I took my car in for service this past week and was greeted and assisted by hands down one of the most helpful and outstanding employees I ve encountered in a long time, Serenity. When it comes to service, I can understand how insanely busy it can get and how sometimes you encounter the not most happiest or friendliest individual, but not Serenity. She is the epiphany of outstanding customer service, she was transparent about the services being done with my car and kept communication open at all times. Honestly, she will be a large reason I will continue to do business with Audi and want to say thank you for that. Her kindness and willing to go above and beyond was more than appreciated and I know I am not the only one who feels that way about her. Thank you Audi Service Team and Serenity for the care on my vehicle and kindness. She s a great asset to your team. :)

After checking out other dealerships and not having any luck. I walked into Audi of Anchorage and was greeted by Alex. I told him what I had to work with money wise and what kind of car I m looking for. Within an hour, we had the car we wanted. Every single employee went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend Audi of Anchorage to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.

I recently bought a, new to me, Chevrolet Silverado, High Country, Edition at Swickard Audi Porsche in Anchorage and I could not be more pleased with how the online buying process went or the service afterwards. I was working remotely and needed to buy online, which is something very new to me. Adam reached out to me and began the purchasing process, and in a very timely manner had me online with the finance manager, Asante, and Eleazar. From the time I found the truck that I wanted until the entire purchasing process was complete online, it was only a matter of a couple of hours, and most of that time was spent by me getting together the necessary documents and emailing them in. After I purchased the truck, I noticed something not quite right with the acceleration. I brought the truck in and the service department noted that it was only a sensor and replaced it free of charge and had me back on the road in no time! I had to get to work quickly while the truck was being looked at, so Adam took it upon himself to take me to work in his own private vehicle, so as to forgo the process of checking out a dealership vehicle in an effort to save me some time. He has since then followed up with me a couple of times to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase and everything is going as it should be. Fantastic people, and I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors! Thanks again fellas!

We live a 5 hour drive away from our Audi dealer but they have been great! Our used Q7 came with a few problems from another dealer but Audi has helped us get our vehicle serviced properly to be a safe and comfortable ride! The service department has been great!

Fantastic buying experience, the best I've had in this town. Working with Genesis and Nick should be the standard in this industry. Got my Q8 a few months back. Love every minute of it. Brought it in for the oil change last week. Nice and easy. Staff and service did a great job and in a timely manner.

Wish I didn t have to make this review, I m really disappointed and disgusted with the service and how they treat their customers. I brought my car in for service and it was damaged while there. I m pretty sure it was not there when I brought it in. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I had to wait 1 hour! by Cody, I had to get to work so I asked for the Service manage Greg L to call me back, let s just say I never spoke to him, they added a part without contacting me first, then billed me when I got in. I specifically asked for them to let me know before they worked on it. Lack of care for their customers is really sad. I will never do business here again. Save yourself time and go somewhere else. Make sure you take pictures of your car before and after if you do have to have service done. Horrible business practice. Will be escalating this as a consumer.

What a crew what a car, I have never been treated nicer and taken better care of.I was looking for the heated massaging seats, the only car that had it Bill pointed out was an Audi he got me to Alex who knew right away, they pointed it out. A beautiful S5. Convertible.Bill let Alex take over and sell the Audi, Bill is a team player and one of the most respectful young man that I have meet, he stayed by the side lines, I saw him sitting by and running paper work back and forth.Bill got the Coffee and water for me, while we waited, Alex talked with the boss.The boss Matt had pizza for the crew and I told him my dad would be proud of him for taking care of the crew. It sets the atmosphere in a place having a leader that serves and keep the crew going, how can I help you get the work done?I later saw him doing paper work for the office crew. Everyone was a team.The wife loves it. She told me to get a new Car and enjoy retirement early .to many of our friends have passed away.So i started the research for 5 days I looked! But in 15 minutes at the Audi shop and the best crew in the world took care of us and new what we wanted.From the world's most deadliest fisheries to the safety of a beautiful Audi convertible.Thank you from the Hillstrand FamilyDavid Hillstrand

