour later I get a call... it had miraculously showed up and I must have left it on the counter...WRONG!!! Never been back!!!

Walked in got my car serviced in decent amount of time. Decent prices as well. Friendly helpful staff. Only concern I had was being charged over amount written down and having add it all up and return get mi refund.

Brought my car in very early in the morning around 10am they said it wasn t going to take long to check and afterwards they would call me. I had to call them at just for them to tell me they Were just going to start on it. They told me the ac compressor had to be replaced and it was going to cost me $1600. Which is insane. Never had any problems there before but that s just ridiculous.

Needed to get 4 tires mounted on rims, rims we're off the car and tires were loose. Tried to charge me 90.00 for this, when I asked how much if I had brought the car in and had the tires switched summer to winter they stated it would be 78.00. Finally got the bill down to 70.00.Will only use this station as a last resort.

Took in my vehicle for a tire change over to my studded tires. After doing so, while driving down the Seward highway towards Girdwood I had a huge tire blow out- the tire threw a bead off of the rim. I immediately went back to the shop where a mechanic told me that they had balanced the tire wrong. I then needed to argue with the shop for the next three hours regarding getting a free replacement for the brand new studded tire that they destroyed. Customer service is not in their vocabulary.To add to this whole debacle, the next day I saw one of my tires was low. Went into a different shop, didn't want to go back to these guys, thinking it would be a quick fix but they had mounted this tire wrong as well. I needed to purchase a brand new tire.Horrible

bad customer service period! never take your car there they will rip you off like no joke! they will run you dry until you have no money and your car wont even be fixed or repaired!!! so to me their full of crap ! never going back to TRIPLE A CHEVRON PEOPLE! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND YOUR CAR WONT BE FIXED! THEY DNT DESRVE A STAR BECAUSE THEY SUCK PERIOD! ILL MAKE SURE YOU GUYS WONT HAVE CUSTOMERS!

I took my 4 tires in for a swap and they were brand new tires one of my tires that they did was leaking air because they didn't do a good job on it now I'm worried they might not do a good job on all 4

Do not bring your ride here for any change over they loosen my cv axle bolts last time they cut the cv boot up just from the ride home from there had grease all over and they will charge you for what you don't need and ask for then charge you for it will never go here again so don't come here anyone

The manager or supervisor needs to be honest to their customers. This place is horrible, one of the mechanic is not being honest, he broke my sensor and blamed it on me, brothers and sisters please double check your car before giving it to that one mechanical guy, G***on.Please record everything.

They do great oil changes. Very fair and reputable service. Never a complaint. Owners have been here a long time.

Awful employees an work. They ruined my tires an told me "oh well that's not our issue. Go away" an I'm quoting that from the head manager who was completely incompetent at her job an a total B***h an should be fired. The owner "Fred Hienman" cowards behind his worthless lying employees so he won't have to worry about the ppl he's supposed to help an just collects he's money from hard working Americans who expect quality service but instead end up with shoddy workmanship with under qualified workers who lie threw there teeth to save there own ass an cause you to pay more money to fix there own mistakes that they created!!! I WARN YOU FOR YOUR SAFTY, THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR SAFTY OR YOUR FAMILIES SAFETY. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! Please don't let them get away with these miss deeds they need to be stopped!!!Thank youSemper Fi

Worst customer service including with the manager which at the end cursed me out and hang up on me do not I repeat do not go to this place is horrible. Long story short my husband took his car to this shop I'm out of town so I have to pay for the service over the pH since I had the credit card first the cashier didn't know how to work the machine to charge the card then they told my husband they will call him back to find out what is going on with the machine hmmm they never called him so my husband have to go in and see what was happening then the very next day our card got charge twice when I called the manager she said nothing she can do to take it up with the bank very nice at first then when I called the bank with her on the pH and the bank told her they did charge twice and I ask for my money back she told me flat out what f u want me to do when I call her out about her being a manager and cursing a customer she hang up on me. Again don't go to this place.

Pertaining to tire service, if you don t care about your wheels then definitely go here! They will even throw in some dings and scrapes to your wheels for no extra charge, but if you have money put into your wheels definitely do NOT go here.

My SUV had a starter problem which I identified myself before taking it to this service station. When I gave the key, I told them this is most likely the problem since the SUV would start if I tap the starter with a hammer. After 2 hrs of wait, they called me and told it would cost around $350 to replace the starter (atrociously high rate: searched, I could get a starter online for less that $150).I declined the service but had to pay $50 for "troubleshooting the problem" (which I knew already).Worst yet: AFTER THE TROUBLESHOOTING, MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND SRS LIGHTS WOULD NOT GO OFF. So, went with a small problem and had to leave with two bigger problems, a loss of $50, and waste of time.Also, beware, the name "triple a chevron" is misleading. When I asked if I would get a AAA discount, the lady who manned the counter said NO.Do you still want to receive their service?

RAY the tech has bad customer service! If I could give a zero star I would. All I needed was my window motor replace. Pick it up and it doesn t even open and close properly. Do not recommend!

My car broke down right in front of their shop and an older black man who was a a mechanic there wouldn't even look at it told me there's nothing he could do for me this is terrible customer service you guys are mechanic shop I won't be shopping here again
