I have taken our church van and a personal vehicle here to Big O s Automotive. Pretty much I am done going anywhere else!I You will get honest up front service that you can count on by going here! I sure appreciate a good shop and good mechanics that are not out to rip you off. They are just a good local business in town. Schedule in your car for some work today!

They were able to locate and fix the problem of why my truck was not producing heat. It did not cost as much as quotes from another auto repair shop. Definitely taking my truck back here for when it needs work next.

I really got to test out this 24 breaker bar removing this wheel. Your wheel installer almost won! When I called and asked if I could swing by so they could loosen it because I didn t want to break my breaker bar, I was told there was a 3 week wait. Yep, 3 weeks, just to drive up and loosen it with the same steam locomotive wrench that put it on. Sure glad I never had a flat. Here s a pic of my receipt showing work on the left front tire, and me trying to take it off after it was installed, sure flexed the breaker a lot more than that though.

They were very considerate, informal and appreciated the understanding the mechanic had in my dilemma with my vehicle and fair price for their services. I'm very happy with my experience at Big O's.

Very Pleasant and fast service. I Appreciated the clean and festive waiting area. The staff, space and service is a testament to being in business over 40 years. Growing up in a salvage yard/shop environment, it felt like home. Loved the antique battery charger and tree ornaments.Thank you Big O s.

It was 3pm on a beautiful summer Friday afternoon and I took my vehicle to the shop, it was loosing oil fast. Brent, an old employee of Big O s Automotive, told me to bring it by Big O s to see what they could do for me, by this time it was 4pm. The owner was at the front desk and was kind and quick. Beyond all my expectations, they figured out the problem and had me back on the road by 4:45 pm. Not that there needs to be more, but this cost less than having my vehicle diagnosed at my nearest Toyota dealership. Big Os sold me on their customer service, honest pricing, and skilled mechanics, they re truly providing great service to their customers! Thank you Big Os!!

After spending $1100 at a mechanic who replaced things that didn't need replacing and still didn't fix my truck, I took it to Big O's. The found and fixed the problem in no time at all. Extremely competent techs and fair pricing. Had them do my brakes and ball joints too. A little spendy as all labor heavy jobs tend to be, but I am confident I paid for excellent work and fully trust the safety of my vehicle now. I will tell everyone I know to go to Big O's... First mechanic shop I've dealt with in years who doesn't give me skeezy scammy vibes.

This shop is 100% professional, and they stand behind their work. This week I brought my vehicle in to repair a wheel bearing. Big O fixed the problem perfectly, then notified me that the charge was $0 because Big O had previously repaired that same wheel bearing less than a year ago, but the replacement bearing was faulty and had conked out prematurely. I really appreciated Big O for pointing this out. Making good on promises is the epitome of integrity.Service: Auto maintenance

After my mechanic retired, Big O s was recommended to me by two trusted people. Both my husband and I have had Big O s do work on our vehicles. We both were satisfied and felt like we were treated fairly.

I brought my Mercedes in for a pre-buyers inspection. Everyone inside was extremely pleasent. Upon returning to pick it up I see my passenger side window SHATTERED! I asked the owner what could have possibly done that to my window. He had no explaination but assured me he would review the security footage to find out, and get my window fixed. 2 days later I receive a call from the owner informing me it was fixed. Upon picking up my vehicle they showed me the footage. There was nothing happening nor was anyone even around my vehicle that could have possibly caused that to happen and yet they still fixed my side glass at no charge. This kind of service is seldom found in the automotive repair industry anymore. Most shops would have used that footage against me to claim it was not their fault. Big O's is the kind of shop you can send your mother to when her car needs a repair, and not have to worry about her being taken advantage of. Mind you, I have never used them for a repair in my life, and this is the kind of treatment I got from them. These guys are a class act. I wish there were more people like them in the industry. I look forward to giving them my business in the future.

Outstanding company and team of mechanics! Brought my old Toyota in for a sensor issue and had to bring it back a week later due to the repair failing. They stand by their work. Big O s was able to squeeze me in quickly and fix sensor failure at no charge. They are also friendly and professional. Customer service at its best.

Big O s is terrific. I I called them on a Monday morning and told them about the problem I was having with the front drivetrain on my four-wheel-drive pickup truck. They said that if I brought it in they could try to get at it, but could not guarantee it until Thursday. I brought it to them right away. Monday afternoon they had the problem diagnosed. They gave me an estimate that seemed very fair. Tuesday afternoon I got a call saying that it was fixed and the bill match the estimate they had provided. They were highly recommended to me, and I would highly recommend them to everyone else.Service: Tires