The most awful service. I gave my car to their repair shop in Sep 2023 (for some damage in the under coat) and it s more than 3-months they did not give my car back. I am still waiting. When I am calling, the service person Earnie is just giving me vague status update and sometime they do not even answer. They are not taking the call of my insurance agent too. Now I am launching a consumer complain and maybe need to work with their attorneys which I never thought I have to do for a luxury car dealer. I am also thinking of picking up my car and ship it to Seattle. I gave a 5-star review when I bought this car. The sales persons were super nice. But, their service is horrible. So, be careful about this dealer. Now, I am reading other reviews below and seeing that many folks had frustrating experience with their services. Most of their service reviews are very bad while sales reviews are good. I wish I read those earlier. I wouldn t have chosen this car. This is probably the worst I am experiencing in Alaska.

Our lease was about up on our current car and wanted to find something that we would keep long term. Had been looking at the Q3, so went to Audi of Anchorage and noticed the Q5 and Q7 on the lot. Alex pulled the snowy cars into the garage for us to looked at. He explained the different features of both cars then decided to test drive the Q7. We fell in love immediately. The way it drives and handles in the snow is remarkable. Alex and the crew at Audi are the best. Looking forward to our new relationship.

This place is the absolute worst when it comes to service. First off apparently there isn't a single phone on hand. You can call 300 times and never get picked up. These guys can hardly figure out what to do with there parts, can't decode anything. Have had issues with an airbag and the issue persists, still isn't fixed. Once the car is off the show room floor there job is non existent. They just belittle you and act like there the hottest thing to walk on earth. It's disgusting. I can not stand this place. And the service is exactly the same, every time I and others walk threw the door......

Both of my advisors were extremely professional and got the work completed in a timely manner. My 2000 Audi TT will be back at big lake, racing sideways on the ice in no time! The coffee machine at Audi is really tasty too.

In the process of looking for a vehicle for the last 5-ish months, an ad through Facebook of an Audi Q3 with 16k miles for less than $40k - essentially unheard of during this economy. I arrived to dealership with the sole intention of just looking at the car, I genuinely had no intention of buying a car at the time. I'm one of those people that needs a solid 3-4 days to mold things over before I make a major decision. Upon arriving, Eleazar Torino greeted me respectfully, not like a regular car salesman shark would. I told him don't even bother trying to sell me the car, I just wanna' look at it. He walked me over to the car, unlocked it and began explaining the details of it (not mentioned in the ad or website listing). Regardless that it was a white interior, it was one of the last models in inventory that came with a push-button start, unlike all the new ones that key-start only. Eleazar started the car and got into the passenger seat and said, "Take it for a spin" - I immediately declined but he reassured me that I should just "take it around the corner! Just see what it feels like! I don't have anything else going on". Needless to say, the second I pushed the accelerator, I was instantly sold.Even coming in on his only day off, a day which he explained was one of the very few opportunities to spend time with his full-time nurse wife - Eleazar showed commitment to every question I had, and provided consistent reassurance everytime I showed hesitancy to proceed. Honest to god, if it wasn't for his hospitality, I would've never purchased a vehicle from a dealership, let alone be it my first major leased vehicle purchase in my life. AAA service 100% recommend this gentleman to guide you through arguably one life's most difficult decisions. We recently purchased a Q8 from Audi of Anchorage. Our sale associate, Alex Bendit, was a welcomed surprise! He was so knowledgable about the car. It was nice to see a car salesman be able to answer all of our questions. This is our 3rd Audi purchased and hope that Alex will remain at Audi of Anchorage!

Adam Poole is an amazing sales person. He made the process of buying my car, smooth and stress-free. He also has great personality and he s really in tune with what the customer is looking for as far as needs and their price range for their purchase. If you re ever interested in buying an Audi he is the person to see, in just a couple of weeks of me being here I felt a part of the team I felt like I was heard, and I did not feel like I was ever being taken advantage of, everybody here participated in making me feel very special. On the day I came to pick up my car. It was like a party and what I love is that they followed up with me days after to make sure I was doing OK my new Audi Q8. This was the best car buying experience I ever had!!! thank you guys so much!!! also Herman is a great manager. He was very helpful as well and funny . Eleazar was very helpful with the finance part as far as helping me stay within my payments and negotiating a price that was suitable for me. Thank you Audi I am so in love with my Q8.!!!

