I would give zero stars if I could. I called yesterday and was told to call back tomorrow. I called today and was told that I was lying about the conversation I had with the mechanic before and that they were taking me off the schedule and I needed to stop calling and harrassing them and hung up on me. This was the shop manager as she stated. I politely called back and said I was never on the schedule and I only called once im just trying to get information to get my rv fixed.She then said even better and if you call again im calling the cops on you.. i said for what?! what a phsyco! The mechanic and his daughter were polite. This girl has lost her marbles and should be fired immediately before she ruins your companies name! I've never been treated so badly in my life. You got the wrong person lady and just lost business. Hopefully you don't cost them their business cuz you cra cra!

I initially had a 5 review here!We took our travel trailer in to be fixed. Brad did the job & we took it home (6hr drive home).Upon getting home & putting it away securely we realized the 2 tall propane tanks were missing!Thinking maybe he took them off during the repair I called him. He said they were definitely there when he was working on it & that it was parked outside but that he has cameras on the lot...I asked if he wanted to go through his insurance & he said no, that I should replace them & he'd reimburse me.I bought one at Ace & ordered a 2nd one. Once it arrived I called his shop & left several messages with no replies.My husband shared a 2nd phone number with me of Brad's daughter (she had sent him a text with a pic of where they'd leave our keys for after hour pick up).I left her a message, no reply. A couple days later I tried to call again & I got her. I explained & sent her copies of the receipts via text.She asked if I could take a CC over the phone & I said no so she said she'd send me a check.Tha never materialized.I'm writing it off as a loss & will just never go back or recommend them.Apparently they are not as trustworthy as they originally appeared to be.So here we are, all over $200 and the disrespect.If you're a business and can't afford to replace something valued at $200 that was stolen on your watch, then use your insurance. I'm guessing they have none! Because it's a small claim vs a massive negative review!Service: Electrical

Took my rv here to get some basic work done. I scheduled a month in advance dropped the rv off the night before my appointment. Kept calling to check the status and owner/ mechanic kept giving me the run around as if he was working on it. 2 days later we called for the 4th time to check the status we were told it would be done the first day but they needed additional time. The mechanic finally realized that we have a gooseneck hitch and he did not have a way to move it into the shop for repair. After making us believe it was being worked on the entire time. He had done zero work on our rv and couldn t do so because he couldn t move it from the drop off location. I finally went to the shop and picked my RV up after 3 days. There is a single mechanic at this location with it seems overwhelming work. Maybe he could have done the work not sure but it was clearly a east of my time to schedule an appointment. I would not recommend this shop if you are looking for quick, quality reliable services

I was trying to rent a 26' RV, but I was told that the person that worked there before had scheduled someone else for the same RV which meant that I had to take the 28'. I really didn't want to, but I was given a great deal on it to make up for the inconvenience. As for the guys that returned the 28' before my trip, I wish I knew your names so that I can state how nasty and disrespectfully you treat others property. They were late returning the RV causing my trip to start late, the RV was so dirty on the outside that it couldn't be recognized as Economical RV and the inside was just as bad with gun shells everywhere. But Economical RV Rentals managed to get it clean enough that my family and I were still comfortable while using it. Economical were friendly and kind throughout my interactions with them even though I sure I was about to blow a head gacket of my owe when I was inform of the mistake. Yet we came to an agreement and my family enjoyed our trip and have already booked another RV for next years trip. Thanks Economical RV Rentals, see you next year.

Made an appointment from Homer because my refrigator went out. Drove thru the Swan Lake fire to be sure I was in Anchorage for our "first 8am appointment " on Monday. I even called on the previous Thursday to confirm. Called to say OTW on Monday at 8am and they said they didnt know about us and "the owner" said he couldn't take us till maybe next week. With customer service like that THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD USE YOUR SHOP!
