Amazing staff!! Helped my whole family find the right fitting gear. They were full of helpful info and the searched the back for different sizes. Prices and sales were exceptional. I can t say enough good things about this business! We will always take our business there first!!

I have been to this business many times. I have looked at Honda Groms and Honda Navi's. My coworker's got their Navies. One of them let me ride it around the parking lot. I had a great time on it! I knew I had to have one and add it to my S1K. I called and spoke with Devon. He said they had a new red one. I knew I had to have it. I drove over and purchased it. It was a great experience! I was in and out of there, in a timely manner! Even though I had to go fill up the gas out of my own pocket from empty, I still recommend this business and their products! I would definitely do business here again!

Went in to look at an ATV and walked out with 2 of them. Excellent service by Devin and he even laughed at my jokes. Very relaxed, no pressure atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new addition to the garage. Can't wait to pick up our new twins!

I really wanted to get a snowblower today, but wow, customer service was horrible. I want to be more specific but it won t do any good. I m also in the military and made fun of me cuz I m in the Air Force with almost 20 yrs of service. Maybe the sales person was joking but i never got disrespected like that and was uncalled for. Oh well, I ll shop somewhere else.

You can't even buy most Honda machines here. They'll gladly take your deposit then keep extending the delivery estimate without ever getting you a machine. What good is an ATV dealer if you can't even buy an ATV from them. They can't work with Honda to get ATVs delivered to Alaskans. Guess I'll shop the L48.

Service is horrible! My 2023 rzr1000xp has only 100 miles and it has a leak at the transmission; service guy at desk said he will not fix a leak on it because warranty will only pay him three hours on a job that takes 10!! unbelievable and the douche bag said to drive it until it breaks! i kept cleaning it off and the machine would start to leak and he ignored when i try showing him! He says they dont get paid to check leaks! but they took 9,000 cash really quick when they fixed myother machine.

Refuse to work on their own product even if bought from them. Have no parts in stock and won t install a part not bought from them even if the bike was bought new from them. Took the same bike and part to the motorcycle shop and they took great care of me. I will not be repeat customer

My fianc left a one star review and intend to as well. I placed a deposit down on what I was told was an "incoming" Honda Rebel 1100 DCT, while adding thousands in accessories. I didn't hassle on price or ask for discount as I understand the world has taken a 180 in the last two years. I wanted the color black versus the color that was in the showroom and since the salesperson gave me the option to put my name on the "incoming" black one, I did. I was told that there were two on the way, a black and red and that they would be at the dealership in November. I call in today only to be told that my order was cancelled on Saturday - no one called to tell me until I call in myself to check the ETA or what they even meant when we were told the bike was already built, on the way.I work in the car business as well, I understand the supply and demand which is why my dealership offers deposits to guarantee a vehicle for a customer, rather than waiting for inventory to show up and hoping it's available for purchase. This is awful business practice and the only thing Rob had to tell me on the phone was have a good day rather than any kind of explanation for how this happened. My bet is they sold it out from underneath me and didn't have the guts to own it or troubleshoot with me on a solution to a problem they created.I will let all of my own customers, co-workers, and family know where to NOT go due to this places ignorance, lack of accountability, and so called customer service. The car world is very small and we intend to get the word out.Spare yourself the trouble and go to The Motorcycle Shop or Harley which is where we should have just gone in the first place. Don't make the same mistake we did.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My fianc and I placed a deposit on a Honda Rebel 1100 DCT in September. They had one in stock on the showroom but opted for the different color that was incoming. We were going to just place an order but the salesperson Devin suggested we put a deposit down on the one that s incoming. Because we are guaranteed a bike rather than waiting on the factory. I m very familiar with this as I sell and order cars on a daily basis in my own job and there is definitely a problem with supply chain. So we put a $500 deposit down and we were told the bike would be in by November. We called the dealership today and were told that the order was cancelled on Saturday. It is now Tuesday. First, it s not our job as the customer to call in and ask if the bike is ready or what the status is.Second you should never guarantee a bike will be here when it s not. We would have bought the one off the showroom. Alaska Cycle center has lost my business and I will make sure to tell my friends and family about the service they provide there and to stay far away. We were told a bike was built and ready just waiting to be shipped and that was a lie.

