Don't even Call these people unless you're Loaded, called to ask for diagnostics, and possibly repairs & if I had their shop work on my 04 A4 Quatro how much it might cost and this is how it went:Hey I'm just calling to see how much diagnostics for my 04 A4 quatro might be, it has an electrical issue, pretty sure it's just a ccm or ecm, but i'm not a super experienced mechanic and want to make sure it gets done properly, also I'm not super rich so i was wondering if you guys take payments for shop work?"we don't do repairs on 04 and older vehicles"really? How much are diagnostics?"We don't do that either"oh ok.."have a full day"wow.I guess Audi Anchorage is too good for the working Man, I'm just a humble General Contractor and Commercial Fisherman. My moneys no good here.

I bought several Audi s in the past and service was great. Now, I m helping out a friend and unfortunately a bad deal with a Sale person Name ADAM. I cannot believe how bad his service is. He told me his BUSY?! That s why he hasn t returned calls. Why would Audi Hire a person like this with bad attitude. I just hope they can fix the issue or I ll have 100 more people to deal with him and give him reviews just like mine.

New owners. Not a great start. Unfortunately my detail went up $100.00 in price within thelast 6 months, and sadly quality went down. There were smear marks on the windows. The areas by the electric seats weren't fully cleaned and they missed the center console. The mat on the passenger front side wasn't cleaned all of the way either. For a 349.00 detail, it wasn't even close to the quality I had earlier this year. Unfortunate. I would not get the detail service there again.

I showed up for a repair this morning (which I had an appointment for) and was told an hour in that they don't have the item to be repaired in stock. I had called 3 times (!) before to get a quote and was told somebody would call me back. Which did not happen and I had no choice but to show up here without knowing if they will actually be able to fix the car. I don't live in town and drive in to get the car fixed - really not ok.

Always a stress free experience taking my car in for service, very accommodating with my work schedule for drop off and pick ups, and always get me taken care of in a timely manner. I ve bought a few parts through their parts department and they re always very helpful and efficient!
