Multiple repair places were unable to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle. Agen's promptly figured out what was wrong, repaired it and got me running again. They communicated as promised throughout the process, explaining details that helped me make a good decision on what needs to get repaired now and what could wait. They were considerate of cost.

I had been a customer at Agen's for over 15 years. I brought my 4Runner in because the 4 wheel drive wouldn't disengage. They checked the actuators, did lots of trouble shooting, and even charged me $50 to call an advisor because they couldn't figure it out, which didn't help either. I had a stereo put in and come to find out it was just that they didn't plug it back in. I'm not sure why it cost me $389 to plug something back in. If they had seen it wasn't a stock radio, wouldn't that have clued them in to check the switch?? Instead they charged me several hours of troubleshooting and an advisor fee. When they took the dash apart they snapped off a clip which I found on my floor board and one on the panels won't go back into place. Ever since the original owner passed, this place hasn't been the same. I asked them to give me a break on the bill since I was a loyal customer and so was my husband, but they stood their ground and said what they did was justified. I was only asking for part of it to be taken off like an hour of labor and the advisor fee and they said no. That is not good business in my eyes. I run a small business and I feel I wasn't asking too much. I will never use this place again. The front desk guy, Jared is really nice. It's a shame they lost a loyal customer over $200. I would have never done that to one of my customers.

Went in for a oil leak. Cleaned the engine and repaired the leak in less than 24 hours.I will go back for any future needs. Professional, fast and they even fixed a little extra issue for me at no charge. I would and will recommend to friends and family.

Agen's Automotive has been my go to place for years, when I need a vehicle repaired. They always get me in when I make an appointment , give me an estimate , keep in touch with me and repair things correctly the first time.They have always been very honest and I trust them completely. They were the only ones to look at my car but they took 4 months to complete the work with them not contacting me as regularly as I would like, at some points I wasn't able to contact them during normal working hours so that takes away from the experience. over all prices weren't bad and work done was good.

Took my '12 Ram 1500 in for a transmission service and to change the gear oil in both differentials. Dropped off at 8:30am and was called at 11am to tell me it was done. Fast and efficient, but also kinda pricy. Expect that. Less expensive than the dealership though. Didn't try to sell me additional services as I didn't need them. Honesty. I like that!

I have been a long time customer of Agens and they have always taken excellent care of me and my vehicles. They are honest and will only do what is necessary to get your car up and running. It his is the shop you would send your mom or daughter to and not worry that they will be taken care of fairly! I would highly recommend them!!

Where do I begin if I could rate them negative 5 stars I would? Please, read all other 1 star reviews for this garage, because they are most likely true. These mechanics are as bad as dealerships. I went to them to diagnose my truck and they said if the mechanic only takes ten minutes to diagnose a problem then that is what we ll put towards your bill. Well the mechanic stated he couldn t test anything else until he put in a new fuel pump. Well let s just run what it takes to diagnose that problem alone. You can hook up a fuel pressure gauge and see what happens when you crank it and that DOES NOT TAKE 1 hour! Then I asked them for my vehicle back and said there was only 1 hour left before they close and they still had testing devices still on the vehicle and no other mechanic could remove them. Well I had it towed to another shop and I m sure they messed with other things because now there is a leak somewhere on my engine block... DO NOT USE THESE RIPOFF ARTISTS... I am a retired veteran, machinist, welder, and I could have done this job if I had a garage and the tools, but these guys think everybody that steps through their doors are idiots.

Agens has been providing high quality, timely service for me since 2005. Whether its minor repairs, tire changes or tune-ups, they do good work.

Been using them for years to store my motorcycle over the Winter. Rates are reasonable and they take good care of it. I do wish they were open on Saturdays so I don't have to take off work, but that's my only complaint.

I always take my car to Agen's, as my husband did when he was living. I have always been more than satisfied with their work. I don't know much about a car's inner workings, so I trust Agen's to keep it in top shape for me!

I was the roommate of one of managers there. I have used them for several car repairs, and I even price-compared a couple of those despite the fact that I really trust said manager to be a fair and conscientious person who practices fair and conscientious business practices. In the work I have had them do for me they have done good work. And, as of December 2016, they have free snacks out at the service counter. I love free snacks!

I've been using Agen's for more than 15 years, though 6 different cars/trucks. They've always done a great job, and I trust them completely. No frills, good service, trustworthy.

Agen s Automotive have been our trusted mechanics for years. Their communication and service is top notch. I especially appreciate talking directly with the mechanic about what work needs to be done. We have used Agen's over the years and have recommended them many times. They're honest, they do good work for a very reasonable price and they only do what you need done. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Great service with great communication.. I have been going to Agen's Auto for many years and have never had a reason to doubt their diagnosis and the repairs done. I dropped my car off to be checked out for 3 lights on my dash, including check engine. My car was checked out, fixed and ready for pick up all within the same day. Car is running great!

Over all, quite a great experience. A decent delay because of covid, but that wasn't Agen's fault. Id recommend this shop to anyone! Great detailed work.

Horrible place... Ask any other garage how much they charge for diagnosing and labor, I ll bet almost everywhere else is cheaper. The owner died and these people are crooks! I believe the only positive comments are from friends, relatives, or just plain naive. I will be filing a BBB complaint!

There are a lot of shady people in the automotive service industry. It is refreshing to find a place that is actually honest about the work they are doing. I will be coming back here in the future.

Appointment misplaced but they still got me in. Got me out by 5 PM even though they didn't have part, alternate solution. Good work though.