This should be a 5 star review but they failed to adhere to their own contract. Let me preface with the fact that I can afford this generator cash and my credit is over 800. I just wanted to get a loan.During my initial visit I was approved for a loan on a generator @ 4.5% and I signed the contract for it. I told the sales person that I ll pick it up the following week because I needed to rent a trailer. The sales person said no problem. When you arrive we ll do the final signatures and you ll be good to go .The following visit I arrived with a uhaul trailer to take the generator home. When the sales person was getting the final signatures ready, he said the bank suddenly changed their mind and now the loan has changed to 9.5% and 10 percent deposit. You can understand my anger at this point because I have a signed contract for 4.5 but they did a bait and switch at the last moment. I asked the sales person so you re telling me this signed contract means nothing? And he replied we re just the middlemen for the bank . Now imagine for a second if I failed to honor my side of the contract; they d probably take legal action.Long story short, I don t have a generator, my credit took a hit because they did 2 credit checks, and I m out uhaul fees. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. Go to Ron s Honda in wasilla.

Very polite group and great at what they do. I talked with the sales manager Rob and he was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions. These guys clearly know their stuff! I definitely will be back.

Pretty unprofessional operation. The sales staff seemed friendly enough, but the service department is terrible. Bought a new ATV and was promised MULTIPLE times that it would be done by a certain day as we needed to have it finished by that time. Finally the day came and even after being promised by multiple employees multiple times it would be completed, shockingly it wasn t done and it would still need a few days. Would ve at least been nice to have received a warning or an apology for them not fulfilling their promise but luckily we were able to back out of the sale.

Went here looking at a 2018 Suzuki Gsxr with my gf, they had one that had been dropped by previous owner and had some scratches on the fairing. Lady who worked there came and told me I could probably get a good deal on it since it was used and damaged. Had cash in hand to buy it and Rob was very insistent on selling it above MSRP despite the damage. I felt like I was wasting his time since he clearly didn't want our business. Found the exact same bike brand new with 0 miles for $400 cheaper at Suzuki Arctic Cat over on Commercial Drive. Wasn't super impressed with this place and while I like to stop by occasionally to look at the bikes, I wouldn't buy from here and reading the other reviews, I wouldn't have any servicing done here either.

The guy I talk to in the service department told me he didn t want to do any warranty work on my 2021 pro xp that only had 2 miles on the machine because he was swamped. Then told me to take it back to the dealer I bought it from or any other Polaris dealer. It s one think to say yeah we can do it but can t touch it for a month or so because we are booked up. But to strait up tell me no take it back to where you bought it. Alaska cycle center is not a good representation of how a Polaris dealer should be. All the other Polaris dealers I called were more then willing to help. Needless to say me or any of my riding groups will be buying from ak cycles anymore!

I was actually headed to a different shop to purchase and mount a rear tire since they didn't currently have a front in my size. I hit a red light when I found this place and stopped in looking to see if they had tires. They had the ones I was looking for in my size for a substantially better price than the other location. The associate john was tremendously helpful. I'll stop back by next time I'm looking for something for my bike.

Just bough a 4 wheeler from AK Cycle Center and had an all around great experience. Everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful. Morgan, my sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable and had answers to any question I had. He gave me his honest expert opinion on things I did and didn't need which is awesome, especially for someone buying a 4 wheeler for the first time. The walk around before we loaded up the machine was also very detailed and informative which I found very beneficial. The finance department was also friendly, quick and helpful in getting things taken care of the same day.I would definitely recommend AK Cycle Center! Talk to Morgan, he knows his stuff.

Decent service and accommodating to walk-ins.Very friendly folks.Parts and services are overpriced.I was charged 1.5 labor for swapping the rear tire.I strongly suggest you order your parts online, especially tires. Tires are roughly $50 dollars more in house. Another option is to take the rim off yourself and have them mount the new tire.

Had a great experience, low pressure sales, easy buying experience, and Tony worked with me via text and fax and phone for the most part which was perfect for me. He had everything set up so that when I came in, everything was ready to go! Not a ton of street riding gear to choose from, and they forgot to give me my rear seat, but then, I forgot to get my rear seat, so just as much my fault. Clean show room, nice folks, made it all easy and painless!

Sales manager Robert Webb is disrespectful and unprofessional. While helping a friend list his used Honda motorcycle (purchased from ACC) online, Webb took it upon himself to harass me over the listing price. After confronting him about how his comments were unprofessional and intended to publicly humiliate a customer on a social sales platform he responded by saying the comment was made at 6 shop closed at 5 pm . Instead of simply apologizing he blocked me.If this is standard practice for your business and employees, I can t recommend anyone shop there. As I told him, I ve never heard of another reputable Motorsport or Auto dealership using emotionally manipulative tactics to publicly humiliate someone trying to sell off their used items.I m not looking for anyone to get fired or disciplined. An apology will be fine. Until Robert or Alaska cycle center privately reaches out and does the right thing my review and respect for your business stands as stated.