I have nothing but good things to say about Big O s. They were so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have great customer service, and that means a lot . It s so important to be able to put your trust into a business. Especially when it comes to something as important as your only transportation. They looked into issues I was concerned about and gave me feedback that was useful , so I knew how to proceed accordingly without costing me a ton of money.I was also pleasantly surprised by the total cost of the work they did on my vehicle, usually after I leave a shop I question if I was ripped off or not. It was great not to have that feeling! I m very impressed with the people who work there, and the work that they do.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Brought my truck into Big Os after it overheated and cracked the engines head. We had replaced the head before we took it in and couldn t get it to work. This truck went to 2 shooed before it went to Big Os and neither could figure the problem out. When i brought my truck to Big Os they treated my truck with respect, they stored it in the garage and kept it clean. Big Os worked relentlessly on my truck finding parts across the internet to piece it all together. They got the truck working perfect unlike the other 2 shops. I highly recommend Big Os to anyone that has any issues with their vehicle. On top of fixing my truck their customer service took great care of me and made me feel like i was their number one customer. Better service than the dealership. Dropped my wife's Grand Cherokee off while we were on vacation for some AC issues. They easily could have taken advantage of us with what they charged to diagnose and fix the issue, but we are very happy with the price and service by these guys. The only downside is they didn't update us at all, so a week into our trip I called and they told me what they had found, and even went and double checked something else for me.

I truly felt like if I had gone to any other place. They wouldn't have helped me like this place did. I will come back to this place in the future for help with my car. They did me a solid and I won't forget it. It was heartwarming and saved me money. I'm so glad I did not go to midas. I was impressed. Easy to get in touch with every time I call, estimates feel easy and reasonable, they don't overcharge for labor and they accomplish what they set out to do every time. I've worked for a number of different dealerships with about 10 years of service writing experience. You won't be disappointed with Big O's!

My friend recommended me to these guys after getting ripped off at another place. Big O is the real deal, they got my abs fixed! They are very knowledgeable and will work on your vehicle. Richard was very understanding when I went on a test drive with him. You could tell he really strives to get your car fixed right! A+ to these guys. This was my first time coming here and won t be my last. Big O, y all just got a new customer right here. Thank you all.

I used to go to Midas until I got tired of my car still having issues even after they got paid to fix them. So I asked around and some friends recommended Big O's and the reviews looked good. So I called them and talked to a nice gentleman Brett or Brent and explained that I just need an estimate to give to my housing who would pay for it, and he assured me I would get a call before any work was done. Well I get a message the next week from someone saying my car was ready and to let them know when I can pick it it up! So I luckily had enough money saved that was meant for my bills that month, and paid it. And it still sometimes stalls and dies and acts like it doesn't want to restart. I'm getting frustrated spending money on this and it not getting fixed!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

Since I have a Mini Cooper, many shops in town didn t want to work on it because my engine is small . I went to Big O s and they didn t refuse to service my car. No matter how complicated the job they got it done. Before they ordered parts, they called me to let me know how much it would be, and if I wanted to go forward with the work. They also have a military discount! Inside the shop is so nice! Popcorn, drinks, and snacks while you wait. Great staff, very nice vibes. When I came to pick up my car, they explained to me what they did, and things I should get done in the near future! I wouldn t take my car to any other establishment.

Really great staff. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. I took my Jeep there after the dealership gave me an estimate of $1,200+, I ended up paying Big O s around $850 to do the same job the dealership would of done.When I got my Jeep back home, I realized my radio wasn t put back in correctly, so I took it back and they fixed it really quick, very apologetic- my car had been there all week, so they were trying to get it back to me as soon as possible, (they told me ahead of time they wouldn t be able to work on it until Friday, it was undrivable, so I just left it there) . The next day I realized half of my dash board lights weren t working.... thinking they just weren t connected back like the radio was, I took it back. They checked it out, turns out the lights were dead, but they still replaced them, no charge. They were super super nice and genuine people.

After taking my 2005 Colorado to Midas for a routine front alignment, I was told that my parts were so worn, I would need to get them all replaced, turning a $100 job into a $1400 job. I took my truck to Big O's for a second opinion, and they said my parts were totally fine, and aligned my front end in less than 2 hours. They went over the process with me in detail, and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Big O's for your honesty and great service! I will be back (hopefully not too soon) for any of our vehicle's needs.

Awesome service!!! Big O was referred to me by one of my employees and I am so glad I went there. They had my truck in and out in no time and fixed the problem that I had been monkeying with for months. Not only did they fix it but they did it at a reasonable price without giving me the run around. I have had varying experiences with auto shops in the past but I can easily say that Big Os is the best experience I have had. They have earned my business for the long term. Keep up the great work!

Horrible service and communication. We brought our car in Friday morning to get our AC and heater fixed because our car gets too hot for the baby and we made it very clear that's what needed to be done and we got it back almost a week later, everything is the same except it's louder than before and nothing works but they still charged us $1000 for nothing. I highly recommend you don't go here

I took my Dodge truck for an oil change at Big O. First I noticed a huge wrench as the door handle! The waiting area was roomy & comfortable. Rims and other automotive parts were the end tables & decor- how clever!The staff greeted me respectfully and while waiting invited me to try some of their amenities. There was hot coffee, danish, cookies, candy & popcorn-what else? Thank you!The area was tastefully decorated for the holiday that was coming up. Television, magazines- I could have spent all day passing the time but they finished the oil change in a timely fashion and I was on my way! didn't want to leave!The staff, mechanics, cashier-everyone there- was professional & happy with smiles and kindness I haven't found at a shop ever! What a great experience.Thank you. You guys are doing an fabulous job taking care of me, the customer & my car in Anchorage.