Buying a car is not a pleasant experience in general, but I had a great experience at Audi Anchorage. Herman was our first point of contact when we walked into the dealership and made sure we were comfortable and delivered us to the right area. Eleazar was honest, straightforward and represented the dealership in the best way possible! Kumbi in finance was working the whole time to get us the best rate on our loan. We were not pressed into getting any extras we didn t want. Definitely the best experience I ve had at any dealership in the country. Thanks for getting us taken care of. We will definitely return in the future!

It's hard to feel you are going to being taken seriously when you walk into a dealership with what turns out to be the salesforce dressed in clothing 1/2 a step up from beachwear, most of them, male or female, showing off full hand to shoulder tattoos in various stages of completion.The batteries were dead in both of the Audi's I tried to sit in, which ment there was no adjusting the seats or steering columns.[How hard is it to put battery chargers on all showroom vehicles overnight as standard business practices?]The cheapest Audi I looked at was over $114K and this dealership added a $50,000.00 ADDITIONAL DEALER MARKUP.Oh and as a matter of additional relevance the salesperson I spoke to was unable to resite the most basic specifications for the model I was interested in.

3/13/2022 Used car prices in town are so inflated that it s hard to even consider buying when you re on a budget. BUT Kendall Audi came through. Starting with Eleazar. He worked out a deal with his managers that I couldn t refuse. After visiting 9 different car dealerships I almost gave up but Eleazar did not. So I bought a car for a great price that I know was the best deal in town hands down!!! Thank you Kendall for guys like Eleazar that know people like me can only afford so much and have a very strict budget. Eleazar respected my request and my budget and now my mama is driving this awesome beautiful new used car!!! Thank You so much. I had a great experience with the staff at the Audi Anchorage dealership. This is my second car purchase from Audi of Anchorage. Salesman Jean Paul (JP) B., Sales Manager Anthony M., and Finance Manager Mike P., were all helpful with purchasing my 2022 Audi SQ5. I felt very comfortable trusting their expertise and knowledge they shared on the SQ5. Their patience with showing me multiple vehicles before my final purchase was very appreciated. Their customer service goes above and beyond while going through the entire process. I highly recommend visiting this dealership when shopping for a new or used car, especially working with JP, Anthony and Mike!

Eleazar provided excellent customer service. Honestly- I was not sure I wanted to sell my Mercedes. My car was a 2019 with only 19,000 miles. Frustrated with constant service issues I just thought to myself you ve had an Audi and the service was good and people easy to work with . So I called. Eleazar said customer service is my thing Skeptical, I went with it, I told Eleazar to make it work for me. Well, he did! And I was happy to work with him!!!

Justin Fisher Financial manager lied to me. He told me that the protection for the pain extra adds to the car was already there �nstales in the vehicle. He said if I want the car I was obligated to pay for that. Scammer!!

I thought this type of service would end when Morrison sold the business. Appears the memory lives on.Scheduled the appointment 30 days out. Part was to be ordered in. Appears the parts department did the order last week. Part is not available...I was informed of this after waiting two hours. So again my time is of no concern to Audi of Anchorage.I do appreciate that the new location is very accommodating and no longer has parking spaces that are undersized.Here is an update. I was called by Audi of Anchorage soon after this posted.They are ordering in the part that was unable to be ordered the first time. The fact that they want to make it right for me is better than when Morrison had the dealership. I thank them for doing a follow-up to a bad situation.

I have never had such a relaxing and stress free experience purchasing a vehicle, than I had on Saturday with Eleazar Torino and Herman Oates! From prospect to purchase they are very knowledgeable, professional and determined to help me find what I wanted given my specific request!