Very good service from Alaska Cycle Center. The sales team was honest with me when the bike I had money down on wasn t showing up ( due to shipping with covid) I thought I d get a better deal at A different Honda shop. When that deal didn t go thru just like they told me it wouldn t. I felt like I betrayed Alaska Cycle Center in a way. I went back to the shop they were still very nice and helpful, and I walked out of there with a new motorcycle (not the one I first wanted but am still very happy with it) what s really awesome is they offer a REFUNDABLE down payment. NOT all Honda dealers in the state do that apparently. I learned that the hard way by being impatient... but the team at Alaska Cycle Center made it right for another Honda dealers policy.Go see this team in Anchorage, be patient with the effects of covid on shipping and parts.

I sincerely cannot believe that these guys are still in. Business. I buy 10+ machines every year this was the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Started off with the salesman telling me that a machine will be done so I can pick it up on the day that I asked when I called to tell them I was on my Way, Pham for me that the machine will not be done until the following day. Their finance manager got on the phone with me and I am not sure why, and the whole time being rude and telling me I don t know what s going on. They said they would do if they could to get the machine done on the day that I needed it but then I received a call and inform me that they actually did not have a machine in stock at all!! Are you kidding me!? I was told for four days straight that this machine will be ready for me to pick up and they didn t even have it. Once again I sincerely do not get how this company is still in business.

Unprofessional. Wanted to buy tires for a motorcycle, so I sent an email. Never got a response. So I called, and got told to wait because they were very busy. You don t have 5 minutes for a customer to order some tires? Ended up going to Harley Davidson, so my Shadow has HD brand Dunlop s on it.Needed parts, ordered them online through their website. Never received them. No phone call. Nothing. I called several times and could never get the parts counter to answer. It was only about 20$ so I took the loss and used Partzilla instead.I d like to buy another Honda motorcycle in the near future, but I m never going to give you guys business again. Shame.

I had the pleasure of working with Jesse and Justin during the purchase of my new machine. Both were professional, well versed on the product and beyond helpful. All this made my purchase that much easier. Just enjoyed my first ride on my new sled and couldn't be more happy!! Thanks again!

James Bailey front counter at service was very unprofessional and rude. He has a bitter attitude and is very hostile. After two months I went to go pick up my four wheeler for an estimation which my insurance was covering. He refused to fax payments to my insurance so they can pay the cost (he said they were included on the repair order invoice). I initially did let him know I had just gotten off the phone with my insurance specialist that was waiting by the fax machine for an invoice so she could pay the estimate. He then has my four wheeler put away back into storage and ignores me while touching his computer. Note also its 11am. Im the only customer in the entire shop. He refused to simply fax the papers to my insurance specialist. Also while all this is happening the entire time he has an attitude and was behaving very childish and snarky. 30minutes passed. I pay the $165 estimate out of pocket and leave with my atv that he had put back into storage.James Bailey I hope you find your inner peace and use this review as constructive criticism. Normally I do not question management on positions however, your position as front desk receptionist is very questionable. You do not value customer service and always have snarky comments that make you very snobby. I understand you are mechanically inclined but, management should reconsider your position as customer service. As a loyal customer who has purchased equipments and regular services from Alaska Cycle Center I will have to say I am no longer a customer. I do not recommend Alaska Cycle Center.

I had a poor experience when I was shopping for a side by side. But this review is about another poor experience. I went in to pick up a mirror I ordered, and asked about fork seals while I was there. They had the parts in stock, and I was told to check with the service department for the cost and schedule of when the work could be done. I was informed that they do not work on bikes older than 2000. So the Honda dealer, would not do a basic for seal on my Honda bike. Thats not very reassuring for anyone who expects them to work on what they sell... What a joke.

Stunningly terrible customer service experience.I tried to buy a brand new 13K Victory motorcycle in October after first snow. Had the downpayment and financing pre-approved. They needed me to schedule the time to buy it because they have "meetings with their ducati rep, other customers and other appointments and want to make sure they have time for me."I got irritated and pointed out that I am giving them $13,000.00 dollars and they should be more concerned with my schedule than their schedule. When I tried to explain why I was irritated, the general manager interrupted me and asked me if I have a problem like this in all my business dealings. When I said "No, I do not. But I am concerned because if I buy a bike from you, you are the only place to get it serviced and buy parts from he told me that i wasn't the kind of customer they wanted to add to their dealership."I couldn't believe that this guy was making it a hassle for me to give him 13K and insulting me. I decided if they are this bad before I am customer and have other places to choose from they are probably an absolute nightmare once I have a service issue, or need parts, or need warranty work etc. and they are the only place in town to get it.So I picked up my cash down payment off their desk, left the paperwork unsigned and told them they didn't have to have me as a customer.Another point to note is there was no one else in the store both days I was in there. It was not a situation where I was demanding attention at their busiest season when they have a line of customers waiting.
