We have chair lift ordered and installed for my mother. Craig with Arctic Mobility Solutions was super helpful with selecting best option for us. AMS also gave us best price we could find in Anchorage. We had municipal inspector approved equipment and installation, giving us even more confidence in new equipment. We really enjoyed working with Craig, he was personable and very upbeat. Mom loves her chair lift, her legs are happy, new lift improved quality of her life big time. I have been using a mobility scooter for 7 years after suffering a stroke and getting treatment for cancer. I recently moved back to Anchorage after living in Canada for 2 years, and my goal is to live independently as much as possible. The assistive device that I purchased there (2 mobility scooters) were beginning to have problems due to aging + wear and tear due to the heavy use I was subjecting them to in my quest to live independently.I was pleasantly surprised to find a new provider in Anchorage for my mobility needs. I found the repair service here to be prompt, thorough, high quality and affordable and decided to write a review to express my satisfaction and gratitude to Craig for getting such great customer service.

Craig was able to make a special consideration for us when we were unable to reach another wheelchair van rental place. I'm incredibly relieved to know that we will have an accessible van for our trip, as without one we would have been stranded at the airport with a heavy power chair and no way to get anywhere. Thank for being professional and kind, and above all for answering the phone.
